Arrived talked too Rambo needed a gland hand repair. The customer service was great got to speak with the staff with about life while waiting on repair just a great experience. The pricing was good. If you find this company I recommend bringing your trailer here for service.

I bought a 53' dry van to which we agreed to put a new aluminum roof. After a few weeks it started leaking and that's where the problems started. In the end, I found that they did not mount J molding and riveted directly to the plate. I don't recommend coming to such services, it only deceives the client by doing an unprofessional thing. The owner is retired and another person don t care.

We where hesitant about buying a trailer over an hour away when there are so many dealers near us, but we do not regret that decision one bit!!!! Not only was the sales process easy but when my trailer needed repairs (Something I broke) I took it back to them the staff was awesome and made sure I knew where to go and who to talk to they offered me bottles of water. And Walter did an amazing job getting it fixed definitely went above and beyond to get my trailer back out there working again. If they were 3 hours away I'd still make that trip! Thank you all so much at Lonestar Trailer!!!!

I was very happy with the service I received at Lone Star. Sergio and his team did a first rate repair job on my truck box. It literally is better than before the damage. I am impressed. All I had to do was drop my box truck with Sergio and he took care of everything including working with my insurance company to fix it correctly. Thank you Sergio!

I saw a truck I was interested in on the web and called David Pickle. He was straight forward and very honest. He has been in the car business for many years and it shows in his professionalism . I bought the truck I inquired about as he told me exactly on the phone how it was and its condition.That's the way to do business straight forward and honest, traits that are hard to find these days. I will be doing business with them again. Thanks David

I believe was george and sergio. the people that take care my service went iwas there .They repair 3 of my trucks all different projects so far so good.They were very busy at that moment but they leasing to my needs.and sure they did excellent job.I bent over multiple places around forth worth.But definitely this one is (one of my favoriteOn my list).

If you need any fleet repair service this is the place to go. The can do anything and have very experienced craftsman who know their trade very well. I have even given them very difficult weld jobs on cast aluminum marine gear cases and they performed very well and in a timely manner. They just get the job done and do it right the first time.

Had a chance to work with Sergio, the Service Manager he was very professional and helpful. I would go back to Lone Star Trailer just to work with Sergio. This guy is really the truth!!! Thank u a million times Sergio..

I didn t catch his name, but last night one of the employees from here helped me out so much! My battery died and I was stranded. He came to me, jumped my car, and helped me replace the battery. He went above and beyond to help me out and I have never been so grateful! If everyone who works here is as caring and helpful as him, you re in great hands!!!

Beware of this company. I sent my truck to them because it was having fuel pump issues. It sat there for 10 days as they tried one part after the other to fix it. Every day that I called to check on the status of the truck I was told they still didn't know what was wrong with it. After finally being tired of having my truck sitting and not being fixed, I still had to tow it to another shop to get the same problem fixed and they held my truck hostage until I paid them $1257 dollars for what? I don't know because the truck is in the same condition that it was when I first took it to this shop.

Came across Lone Star through an Ebay posting and made contact with a sales person David Pickle. We conversed about the vehicle and it's condition and I made my deposit for the purchase of it. While waiting for financing and funds, David was very responsive in my text and phone calls about questions that came up in my mind to relieve me of worries of purchasing a vehicle unknown and un-inspected by me personally. He went the extra mile in making sure I'm happy; he had a guy service the driver seat of my car in treating the leather so it looks new again. David sourced out a trucking company to deliver my car to where I live and for the price, I was amazed it was so cheap to deliver a Escalade ESV! That's one huge car to be on a trailer for this shipping price! Upon delivery, the car was beautiful as stated. Smelled new, leather scent all like from the dealership and paint shiny as heck. There were some dings and scratches and it had only one key, but, I am buying an used car, so that I am more than willing to accept. Mechanically the car runs great, starts up and drives and with a 60 day temp tag from Texas, I'm using it already to our beach which was a good 400 miles round trip, so I trusted it as if we bought a new car from David at Lone Star. Thank you for the experience David. I wish I had more driveway space to buy a few more cars from you some future time! I'm sure one day I will.

I found Lone Star truck and trailer via a google search, they had one positive review so I decided to give them a shot at earning a new customer. Needless to say I'm unable to leave a positive review after the shotty service I received. I dropped off my goose-neck trailer for a break job, the trailer has 6k# Dexter axles w/electric brakes on one axle.Parts to complete the job myself would have been $240.00, Lone Stars quote was $140 in parts + $300 in labor. I thought this was a little on the high side but didn't have the time to complete the job myself so I opted to have them complete the work. I called 4 days after having dropping off the trailer to find out that it still had not made it into the shop, the afternoon of the 5th day I get a call telling me the trailers ready to be picked up.Upon picking up the trailer I immediately notice the brakes are not operating properly, they take it into the shop and pull the drums to find the magnet surface is scored enough that the magnets aren't making adequate contact. Why the mechanic didn't catch this during a "function" check I'm unsure. The mechanics solution for this was to take a 4 1/2" angles grinder to the magnet surface to no avail. Now Lone Star wants and additional $250 for the drum/hub assembly for a total parts and labor bill of $690.00 that I could have done myself for $240.00 had I known it was going to turn into this fiasco.To top off matters a D.O.T annual inspection was completed while the trailer was in for service and they passed it with the brakes inoperable. Needless to say I have learned my lesson and will not be returning. At the end of the day it's BUYER BEWARE!!!

The people that answer the phone are very nice they just do not know what they re talking about. They tell you you have to come in and see what we can do for you I know what I need I need them to order it and install it they cannot give me no pricing over the phone cannot give me a delivery date if they know anything about truckers we are all about time I m pretty sure it s a good place I just would not call them it s one of those places you have to go in and speak to somebody that knows what they re talking aboutAll I needed was a toolbox side of my truck I could ve gave them the dimensions what kind and brand they didn t even let me offer not saying it s a bad company just saying no good customer service on the phone

Broke a landing gear crank handle. Went to this place to buy a new one and they were going to charge me $35 for one! Left handle on counter and walked out. Went to another place and bought one for $9. Thats all im going to say about this place.

Quick service for a minor repair on the trailer doors. Don't expect a clean restroom or clean driver lounge.

The sell trucks way to high in price and they are not honest! this should be a negative star but cant post until you light 1 up.
