Who ever works in the front counter is rude. Not o ly was he rude to me but to his own coworkers. After waiting for 30 mints I approached him and asked when I was up next in line, he then said after these 3 cars. I asked if it's by appointment he said no I saw them parked before you did that's why they are up before you.I went on by telling him I was in the office first I gave you all my information and then they walked in. It's not my fault they stayed outside to talk.I then decided to get my keys and leave. He then started screaming and telling me to never come back and get off his property.This is not my first time at this location but it was my last.

I went in on a spur-of-the-moment oil change.I was greeted promptly at the service bay door even though it was very very cold that day the gentleman took his time and answering my questions and got me right in for service and oil change.Even though AutoZone is so being wrong component for the oil filter he gladly exchanged it without charging me the difference.It was a great experience great experience and I'll be going back and referring others to this location.

Not what I expected. My so-called full service oil change was lacking the full service. After paying nearly $100 for an oil change, I casually asked if they topped off my washer fluid. They replied that they were out of washer fluid, but if I went to Walmart and bought some, then they would add it for me. This place has really gone downhill

I m a former aircraft mechanic myself so this review comes from a place of experience as a maintenance professional.This is a very rough shop. Came in for an inspection, and just observed a lot of concerning stuff. Employees smoking in the bay, grease left in my vehicle, very unprofessional communication by the employees, and a generally uncontrolled bay where everything is disorganized and dirty.Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Take 5. They are much more professional and pulled together.

I was denied service on my 2017 fiat 500x due to it requiring a special filter for European cars...I have never been told this is the numerous times I've had my oil changed and have had my car serviced at this particular place at least 3 times previous. What changed?

Been getting all my vehicles inspected here ever year since 2005. They are the best. I have no reason to ever go anywhere else.

I went in for an oil change and state inspection at 9 am and I didn t get a call that my car was ready until 11:45. It wasn t busy, but as it was a Saturday I understood that it could be a bit longer.When I first arrived, an employee asked if my Ford Focus took full synthetic oil, and as I am not familiar with specifics on oil changes, I told him I wasn t sure. Without an explanation and not confirming with me, they proceeded to do a full synthetic oil change on my vehicle.When I went in to pay, I informed another employee that I was there to pick up my vehicle, and he stated he didn t have any paperwork for me and that someone paid for my oil change, and that he needed to reprint my paperwork. I then waited an additional 20 minutes while he reprinted the paperwork only to find that my oil change would be $85 dollars (not including the state inspection). I felt a little uncomfortable with the price and asked the employee why it was so much and he explained that they did a full synthetic oil change. Again, as I was unsure about the specifics of oil changes, and wanting to leave the uncomfortable situation, I paid and left. When my husband got home, I mentioned the prices to him and we discovered that they took advantage of the fact that I was unaware of the difference between a traditional oil change and a full synthetic oil change.I feel that as I am a woman, I was completely taken advantage of. While it is my responsibility to educate myself on what type of oil change my vehicle needs, it is never okay for businesses to take advantage of those who are unaware. Will not ever return.

It was recommended by a kwik kar that I get my transmission fluid flushed. This location turned me away at 8am (out of pure laziness being first thing in the morning) said I had an EVT vehicle that they "couldnt touch" , when I actually drive an ECA vehicle. These are different transmission types. 2020 tacoma. If you have services advertised on your website, you should be able to provide them. Do better kwik kar White Settlement

If I could give a 0 review I would. I just went here on Tuesday to change out all four spark plugs. I had bought all four brand new spark plugs from O Reillys took them to this place and the mechanic told me because you bought the spark plugs from somewhere else there will be no warranty so I can change them but when you drive off it on you. So the next day my check engine light went back on. My car started shaking when I would start it so I went back to O Reillys they checked my check engine light again and now it was saying another spark plug was bad. My husband took them out and it looked the had been in there for a very long time. It looks like the guy at Kwik kar next even changed my spark plugs. Never freakin again will I go there. This place didn t do their job but took my money. A horrible place to go.

Try to sell stuff I don't want or need. Otherwise good service.Since I wrote the previous experience they have changed hands. I go there for both my oil change and State inspection. Always nice don't try to sell me stuff I don't want, let me know if things I may need to CK or take care of but don't try to sell me the service. Options are great. This is the 3rd or 4th vehicle I have taken there and I have no complaints. I buy a vehicle about every 2 years or so. Always very helpful. Today I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I got oil change and State inspection. They do a good job and are very nice.

I have been coming here for a long while. I recently had my oil change and the staff was new. I watched as my car got Service and no top off of fluids, no tire check, no filter check. Even at the end I asked and he told me yes its been done. I was sitting watching the whole time. I sat maybe 10 min and out the door. So, never again. I had to ask to make sure they put my oil in because they never confirmed what I use or if I wanted it changed. SMH

They will charge you for an upgrade. I clearly said basic oil change. They did the upgrade and when I called them out they said what you want me to do about it? I wish I could give 0 stars honestly. Went to this business 3/31 for an oil change and May 15 my car stopped while driving and ALOT of oil was underneath my vehicle from this companies negligence. Called this company and was told to bring the car up there in which I had to pay to get it towed up there only to be told they were not at fault since the oil change was done on 3/31. My thing is if that s the case why even have us bring it back? They knew they locked my engine up. Also on the receipt it says 6 months or 6,000 miles warranty. My partner tried to speak with someone higher up and they denied that. So now I am having to take this company to small claims court. DO NOT GET A OIL CHANGE here!!Service: Oil change

This place has extremely poor hygiene. The odor of cat urine hits you in face from the moment you walk in. If you need anything at all done you are better off going across the street or anywhere else, you will need to take a shower as soon as you leave there to get the feeling of grossness this place will leave on you, off of you. I can t even believe the employees allow that to be there, if they don t care about that how could they care about there work?

