Less than a 1 star. I bought a car from jorge. I was late 2x with car payment. I have been asking for temporary plates he won't give them to me because I was late on my payment he wanted to repo. Expired in May 2023. I went up there and called many times for temporary. He said he was gonna refund me the 350 for ttl. But when I went up there he changed his mind. I paid the 150 balance. It's going on 5 days they are not answering the phone anymore. So I will definitely be going up there will leave another review. How are they still in business?

I left my car in May due to issues with the transmission, the guy gave me a quote of over 2k but said it would be done in a week. I kept calling to see what was going on with the process, but all I ever got from the receptionist is they ll give you a call back. Fast forward to last week when I was finally told no work had been done bc they were waiting on me to give the ok?! Seriously? IT s September!Finally I got it towed today and it came back in worse condition than before. Even my tow truck driver agreed that they left the windows rolled down for awhile bc there was so much dirt and dust, seats were still wet from the rain, pieces were broken. Never again will I go there let alone refer anyone there.

100% would never refer anyone to this place. Horrible customer service through the whole process. Trucks at different shop now since this placed failed to fix it.

Terrible place. My car was there for 4 months, you were suppose to replace the turbo, that said turbo is not working. No one will return my calls, they won't answer the phone. Im sick of this shady stuff

If you need any vehicle work done, this is the place to go! We were quoted 2k by a prior shop and wanted a second opinion. This place came highly recommended and fixed our issue for $50. They saved us $1950 because they are honest and don't screw people over. Quick service and great people.

There ok ,I got an alignment on my car. They do not give you a before and after print out of the alignment, the office staff are real nice people.

I ve used Medina s for all my cars and have referred a lot of friends and family members. They are very honest and reasonably priced. I have always been very pleased with their service. They are very prompt, will not over sell and never had to take a car back because of bad work. I m a very happy customer!!!

My brother in law took his car here to have an overheating problem fixed. They replaced the water pump and said that was the problem when not even a day or 2 later after receiving his vehicle it started overheating again. He tried calling them to let them know and can never get anyone to answer the phone and tries to text them back which is very unprofessional. They want to argue saying they have to pay to get it fixed when they didn't fix the problem in the first place. Not only that, since the vehicle was dropped off there a week ago or longer they hadn't even tried to look at it saying they were backed up. Don't come here, they'll claim to fix your car only for the check engine light to come back on later. They charged us extra for not doing the job right the first time. I promise you that you'll end up coming back here later because of shoddy work. They also have horrible customer service, you'll find out for yourself by just calling them. So not cool. I took my truck there because, of course, the dealership recommended them. I was told that Jorge work on the truck before I bought it. The issue I ran into was the truck idling high and riding rough. The first visit, Jorge checked the transmission and said that since it wasn't slipping, there isn't a problem. He told me to drive it more and see if it cleans up. As soon as I left, the check engine light came on. I read the code and the errors that came up were related to a vacuum leak. I took the truck back to them and told Jorge exactly what the issue was. I left it with them and he said they would call me back when they found something. They had my truck for 2 days and did nothing. I went down there to speak with them in person. He wasn't there so the receptionist had to text him. My truck was parked out back. She told me that he ordered a part and it would be in that day at 1. He said that he would have it fixed by the end of the day. She told me to call back at 3 to get an update if I don't hear anything. I had to call to get an update at 3:30 and the owner told me that it was ready. When I got there, my truck was sitting in the same spot it was before. The guys there called the owner because there was not a work order. After speaking in Spanish for a few minutes, the guy said he was going to grab my truck. I had my daughter with me so I didn't make scene. Even though it was just out back, it took two of them and 10 minutes to get my truck. I'm sure that they were just unplugging the battery or clearing the error. When the guy brought my truck around, I got in and saw that the check engine light was still on. The guy acted as if he was completely surprised and wanted to hook it back up to a code reader. I let them entertain for a sec. One guy actually tried to block me from seeing the screen. I called out the error out loud and both guys looked shocked. He asked me if I wanted to leave my truck so they can fix it. I laughed and said they're not going to fix it anyway. I ended up taking my truck to another place and the guy there fixed it in 2 minutes. A hoes under the engine cover had been pulled lose. He showed me that this can't happen unless someone actually does it on purpose. I think Jorge did it at some point to insure that the truck would have to be brought in. They will not fix your car.

I wouldn't give it one really. Never again. He put a motor and transmission in truck and it lasted one week and he's had the truck for two months and could careless that it's costing us money every day the truck is down. Will not return calls. If could get $7000 back, he could have truck because I wonder now if truck will ever be right.

