I came to these guys because they had good reviews and could get my car in soon for a Complete repaint job on my 74 MG. I took it there the weekend after Thanksgiving and picked it up 3 weeks later. I was impressed, at first, until I found 2 small spots that somehow got missed by the paint gun. I pointed them out right away and Dakota was straight with me that he'd make it right but the paint needed to cure for a month and then I needed to bring it back. I returned a month later and Jose knew the situation and fixed it right. He also fixed a few other minor areas that I wasn't really worried about. They did a fantastic job and would do business with them again.

Cory was very helpful, communicated throughout the process. Paint came out great. Restored my truck s peeling/fading paint back to looking brand new. Will definitely come back to him first for my next paint job

I got an estimate and picked my paint package with the manager Jose. It was an easy and smooth process. Everyone there is very friendly and very professional. Never write reviews, but have to for these guys! What a great job they did on my 50 year old car. Giving them the time to do it right, it exceeded my expectations in every category, for a price that couldn't be equalled anywhere. Paid a little more than their standard job, and it was well worth it. Super friendly, professional, and I feel like they were as "invested" in my car as I am. Strongly recommend!!

I was told to remove my negative review, or they could not help us resolve the issues. Here we are two years later with unresolved issues. They had zero problems taking money from our insurance and not delivering the parts. #fraudPlease don t use this location unless you have to. Our experience with this Maaco location was awful. They had our vehicle for over three months for collision work. If you use them, be prepared for lousy communication, failed promises/timelines, excuses, or giving the wrong information altogether from Brett and Bailey. Initially, Brett told us it would only take a few weeks to fix, which turned into 3 months. When our car, Dodge Charger, was there, I couldn t count how many employees we dealt with and their turnover. We picked up the vehicle in mid-September, with them owing us several parts they lost. I never received a call from the manager, Josh, like we were supposed to. Our insurance paid them, and it s been almost three months since they delivered the missing parts to us. They are not standing by their lifetime warranty either. We ve had issues from day one when we picked up the car - broken tire pressure valve, noise coming from the rotors and brakes, the front bumper not aligning as it used to, and sun damage on our car from outdoors waiting for work to start, and more. Josh said that we could take our car to Firestone to get the tire pressure valve fixed. My son spent half a day at Firestone for Josh not to approve the work to fix it, and it s not our responsibility to pay for a botched job by Firestone + Maaco. Again, be prepared for a less-than-stellar experience if you leave your vehicle with them.I could continue to list more, but I m sure you understand.

Really appreciate this Maaco location!! As you can imagine like everyone else they are swamped from the recent hail storm. They delivered as promised to the day. The work was great!! Very professional. I went to at least 5 places before I found them and not only would the others not even see me, they wouldn t even make an appointment. Maaco was very upfront about the time of project & stuck to it!! I only had my Jeep 10 days before the hail storm. So I had to replace the entire hood and a few other hail related damages. The Jeep is better than new thanks to Maaco & the new paint & hood. Highly recommend!!Service: Painting

Absolutely impressed with this shop. Bruce and his team have outdone themselves with my car. Every step of the process was was well informed and easy. Bruce explained all services that were needing to be done before I made my decision on what plan we were going to take. He even sent me updates and pictures during every step of the process. The finished product is amazing for what service I received. This car will definitely turn heads. If you want the best Macco in Texas, do not hesitate to go to the Macco in Keller and talk with bruce. You will not be disappointed.

The experience with this company was not a good one. Bad communication and Promised date was past two weeks from original date. It cost me more just to rent a car because of lack of good business. The paint job was nice but the whole experience was a nightmare. Being without a vehicle for a month is not fun. The company didn't absorb any of the rental cost. The 3 is for the paint job.Honestly If you choose this company for business please be prepared for a bad experience and lack of business operations. Excuses after Excuses.. good luck

These guys are the bomb. My son's granddad gave him his old 1993 S10 as his first car. It was outside in the elements for about 2 years and totally looked like it, too. It was in need of some serious TLC. I wanted to fix it up for my son and took it to Maaco Keller for an all-over paint job. Boy, did they deliver. I can't believe the before/after. Not only did they do a beautiful paint job, but they replaced the molding and the rubber gaskets around the windows. It looks like a new truck. Derek (estimator) knows his stuff! Van (owner) is honest and upfront about everything that has to be done. Price was fair and worth every penny (see before and after pics).Not only did I entrust this old truck with them, but they fixed my 50th Anniversary Corvette after I got sideswiped. The job they did on that was immaculate (hard to see in before and after pictures). They took very good care of both cars while in the shop.I would definitely recommend them--they'll paint ANYTHING! But if you need work done on you vehicles, check them out. I couldn't be happier!

Worst experience ever. Terrible communication by front desk guy bailey. Bumper needed to be fixed and painted, said it would take one week and it took 3. When i picked it up after 3 weeks, the bumper was a different color (shown in photo). They then took a couple more days to fix that problem and ended up being super messy and getting overspray of paint all over my windows and exhaust. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my mustang to them with a pretty massive scratch and they were able to buff it out and save me a ton of money. Paint looks great and it only took them an hour or two!

