My husband (in the big red Jeep) went yesterday and had a fantastic experience. They were able to solve his check engine light and get his Jeep inspected quickly all for a fair price. Big shout out and lots of thanks for the great service to Tabor and his team!

Omg! They had my headlights replaced and my oil changed practically before I could connect my computer to the internet to get some work done! They are true to their name and the staff is delightful!

I was in a hurry one day, now almost 2 years ago, to get an inspection on my car. I generally went to another fast lube, etc. spot on the southside of town where they not only do inspections, but give a free carwash coupon.On this particular day, I was in a hurry and went to Kwik Kar, which is near my home. The inspection was done quickly, professionally, and within a friendly atmosphere. I now use the Kwik Kar for all of those routine tasks, and have never had a problem. As you can tell by the 5* review, I recommend them.

I went to an competitor to get an oil change and air filter replacement. Upon leaving my car wasn't running the same prior to the service. I was given the recommendation to head over to Kwik Kar and I had Greg one of the mechanics give my car a further diagnostic after a visit from Auto Zone. Greg found that my air filter from an competitor had been placed incorrectly and he fixed it for me free of charge which I highly appreciate. After leaving Kwik Kar my car was back to running as it normally would! I learned from this experience where to take my car for a future oil change, along with other car maintenance issues and that's Kwik Kar! Thank you Greg and to any other gentlemen today that helped me resolve my air filter dilemma from another auto body shop!

What can I say, but this place is pretty nice. It's conveniently located. The staff is very personable and professional. They seem to take true genuine pride in their job. They are fast which is def a plus. The facility is nice and clean. The pricing is standard and reasonable. I bring all my vehicles to them. A 2016 explorer. A 2012 Acura. And a 1992 Ford ranger. All around great place and def recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FOR ANY SERVICE OR REPAIR ON YOUR CAR. I BROKE DOWN ON VACATION AND TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR REPAIR BEING TOLD ON THE PHONE MY CAR WOULD BE READY THE NEXT DAY. ALL A LIE. IT WENT FROM ONE DAY TO FOUR DAYS. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION. TOLD THE MECHANIC ASSIGNED TO OUR CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR UPDATES. ALL LIES!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Walked in for an oil change this afternoon and quoted a 20-25 minute wait to get to my vehicle. They were obviously shorthanded, but you wouldn't have known from how quickly and efficiently they were handling each automobile. Wait was shorter than quoted; they were concerned about my previous oil change and worked to put the best product in given the previous oil used. Very pleased with both customer service and care. Would recommend to anyone I knew in the area.Service: Oil change

I took my 1954 Chevy truck in because I could not get the oil filter off since it was so tight (DIY project). These guys were GREAT!!! Jumped right on it and took care of it. The Manager/Mechanic even took a look at a power steering fluid leak for me. NO CHARGE! I have taken several of my cars there for oil changes and safety inspections. They will get all of my business in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Have been at this location a few times now with various family members and each time I'm greeted by the same person, the new manager Mr Taber. He is by far and away the most professional oil change guy I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable and patient. Have personally seen him explain to a older lady about the oil change process and the things that needed attention. There was absolutely no pressure from him. Have watched him a few times now and I couldnt be happier with having him work on my car or family members cars. I had some issues with this location previously and now this is the only shop I will ever recommend. As long as he's running this location I will always be a customer and recommend his shop. Cudos for Kwik car getting this one correct.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

The man who greeted me didn't make me feel welcome. I left without doing business. He hesitated when i asked him questions. I told the man that I had a bad feeling about this place. His response was, " OK!" I won't be returning.

This has been a good experience getting our transmission fluid, differential oils. Engine oil and radiator flushes done here. There's usually someone here that can help troubleshoot problems they see coming up...today I learned that my exhaust gasket is leaky...that there are universal catalytic converters on the truck..and they should be attached again w proper gaskets.. pricing is usually fair , a little on the higher side but they are friendly . .that takes the sting out of the bill...

These people could not be more awesome! Heading on a road trip and needed to get my car checked out last minute I spoke to Scott on the phone and he was incredibly friendly and told me to just head right in! I showed up a few minutes later and had 3 awesome people check out my car for me. They filled my tires, topped off my oil, and checked out everything else. They didn t charge me for a thing and refused to let me tip them because they knew I was a TCU student. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.I had gone to them previously for help with one of my tires and had the exact same friendly service then as well. They totally made my day and were the most kind and genuine people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been to many kwik Kars and this was the absolute best experience. They were nice, knowledgeable, looked up service through car fax from another location I went to out of state, reviewed the suggested factory maintenance, but then checked everything and said that I didn't actually need half of them. I knew it would be a bit more expensive since it was my 110k mile service but I felt very confident that they only performed what was needed for the life and safety of the vehicle, and I will absolutely be going back. Couldn't recommend any other place higher than this specific kwik kar location. 10 out of 10! And they have a military discount if you have your ID.Thanks kwik kar!

It was just an inspection, but I couldn't find my insurance card. They were very patient with me and only skipped me after I insisted upon it. They made sure I was next in line though.

We were in town and noticed oil leaking from our vehicle. We had just gotten the oil changed a week before at the dealership we purchased it at. We stopped by Kwik Kar and they let us know both the oil filter and drain plug were loose and leaking. They got us topped off with oil and tightened everything up within a matter of 5 minutes. Great customer service!! Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE. The guy helping me lied to me about the price of my oil change just because it was early in the morning and he didn t want to do it. I also had low tire pressure and asked him to check to see if there was anything in my tire and he did not check obviously because there was a huge nail very visibly in the tire that I found quickly after checking myself. Really bad customer service and they make you feel like a huge burden.Services: Tires, Oil change

Good service, I was here at 4pm on a Saturday, and two other places blew me off because they wanted to close early. This was frustrating because all I needed was an oil change. This place took care of it without a complaint and were actually nice people on top of it. They took care of it in a few minutes and I was out of there much faster than I thought I'd be. The price wasn't bad either, it was just over $40 after tax and everything, regular price. Not bad considering what some places charge you for an oil change. This particular place was very good, they have my recommendation.
