I have been a customer at LXTOY for at least 4 years. You would think I should have written a review. I should have, I have never had an issue with their services - it perfect just the way I would have received it at a Lexus dealership - which was where I loved to go . The courtesy and personal connection at LXTOY has not been matched in my 13 years of being a Lexus vehicle owner.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Oil change

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Came after service engine light came on my Highlander. They diagnosed the problem and educated me on my options in regards to a warranty replacement. Diagnostic fee is reasonable and excellent customer service as well.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!I just got my car back from LxToy and I could not be more pleased. I took my 2007 Lexus in there and Jose was extremely knowledgeable on this vehicle and the specifics that go into a hybrid. I am always nervous taking such an old vehicle into get repairs due to the low value the car holds to start with.When I took my car in, I told Jose I just want to get the car running again. He told me what was wrong, gave me the price it would cost to fix it, and did just that. When I checked out, he gave me a few other things that might go wrong in the future, but he did not push me to get those at this time and recommended I just drive the car for a while and if there are more issues, then bring it in at that time.Every other place I have taken my car, they try and push you to do 100 different things just to make more money. LxToy did not do that at all. I would recommend everyone go here, especially those who want a specialist on hybrid vehicles (which not all shops know that technology).Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery

I was lost in a world of auto repair names and numbers ...I chose to do the top to bottom of the list and I called and was informed that they would give me a call back with the estimate sometime later that day....Around lunchtime, I was very pleased with the clear and precise way that the Secretary took care of my time and inquiryWith the limited information I had to give, IReceived my 1st estimate for the major repair and although I had to refuse the services,I will continue to checkout their prices when I need a car Doctor .

Dropped off my 2015 Lexus Es350 for a 4 wheel strut change and this place was welcoming and they performed just as they said they would. Talked to the owners and they great people. Cant say enough great things for this place. Definitely a keeper for my Lexus. Thank you!!!

I had a full tune up on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Spark plugs, cv axle boot replacements, needle bearing swap, every fluid changed and they did an extremely professional job. The owner has been a Toyota and Lexus master tech for over 30 years. They are honest people and are very fair with their estimates. I will be taking my truck here for life.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I took my Toyota Camry to replace the wheel hub, both brake pads and wheel bearings. Jose was able to find me high quality parts with a discount. Cannot recommend this place enough if you drive a Toyota, Lexus, or Scion.

I m so glad I came here. I brought my vehicle in after a recommendation from the previous owner of the vehicle. Amazing customer service from the phone to the technician working on my car. Upfront about the cost and the time required to perform the service. Jose took time to give me advice on lifting and getting the vehicle off road ready. This is a family owned business. Brought my LS400 in for an oil change. It s easy to tell that this is an honest, quality shop to take your vehicle. The building is clean, staff are friendly, and pricing was better than expected!

Without a doubt, this is the place to get your Toyota/Lexus serviced at. They were very courteous, helpful, and straightforward with everything that was being done. Job was completed at the time they said it was going to be done.I had the rear differential fluid changed out the first time. They quoted me at a pretty reasonable price, at least way more affordable than the dealer. At pickup, I also wanted to get the transmission fluid changed in my GS350 and knowing it was a "sealed" transmission and it wouldn't be cheap. They quoted me and WOW I was impressed at the quote I received. Went ahead and got that done (on another day due to the amount of time it took to replace the fluid). During the fluid change, they noticed I needed a new belt and with my approval, they changed that too. I will definitely be coming back here with more service needs. These guys will take care of you from when you walk through the door to when you leave with your car. Highly recommend!

Need an honest mechanic? LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This family owned business is a great place to get car repairs done. When I called to ask about having my alternator replaced, they gave me the exact cost of parts labor and tax and were able to get it done in a few hours.. I had them change my oil at the same time. If you are looking for high-quality service that you can trust and afford, LxToy Auto Care is for you. I have been to many car repair places and found this one 3 years ago. I never go to another one after that even when I moved to another area. This is a family-owned business by the nicest and most honest people. They even offered to give you a ride if you need to go somewhere while your car is in repair. Jose and his team are very experienced, dedicated, and always did a great job on my car's repair and maintenance. They really care about the customers. Highly recommended!

Excellent place. Very honest and friendly folks that will take great care of you, especially if you drive an old Toyota like me. They don't seem any more expensive than any other place around, and I'm sure they'll give you a better deal than the dealership.

Highly trained Mechanics and Techs that provide superior service. They inspect and check every part of your vehicle and are 100% honest and reliable. We have all 3 of our vehicles (Lexus, Honda & Scion) serviced here. I've referred all of my family and friends to LxToy Auto Care and will continue using them for years to come.