Bruce and the rest of the Maaco crew took great care of me & my car. Way better pricing than the quotes I got from other shops. They had it done earlier than promised and my car looks better than new.

Having my car paint for the first time. Van and Bruce explained the process to me and how to maintain my car for the years to come. Prices are Great, location is Great, Communication Awesome!! The service provided by this business is superb. They painted my 25 year old pickup a year ago and it still looks brand new. Recently they repaired damage on my motorcycle hardbags and again did a wonderful job. They look brand new and the paint match is perfect. Fair pricing, friendly staff, and good turnaround times. I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 that had a number of scratches and faded paint, but otherwise in great condition. I plan on keeping it for another 10 years and decided to have it re-painted. I made up my mind beforehand that I did not want to spend over $5k. I received a handful of quotes from other places that were north of $5k. I then visited Maaco in FT Worth and spoke with Bruce. He gave me a quote well below $5k for their premium package. I dropped my truck off a few weeks later and within exactly one week it was done and I was very happy with the results. Bruce did a great job of explaining the entire process to me and even overdelivered on when it would be finished. I could not be happier with the level of service I received from this Maaco location!

I took my vehicle here to have the whole car repainted back to factory black since my paint was very faded in some areas. I opted for the best paint package they offer which included primer, base, and clear coat. I assumed that this packages would closely match the factory paint quality. After a little over 2 weeks, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. upon arriving, I found that my freshly painted bumper was pulled all the way up the curb causing the bottom of the bumper to be scraped. I also noticed that the whole car seemed to have an orange peel look as if the was was painted with a rattle can. After further inspection, I found a lot of tape residue left all over the vehicle and found that my rear tail lights had been scuffed up. After expressing my concerns with them, they had some guys come out and wipe off mostly all the tape residue and they also said they would order replacement tail lights for my vehicle. I would like to say that they resolved my issues but the fact is that the whole paint job doesn't look that great for as much as I paid.Service: Painting

Bailey helped us efficiently to fix my car. Our car has to replace for the hinge pillar in driver seat. They helped prioritizing our car due to the urgent need. The suggestion would be to improve the estimation of time and quote. I m really satisfied with the car!

Found this spot just googling for my dented bumper and could not be more satisfied with their work. Customer service and communication from Bailey has been incredible! Not to mention quick service, 0 wait times and no surprise charges and seems to genuinely care about their customers. 5 stars and I will be going here at Maaco's for any future body work needed. Highly recommend!

I took my car to Maaco to fix my bumper. Bailey was the nicest person. They fixed my bumper less than 30 minutes. I will go there again if I need any body work done and I will suggest my family and friends to go there too.

Being told by a person that works up front behind the counter at a maaco shop will paint my car for $900. Where most body shops with a good reputation will charge $3000- $3500. Reading a few reviews from ALL the shops around Central America. And being in business for a solid 45-50yrs. Half of them are good reviews and half of them are bad reviews. I can't decide if I should let the maaco shop where I live paint my car or not.

I had an excellent service from Mr. Tim and his team from the time I turned up to get a quote just as they were closing up on a Saturday. He was very welcoming and gave a good estimate. I took my car in a week later and he estimated 2-3 weeks but finished in less than 2 weeks and my car looks so new & shiny! The team even took care of some things on the vehicle that were unexpected and very welcomed. Great service and I highly recommend! Thank you!Service: Painting

They helped install a spoiler on my car that I was having trouble doing by myself. Very reasonable price for the labor and it looks great so far. Would recommend this shop, front desk guy named Bailey was friendly as well.

I enjoyed the warm and professional welcome offered by this location. Very authentic...something I appreciate overall. I had my white Honda Accord repainted and I'm very impressed with the quality of work for the price and I got it back in great timing! One thing I would suggest is ensure the tech is a little more aware of clean up items...(a few drops in the car and on the trim) but that was all removable. I definitely recommend their services and would go back if I had to again. Thank you and great job!

Paint work was matched great but bumper was not prepared properly before painting it. Body work was not done good, had to bring it back to be redone and they were not able to noticed the issue.. front desk guy is really nice.Definitely don t advise anyone to use them for body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience with Bruce and crew at Maaco. Highly recommend them. My wife was rear-ended by a 17 year old on a provisional license. Her dad wanted to handle it without filing an insurance claim. Took a big risk trusting that he would pay the bill. Out of 3 bids at different repair shops, Bruce was the only one who took the time to get under the car, open the trunk, do a thorough inspection of the car and look up the manufacturer info to provide an estimate. Then he came in the lowest of the 3 bids, and the final bill was the exact price of the estimate. He also went above and beyond talking directly to the other dad several days in a row during the repair and making sure the bill was paid directly by the dad. They did a great job replacing and matching the bumper and the car looks great. Won't hesitate to go back to them if needed in the future (but hopefully not needed)!
