We love Lonestar Elite Automotive. They are always able to squeeze us into their schedule. Their estimate system is transparent, quick and user-friendly. They never pressure you to do any work on your vehicle that you don't want to have done. We find them to be trustworthy, reliable, easy to work with, and quick.

Amazing service. Professional and friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics, free snacks, and drinks in a large waiting area. I probably don't need to mention it, but they also provide free wifi. My new favorite automotive shop!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jesse and the team at Lonestar for the recent excellent service received. The fact that the shop's a bit hidden off the main road reinforces the sense of having discovered something special. Beyond the service and reasonable pricing, as I heard discussion related to another customer, I left with the impression that these guys know what they are talking about and truly want to do right by the customer. Three cheers for Lonestar!

As a hobby mechanic i built several motors and installed transmissions. I did not have time to work on my vehicle or the diagnostic tools to properly identify a misfire.Staff was friendly and professional. They were quick and updated me on every diagnostic and problem they found with the vehicle. Pictures and updates were supplied via link through text and everything was clear with prices. I was giving a list of things that needed to be done (about 10 things) which about 2 were urgent and necessary at that.I was giving an estimate for spark plugs and wires and their tune up, As well as an urgent warning about my transmission fluid as it was a dark black sludge.They ended up changing my transmission fluid and after letting me know their diagnostic of what was just a couple of bad spark plugs I was able to take it home and repair it the next day at next toNothing $. The car runs like a top.Thanks Billy at Lonestar

I took my Jeep in for an oil leak. This was my first time using their services. It was an awesome experience from start to end. They re friendly & honest group of guys and I will definitely be coming back to service my other vehicles. They even gave me advice on how to remove oil stains off my driveway. Highly recommend!!

They were on another call when I first called and I hung up so I could call back a little later. Not even a few seconds later, they called me back at my number and asked what they could help with. They did a great job finding the issue and fixing quickly! Will definitely use them again. Top Notch!

I entrusted my 1995 Honda Accord to this establishment for the replacement of all four struts. The service was swift, and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience, particularly the exceptional value for the price. I took my vehicle for repair last week and they did an excellent job. From the initial contact where I scheduled the service to the day I checked out these guys were the most kind and respectful people I ve came across in a long time. I would encourage anyone with vehicle issues to go to them. They are very good on cost as well when compared to other shops in the area. I ll be bringing my vehicles back here for sure.

So I originally had an issue and the owner actually took the time to read the review and reached out to me.This says a lot and I would highly recommend this business. I have been going here for a while now. And as a woman it s important to have a mechanic I can trust, and they provide a sense of security for me.Original review was deleted by me. I have used Lone Star Elite Automotive for several years and for all vehicles in my family (3). They have always been honest and fair with me. Their work is always top notch. I highly recommend them. I send all my family and friends to them as their first stop with vehicle repair needs!

Great automotive shop. Thanks for an amazing job, well done on my truck. Definitely will recommend your business to others. I would like to add, to better help with customer service, to check all ordered parts, and ensure that everything is available upon delivery, for the job. This would eliminate the possibility of someone driving to your location to find out their vehicle can't be worked on because of missing items during shipment. I know this isn't completely the fault of the business, but it will help mitigate unnecessary trips. Thank you, and I hope to do business with your shop again.2020 Tacoma (transmission fluid flush)

Edit: So we figured out what happened. The mechanics stripped a bolt on the manifold and wanted us to pay $1600 for their mistake. As a result, oil sprayed all over my altinator. So now it cost me another 300 dollars to replace that. This shop is ran by incompetent mechanics and the owner is a coward that will not talk to you if you have an issue with them. We definitely have grounds to sue them now.Terrible service. I took my car in to get the check engine light off and just had an idoling problem. After 1200 dollars worth of work the check engine light was still on and all the sudden I had a severe oil leak. So bad I could no longer drive it. I took it back and the incompetent mechanics said it was a radiator issue, as if I don't know what oil looks like. 300 dollars later I get the car back and all the sudden there's a sensor problem that the car didn't have before and they wanted 1400 dollars to fix that. The car was still spewing oil. So I brought it back so they could replace the seals, and they told me I needed to pay another 1600 for the oil leak. My car is undrivable now. The manager refused to make it right. My car never had an oil leak until I took it to them. This was no minor oil leak either. Oil was covering my engine and smoking.I took the car in for an engine light and now the car is massively screwed up. Each time I got the car back it was worse. Do not recommend. Worst mechanic experience I've ever had.

I wish I could give a zero star rating. Worst mechanics ever!! Whatever you do DO NOT take your car here. Went into have some codes cleared to get the check engine light off. 2000 dollars later oil is spewing out of our engine, they are denying it and refusing to fix or give us our money back! Unprofessional and dishonest!! Refuses to give me the owners name.

Hands down the best automotive shop around!! I have an old truck and these guys always take care of me and make sure my truck is running right. Ryan definitely went above and beyond for me this last repair and I was so grateful. Thanks Lonestar for always fixing my truck, I ll never go anywhere else!

I had work done on my Cadillac and was happy with the service. I had my son in law send his car there and it's been a complete nightmare. After the service, his car hemmoraged oil. Took it back-they said it was coolant. Charged him again to fix the coolant issue. The oil is still leaking like crazy and they want another$1000 to fix a new problem. Gonna have to take them to court.

I have had a few things repaired on my Chevy 2500 at their shop and they have done really great work, are easy to deal with, and keep you well informed along the way. 100% the best place in Keller to get auto repairs.

I think I finally found my "go to" auto shop. It turns out that Michael and Ryan are from another that I used to go to until two years. Michael was the manager at the other shop when I first went; Ryan came later and was the Assistant Manager under another person. I had a bad experience with Ryan's previous Supervisor, so I left and never went back. I stumbled upon Lonestar Elite Automotive. I was so happy to see Michael and Ryan. As a team, they were awesome and didn't try to take me to the cleaners...as many shops do. They quality work at a good price; and, gave a list of things (in order of priority) that I need to get done on my car. Needless to say, it was a great experience! Ben

My AC compressor went out and with the 100� weather, I knew I needed it fixed, and fast. I took my car to another mechanic spot and they wanted almost 3k to fix it. Thankfully, I found Lonestar! Ryan was the first person I was in contact with, I called and he was so patient, helpful and was able to get me a great deal, he got my car in Tuesday, got the parts and they were able to fix it in time for me to take my dad to the airport very next day on Weds and have my car ready for my work week. My AC gets nice and super cold and in this summer heat, I was dying, so I am so very grateful to the kindness, the professionalism, the fair pricing, the swift repair and the good work! Will definitely be reccomending them to anyone in need of repairs and I will be going there for my future car needs. Thank you Lonestar!

My husband and I are VERY happy with Lonestar Elite Automotive. After having damage to my car from shotty work at another repair place, I took my car to Lonestar Elite because of their great reviews. I was NOT disappointed.Their prices are amazing, their service is exceptionally fast, they are so friendly, and their communication is unmatched! I will not being my car anywhere else! They ve worked on my car a couple of times now and it runs better than it has in a LONG time!! My husband s Jeep is next! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
