Hunter Pruett was the best! He took us in as friends and almost like his family. He helped us navigate the entire process. He patiently listened to us and our questions and helped us. We will certainly refer others we know to him.our first boondocks experience driving home was a breeze!

We had an emergency where we needed to help a family member, Vietnam vet, who s had a house fire. We decided to get an RV for this situation but didn t know anything about RV s or where to go. After searching several places, will doubt and confusion, we finally found McClain s. The salesman, Jay, was very friendly, helpful, and with us throughout the buying process. All other staff were also great and understanding of our situation, explained our options in detail, and finally decided on purchasing an RV that was right for us. Thanks Jay and McClain s!

We are so impressed with customer service at McClain s RV Superstore! They were wonderful to work with and patient with us. We feel that we got a good deal on our newer used RV. I love the camp area on the store lot where you can use the RV before you leave. Great idea! Lon Troung was our salesman and he was superb. Jeff -service mgr was top notch and Chip did a great job with the walkthrough! Thank you all -I will definitely recommend you to our friends!!

My sales person (Eric Bowers) was amazing, and very professional. He was available to help me with any questions or concerns, at any time, in regards to the Grand Design, Imagine 16ML, I purchased. Overall my experience dealing with McClain's RV Superstore in Ft.Worth went fairly easy. There's always a hiccup or two, but nothing bad enough, not to give the Ft.Worth store anything less then, a 5 Stars rating. I would also like to Thank, Chip, for his patience as we did the walk through on my trailer.I'm a happy camper!!

I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Fort Worth McClain's. We recently purchased a 2023 Solitude 382WB and Ty, Corey, Marcus, Hunter, and the entire team at McClain's were so patient with us and helped us transition to this new RV. They were great with additions we wanted to make to our new RV and so helpful with all aspects of this purchase. Do yourself a favor and go to McClain's if you are looking for an RV. You won't be disappointed! Many Thanks to all who helped us with this purchase.

We bought our very first RV, the Grand Design Reflection, in April 2023. James Smith is the only sales person to go to. He made it so easy and could answer any question we had. Because of his knowledge, we were able to make our RV off grid compatible. Chip guided us through our walk-through and taught us so much about RVing! They both were fantastic and we felt like family with them sharing their own personal cell phone numbers for any questions that we had during our first trip. They are not 5 star, they are 10 star!!! Thank you for everything and for getting us started on our newest journey, beginning in Broken Bow over Easter weekend.

Lon was very prepared for us the moment we walked in! He was very knowledgeable and worked hard finding just what we wanted! Lon made it very enjoyable and easy to purchase our first RV! I wanted to give a shoutout about the service we received at McClains in Fort Worth. Our sales man James Smith was great. We bought a 2020 Forest River motor home. The service department worked hard to get us out as I had several changes I wanted done. The Rv was checked out but when we got home there was several issues. I called Cory service manager and I wanted to bring it in immediately because we planned using it on the weekend. I m four hours from Fort Worth. He said bring it and they would get on it. I arrived at two and immediately got on the list of issues. James made sure I was being taken care of also. The technician Jeff listened to each issue and solved each one. He is great and the reason I was able to go back home the same day. I left that morning regretting the purchase but I left felt good about the service and the home. I will recommend McClains RV.

If your looking for an RV and visit McClain's in Fort Worth, I highly recommend Tammy Mendoza as a sales rep. Tammy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I was very impressed with her salesmanship style. Always helpful, never pushy. Offered information without applying any pressure! She's number one in my book! Thank you Tammy!

To begin, I'd like to state I've worked in the industry so I understand all the games they play, but this place takes the cake on disrespect, manipulation, and complete and utter lack of ethics. Tom Titus lied about my trade and changed their figures significantly after I gave them an extremely accurate description with pictures. Both Tom Titus and Aaron Charles looked me dead in the eyes and lied again when asked them directly about my actual interest rate approval. For those of you that do not know NEVER FINANCE WITH A DEALERSHIP'S LENDERS! The dealership will markup your actual approval rate several points and scoop the money between your actual approval rate and the rate you sign at. THEY WILL NOT BE HONEST. Set up financing beforehand, and do not tell them that until price as been agreed upon. Not to mention once I took delivery both water heaters did not workThey promised to reimbursed which they still have not done, and the RV was Disgustingly dirty underneath the furniture. This place is a joke. Both Tom Titus and Aaron Charles are the type of stereotypical people we all hate about car salesmen, and I would be embarrassed to have my name on this building with people like that representing my business. Fortunately, for me these rookie liars are also horrible at doing paperwork properly, and I have lawyer friends. Now quite a bit of the money they think they weaseled out of me they don't get. Have fun with the fat chargeback.