LxToy Auto took care of me and my Lexus. I called around and they had the best price on a timing belt replacement kit for my car in Ft. Worth. They were upfront with the pricing and the technician called me and let me know items that needed to be fixed while working the repair. My car is running well and I will continue to give them my business for maintenance and repairs.

This is the absolute best place in Fort Worth to take your car for service! My fianc� and I just moved here from Houston and looked long and hard for an amazing and trustworthy mechanic for her Lexus SUV. As we all know it s hard finding a mechanic who will put your needs first and give you a fair deal as well as options for your maintenance. This shop is run by Nelly and Jose and they are two of the most wonderful and genuine people I ve ever met!! They took such great care of my fianc� and I when we came in with her Lexus. They actually sit down and discuss every detail of what is needed for your personal Maintance. I ve never felt happier at any other auto shop in my life! You can t beat the service, the honesty, the integrity, and the prices for they quality of service! I recommend everyone take your vehicle here bc this is that one mechanic shop you can count on and trust to give you the best honest service for the best price hands down!!!! My fianc� and I will only use them from now on! Do yourself a favor and next time you need service on your vehicle bring it here!!! You won t regret it, I promise you!

Uncompromising customer service and full transparency! I had some lights on my 2008 Toyota 4Runner dash (VSC, ABS) that needed attention; I contacted them through Yelp! and got an immediate response for an initial diagnostic quote, and day/time available for an appointment. They took every precaution to provide in-person barriers against COVID: plastic sheeting in their main office, key tray, face shields/masks on their person, plastic wrapped my keys, plastic wrap in the car, gloves...the whole nine yards. After a test drive, I was told it was my brake piece that they could order, hopefully get same day, and put in my truck in less than 1 hour. True to their word, the part came quickly and it was put in my truck in less than 1 hour. They will be my first choice for any future issues with my Toyota 4Runner.

These guys are great. I didn't even take a car in. I only called to discuss possible needed repairs on a used Lexus I'm looking at buying. They took some extra time to walk me through a few possible red flags to check for that are specific to this model that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. If I do buy any Toyota/Lexus vehicle, I know where I'm taking it. Thanks!

I ve been coming to LX Toy for over 3 years now. Personal vehicles, work vehicles and family vehicles. Owner is very honest and does excellent work. Staff is very polite and attentive. They stand behind their work. When Jos� says in need something done or repaired or preventative measures I don t think twice and get it done.Highly recommend LXToy!!!

I advise everyone to avoid this location at all cost. I preface my situation in that I read the good reviews and wanted to believe this would be my mechanic since moving to Ft Worth. I took my car to the shop because I needed to replace my brakes and possibly the rotors as well. The receptionist was very nice and demonstrated excellent customer service, but unfortunately this is where exceptional service end.I understood a diagnostic fee ($45) would be added if I decline the service of whats recommended by the mechanic. The older man with glasses took my car for a drive to duplicate my same driving experience of my steering wheel shaking while braking. Afterwards he drive my car into the bay and spent 15 to 20 minutes diagnosing my car, so I THOUGHT!He comes into the lobby with the help of the receptionist to negotiate prices that I may find suitable. The cheapest price included standard products, therefore I opted for the mid range price of close to $600 after taxes. The older man agreed and walked back to the bay. I then asked the receptionist if I could see what he found and we were amazed to find out he never took the tires off to diagnose anything. Understandably so, driving alone would illustrate that rotors may need to be replaced, but WHY in the world would I pay for a diagnostic if the mechanic did NOTHING but create an educated (or lack thereof) guess. I can only imagine the amount of people who were tricked into paying for a service that practically never occurs. I IMMEDIATELY asked for my car to leave without anything done.In the process of him taking my car down, I noticed he had my car's hood open. Why would he be under my hood if my brakes diagnostic and service is the only reason I was in the shop??? I ask everyone to be careful getting your car serviced here, because I feel this mechanic may steal or replace your car parts with inferior parts so that it will become defective down the line to win your business with other maintenance requests. Of course I did not pay that diagnostic fee, and found another location who did the service $200 cheaper with top quality products. This location gives a bad name for all mechanics.WARNING : DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. MAKE SURE YOU STAND OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT WHILE THEY CONDUCT THIS SERVICE, OTHERWISE YOU MAY PAY FOR A DIAGNOSTIC THAT DOES NOT OCCUR.

Gave them a lot of business for awhile, then the old man let life make him bitter and combative. He then tells his lying receptionist to ban me. What a fall from grace for this shop. Unless you're a JDM driver, avoid this place. Find better customer service elsewhere.

Great professional Toyota service. If you need maintenance work or just an oil change on your Lexus, Toyota or any other vehicle give this family owned place a try. I saved a lot of money over what Freeman would charge. I became a Google+ member today just so I could put them on the map!