Excellent service got me in right away after exhaust broke on the highway also tooke the step that the last shop didnt to ensure this doesnt happen again all for a much more reasonable cost

Had them do a LOT of work on my 05 Honda Pilot.Price was very reasonable, and, upon notification of a bad replaced part, they towed it back to the shop at no cost to me and re-installed a good part.Jorge and his crew take care of things the right way. They've earned my business forever, so long I live here.

Paid 195 for my converter on my Toyota Carolla 2010 and toyota said it would be 1,500. The men there where super respectful to me (a women by myself) I don't feel they took advantage of me. Would totally recommend.

I got 4 new Falken alterain tires installed and alignment. Jorge and all of the staff were very helpfull! Great work and priced accordingly for quality tires and repairs. Medinas was recommended by a friend, I drove 45 mins to get there and I will do it again when needed.

I was advised from the dealer I bought my truck from to bring it to this shop for any warranty repairs... I took it in for transmission shift issues. (06 cummins)I kept calling every week to get an update on the truck and the lady at the front desk would tell me different things everytime I called. I kept calling Jorge the owner of the shop and he would tell me different things as well. Finally after a month and a half later they told me the transmission was out of the truck and they were waiting to hear from the warranty department "to see if the repair was going to be covered". So to speed the process up I called warranty and they told me they haven't heard from the shop in months. So I decided to go to the shop to see what was going on with the truck and he had the truck parked in the same spot where I had dropped it off with dust all over the windows where he had it sitting so long. At this point it has been over two months, he finally told me that he didn't know what was wrong with my truck.. it took them 2+ months to tell me that ! So I asked him what all had been done in those two months and he said he changed the "transmission solenoids" and the "oil pressure regulator switch" He said he had to remove the transmission oil pan and valve body to get access to the sensor. Keep in mind that I'm a Technician myself at a freightliner dealership so I know what is going on. I got under the truck and noticed the transmission oil pan bolts were covered in grease, and could tell he was lying. I asked for him to show me the old sensor and he said he didn't have it. After catching him in so many lies I decided to take the truck to another shop that knew what they were doing and pay out of my pocket. And to finish it off, when I asked for my keys they had locked them inside the truck so I had to wait for somebody to go open it. The batteries were also dead from them having it sitting there so long.

Good good cold beer and the last brisket corn Taco is to die for. The atmosphere is very fun and the customer service is out of this world. Made me a wonderful afternoon lunch.

Took my Civic to get a timing belt and other service done to it. I took the parts and they did the labor. When I went to pick up my car I noticed the parts weren't the ones I had brought in. His response was he put better ones on my car, yeah right, I told him to put the parts I brought in. He did, only because I called him out on it. My driver's side floor board was full of grease and oil. I left it and is still that way if anyone want to check it out. Medina use to be good and now he is sloppy. I recommend Baldos Garage down the street. He stands by his work or your money back. Never again Medina!

First off, the company I work for uses this shop so that's the reason I had used them.My engine had made a loud noise, shuddered then died on the highway. I called a tow service to get it off the highway. My boss gave me the number to this shop and they picked it up the following day. Within 2 day's I was told I needed another engine and it would be ready by the end of the week. Instead it took a total of 5 weeks to get it. (Called every day after the first week, on the third week my boss called multiple times as well).I discovered today, nearly a full 2 years later, they rebuilt my original engine and passed it off as one they had bought from Jasper engine rebuilders! Really?(I had called Jasper and discovered that this shop has not bought this particular size engine in over 2 years).Thought something was a little strange when I asked for something stating it was a Jasper engine in case I had to have it repaired, they would not do so but told me they would send a truck out to bring it to the shop no matter where in the state I was at. He then started giving me all of these "discounts" because our company used his business.So when the time comes to replace your engine please remember to check your receipt for the engine rebuilders name and rebuild number.Finally, question the mechanic like there is no tomorrow because it will save you time and money in the long run.

Just got a new Flowmaster muffler on my Yukon. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I was most impressed with how fast they work. Same day service!

If I could leave -10 stars I would . HORRIBLE SERVICE. The take forever to fix your car and they leave it worse than when you first left it there to be fixed. Not to mention that they cussed my dad out today when he just needed his work truck to he fixed and the parts that needed to fixed had a "guarantee" and they did nothing. NEVER COME HERE!

They swapped an 80 series flowmaster into my wife's genesis coupe. They did a great job. Welds and fab work look awesome. Will return again for future repairs or exhaust work that requires welding.