We were very happy with our experience at McClains RV Store. Lon worked hard in helping us narrow down what we were really looking for. His knowledge and thoughtfulness are extraordinary. We actually purchased a unit from a different company, but the only reason we did was because we found features on a Cougar brand that weren t offered on any units at McClains. I would have rather purchased from Lon and will certainly look to him in the future. Great dude!

We have previously bought an RV from McClains in FW. The experience was awesome so we went back for another RV. Matt S. Was so down to earth to work with. He treats you as if he has known you a long time. He and the rest of the group did their best to get a deal together for us a new RV.

One of the best experiences I have ever had, period. Larry Lopez helped me out so much buying my first RV/travel trailer. I don't know if it was because Kyle, the manager is also a Marine like me, if Larry is the best salesman in the world or if everyone that works at McClain's are simply the most genuine, kindest people in Texas. I felt so comfortable, looked after, not taken advantage of. I am so happy with my trailer! It is perfect for me. Every time I felt anxious about something regarding the trailer, I just texted Larry and he came right out and helped me. He responded to texts after hours. They have a mini RV park out back to stay in to learn your new RV, which I took advantage of, probably longer than I should have. New question or concern? Larry, Chip, Joshua, any number of people came running out to help me. I had no idea what a great experience this was going to be. I cannot, CANNOT, recommend any business more strongly than I recommend McClain's RV Store. It's a family run business. The perks, the perks, the perks. I cannot wait for all the adventures in my future! Rent got you down? Go buy an RV from Larry. Live free or die, man! Thank you all so much for all your help. I'm telling all my Marine Corps buddies and all the musicians I know!

We looking for a specific fifth wheel and we found what we were looking for at a price we wanted. Tammy Mendoza was especially great,she was very knowledgeable about the rv's and very professional not too mention sweet. Definitely would recommend McClain's RV in Fort worth. Ask for Tammy. Just don't trust their 30 day warranty if you actually plan on living in it. Because we bought a 2022 grand design solitude that the refrigerator ice maker hasn't worked from day one and the heater wants to work when it wants too. We had ours delivered on the 18th of December it's been about almost or about 2 weeks. Just make sure everything works before you drive off or they deliver it. In our first week we had issues with both items and they want us to bring it back so they can look at it. They sent a very nice young man but he wasn't a maintenance guy,so he wasn't very knowledgeable. If their going to offer a 30 day warranty then they shouldn't expect the customer to bring it back with in those 30 days. They should have a knowledgeable maintenance guy to fix the problem. I'm not happy with their service when it comes to their so called 30 day warranty service.

I want to thank all these guys. Tom, Michael, ect. They have been awesome. We put a deposit down on a trailer got a great deal on it too. My wife s been very sick for the past year and really hasn t recovered. I thought about our situation and came to the conclusion that we really cannot travel way away from her doctors. I explained this to the reps, and the first thing that was said was, hope your wife is ok . Not sucks to be you, or too bad, none of that. Tom texted me back and said all will be taken care of. To my wife and I this was so refreshing. I made a rash decision to purchase a trailer for all the right reasons and this company stood by us all the way. We had a very nice experience at McClains! Lon Truong and Jeff worked with us and helped us find just what we were looking for in our new fifth wheel RV. We ended up getting a Grand Design Imagine. Lon and Jeff were both very professional, but also very personable and enjoyable to work with which was very nice! There were never any pushy sales moments which we greatly appreciated. Just the facts. They worked with us every way they could to make our sales experience a great one!

Terrible customer service. They sell lemons and tell you that's how it's supposed to be across the board. Try and charge you for warranty work. Wont warranty hardly anything. It seems they have no interest in selling a good product and standing behind it. 1/10 wouldn't recommend.

Walk in, ask for Ryan, done! It s that simple folks. No games, no nonsense, don t waste 3 weeks driving around looking at inferior products when far superior units and service is looking you in the face. These guys treat you like a family member. I am somewhat new to owning an RV and they treat you like you own the biggest RV on the lot. Answer all the questions, go out of their way to be friendly and enthusiastic. Morgan P Herndon is no doubt the man. He is so busy, but is personable and gives you his full attention until you are completely satisfied. Thank you guys. Even Ryan and his guys stopped by to check on me. That is just how they roll. You come to McClain's and get your next RV and be guaranteed Ryan will take care of your sales, finance is flawless and Morgan will handle you service needs like he is your brother!

Our experience with McClain's in Fort Worth was by far the best we've ever had when purchasing a vehicle or RV. From our first visit at the Southwest RV Show to the time we drove away with our Grand Design Imagine XLS 23LDE, every person we met was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.In particular, our sales representative, Marcus Rodriguez, was exceptional. Marcus was laid-back and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We never felt pressured and he patiently answered every question we had until we were satisfied with our choice.We feel that we were treated fairly with pricing on our purchase and trade-in value. The process was smooth and unhurried.We highly recommend McClain's in Fort Worth and strongly encourage you to ask for Marcus when you go there.
