My name is Mike okay Mike was very helpful I got my work done very fast. He even gave me advice on future issues if they were to occur. I recommend them highly because they were the least expensive other places wanted to charge me $150 and they charged me $80

Robert has worked on our cars for at least 15 years. We moved and tried other places but came back to Robert because he does outstanding work. You can trust him to be honest and go above and beyond to fix your vehicle. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Mike was kind, courteous and direct. He made sure my car was in tip-top shape for my car inspection. Felt safe knowing he was in charge of the inspection process. He runs things totally by the book. I came here to get some control arm bushings and ball joints pressed out and new ones pressed in. Not only was I over charged for this being done but they also damaged some of the new parts that I provided and to add as well they also cracked one of the control arms. I will never come here again and now I have to spend more money to get new bushings that they damaged but also new ball joint covers. Asked a few other shops and they all seem to agree that I was over charged especially since I just brought the control arms in they weren't even on the car

They misdiagnosed the problem with my Volkswagen air conditioning. I ended up paying $700 and the problem was not fixed. 2 stars instead of 1 because I am not sure if they intentionally scammed me, either way they don t stand by their work. It took a long time and I had to come back multiple times. Would not bring a Volkswagen here despite them saying that they could work on it no problem, he said it s just like any other car .

These guys are great! (worked with Ogi and Robert) They were busy but not busy enough to help me out. My issue was not easily 'diagnose-able' but they said they'd drive it around and find out exactly what it was. I was expecting it to be super pricey but way lower than I expected and they called me before they did anything with an exact quote and told me exactly what was going on. Smooth and easy drive now! New to town and they are my now 'go to shop!'

I live nearby and recently had some work done on a truck I inherited when my parents passed away. While the repair did take a day longer than he originally estimated, it wasn't a problem for me and he did keep me informed on the progress. The work was fairly priced and I will certainly use their services in the future. It's really handy having a GOOD mechanic right in the neighborhood!!

Taking my vehicle 3 months earlier to get radiator replaced. $1,200 later vehicle was running okay. This last week my vehicle started running hot everytime I would stop at a light we're stuck in traffic. I then had my wife drop the vehicle off and inform them of the situation that it was overheating again. The next day one of the employees called and said that it was a cooling fan that needed to be replaced for $590. I went and Google the price for the part which was $169 and it would take an unexperienced person to replace it no more than an hour and a half. When I went to pick up my vehicle the employee at the desk was extremely rude and discourteous, not just to me but to a young lady that was in there before me also. I see all these reviews of people saying that this is a nice place to go, but all they really in for is to get your cash and as much as they can. After getting the part and replacing it myself I found that several things were also not tightened or put back properly when my radiator was replaced. for $169 in an hour of me and my wife's time along with our young son we replaced our cooling fan by ourselves. To the gentleman at the desk that I talked to you are rude, discourteous and very unprofessional. I know quite a few people and I've been around here for quite a long time Word of Mouth goes a long way, if anyone asks we're good place to go for mechanic work it surely sir will not be you.

Lifetime came highly recommended from family and friends who have used them for years, and as such I took a used car in for their evaluation of any needed repairs or service before purchase. The guys did a very thorough evaluation of the vehicle and gave me their recommendations for repairs and cost estimate. I took this vehicle in for a relative who lived out of town and whom had fallen on hard times financially due to a medical issue causing him to lose his job. While waiting for the estimate to print out I was talking to the guys about my relative and issues he was having. The owner then said You know what, your nephew has had enough problems, he doesn t owe us anything. This was an evaluation that would cost $100 anywhere and they were good hearted enough to waive their fee for him.Needless to say, they have now won my business on all four cars I own.

As a young female who recently moved to Fort Worth this place has been such a blessing. I never feel like they are trying to pressure me into unnecessary maintenance and they truly care about the services they provide. Five stars! Love them!

I arrived at 1:15pm not knowing the place closed a 1pm. the man told me that he would still do the inspection on my car. This is something that is very rare when in comes to customer service these days. Thank you for your time on getting my car in and inspected even though you were closed. I will always use your company and will refer you to my friends and family.Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced with a auto mechanic.

My wife's car was destroyed by rats in their lot. I told the owner about the thousands of rat droppings not only in the car but on the engine block. The cars engine worked perfectly when we took it in, we took it in to get a new clutch. My wife had recently had surgery so I had to get a friend to drop me off. I got a quater mile away and started to notice an awful smell. I believe rats made a nest in the engine compartment. One mile in my engine died. To make a long story short the owner looked at my car again and said I needed a new engine. I was shocked. It was working perfectly before we left it with them. He quoted us a price of over 2 thousand dollars to put a used engine in. I wish I was allowed to upload pictures. You would not believe it! In the past I had nothing but positive experience. When I called the owner again about getting the new engine put in he didn't even bother to get back to me.

Went to Lifetime after Jeep dealer was unable to correct a problem with my Liberty. Lifetime put in the extra effort to fix my car. They are friendly, communicate well, and very fair with their pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Best repair shop in my opinion. The place is clean. The technicians are friendly and informative. They have fair prices. I had a 2008 Audi a4 that I'd take here for regular maintenance now I take my 2010 a4. Cant beat the prices.

Came in early to ask a favor (needed a lift to reach an O2 sensor on a '15 car, lots of underbody panels), they were able to accommodate me no issue and got my problem fixed within half an hour. A lot cheaper than I was expecting too. Robert is a great guy and was able to help me out.

Honest and very knowledgeable!!! I was told by my dealer after taking it in for a check engine light that my timing chain needed replacing and it would cost $2,200!! I brought it to Lifetime Automotive and they gave it a look and found that all I needed was a full engine flush and some new oil and the problem may resolve itself. Only $150 later the problem was solved. They could have easily gotten me to replace the chain but they did the honest thing for much less $$ and got themselves a very loyal customer!!

Could not ask for better service! Had an issue with my engine overheating in a 2000 Jeep Cherokee but Robert fixed it up quickly and for an unbelievable price. Car runs just like new now. Lifetime Automotive is the the only place in DFW I will ever consider taking my cars to!

Robert Furundijia of LifeTime Automotive is incredible! He took great care of me and my car. Recently my alternator had issues. He explained the problem and the best way to fix it. Robert is an honest mechanic with very reasonable prices. If you need any work done on your car I highly recommend Robert. His shop is the best!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, considerate and courteous. Excellent communication and follow through. Effective and lasting repairs. Trustworthy. I'm lucky to have them in my neighborhood but would travel to them if needed. I believe they treat customers the way they would want to be treated - a rare thing these days. These guys are the real deal.

Very new to Fort Worth area in June. Day 1 AC in our car quit. Lifetime Automotive was very responsive, reasonable and did a great job. We found our new auto repair shop before we had a chance to find a favorite Resturant. Well Done!