Stopped by for an oil change. Service was fast, and the employee who greeted me was friendly. Unfortunately I left with oil/grease stains on my seat upholstery, floor mat, and trim along the bottom of my driver side door opening. Hopefully it will come out with proper cleaning but we'll see.Interesting that owner response to another Google review says that smoking is not allowed in the service bay, but I witnessed it myself despite the obvious abundance of combustible oil in the shop.Perhaps the owner needs to check in on staff a bit more often. I won't be returning in the future and recommend others stay away.Service: Oil change

Very honest people. Did a fantastic diagnostic check on my car and told me what needed to be addressed. I highly recommend them for any car service. I will be back for sure.

Thanks to the customer service orientation of O'Reilly Auto Parts for finishing the job your entire team failed to do on two (2) returns to your shop for correction.My low beam lamps were not, in fact, secured properly, which did, in fact, cause misdirected and ineffective road lighting and one lamp shaking loose and losing power. The second time I returned to your shop, neither mechanic on duty cared enough to put his hands on the lamp connections to test their snugness. Three (3) employees failed to do it right.Much to your relief, I will not return to your business for oil changes. I will continue going farther away to Jiffy Lube where they care about quality.

I went in July 2021 for an oil change, also had a few other services provided. Was told everything checked out and was good to go. A few weeks later I am stranded on the side of the highway cause my engine shut down due to no oil. Turns out I had an oil leak that Kwik Kar found when they changed my oil, but they didn't tell me about it. So $4,000 later I need a new engine, and a whole lot of work done. When I went to the shop to discuss, they were rude, when I finally got a hold of the owner, he was even more rude. It was only when I finally talked to him that I found out they had known about the oil leak when they changed my oil and what would have been a few hundred dollars to fix cost me 2 months without a car and thousands.I won't be back and I'll advise anyone I know to avoid them at all costs.Service: Oil change

Went into this shop a while back to get my oil changed and check engine light diagnosed. Johnny was the person who helped me, explaining in detail what the check engine light was on for, as well as walked me through the estimate for what the price to fix would be. On top of that quality service, their oil change time is second to none, under ten minutes on an old 1998 Ram 1500. I asked about my A/C, and their prices are fair to market value. 5/5 stars all day, every day. Had to get my car inspected and I thought I had my new insurance card in the car but I did not. The guy was very nice and after about 15 minutes digging in my phone, I finally found it and all was good. The people there were great I couldn't complain about anything even if I had to.

Had to come in a couple times because Chevy just doesn't care how to build a coolant reservoir, they've been a great help and very supportive. I came her to get my state inspection. From the second I drove up they were incredibly rude to me. I am a woman so I always expect a little something, but I ve never had anyone be so rude without me even having to open my mouth. They failed my car for a light being out that they said was impossible for them to fix and that I d have to take it to a dealership. Once I got home I checked it for myself and it was literally a twist in bulb that took me 30 seconds to replace. Never give Kwik Kar your money. They re lazy, rude, and a rip off company. For a great oil change, try Take 5 Oil Change. They were so quick and professional, and even took the time to explain things that i didn t know.

This place quoted us at $1776 for a new fuel pump, take your vehicles to guaranteed auto xpress, right down the road, a lot more friendly and honest, they only charged us 1003. We will never take our vehicles here again.

They do good work by me. Been going here for 13 years with all my cars just after they changed names and affiliations. I visited this location on 3/29/2021 for a yearly inspection. I had no issues. I returned on 3/31/21 for a front headlight replacement. A young man named Alex changed it right before closing time. As soon as I left the location, my censors on my vehicle altered me that my signal light was not working on the headlight that was just changed. I returned to the location right at opening on 4/1/21. I spoke to Alex again, and told him he may have disconnected a censor or didn t properly input the light if they could take a look at it. Alex, was very apologetic, but did not take a look at the headlight. He had another male look at it. I was sitting inside the waiting area as the other male looked at the headlight, first he stated I needed a new bulb then stated I had mechanical issue and he slammed my trunk. He did not bother speaking to me, Alex instead came in and told me information I had over heard. I advised Alex my vehicle did not have any issues until he changed my light the day prior. He told me my entire right side of my vehicle no longer had lights and there was nothing they could do. ( I drove there and my headlight was working that he previously fixed and so were my lights besides signals ) but once they worked on it today, it no longer was working . So not only was the censor issue created from this mess and not fixed, but the headlight I paid for the day prior was no longer working when they looked at it again as well as my entire lights on that side of the car. I asked Alex what they planned on doing to fix it, the male that had worked on it said there was nothing they were going to do and didn t have time for this shit while walking away while I was talking to him. The man happened to be THE OWNER of this place by the name of Chris Labarbera. He was very unprofessional, not willing to speak to me, and clearly had no knowledge of what he was doing. He had a very poor attitude and seemed to hate dealing with public servants. ( as I was in uniform) There was one person in the waiting room who observed his behavior as well. DO NOT bring your vehicle here. You are better off taking it to a dealership!
