While I didn t have any work done there, I called to explain what was going on with my car to see if they worked on my make & model. They explained to me that they only work on 18-wheelers, but the guy was nice enough to talk through what could be wrong with the transmission and the next steps to address it while saving money. That bit of advice was greatly appreciated and set me on the right path of this daunting repair.
