Brad was completely knowledgeable about my Silverado s transmission, had it rebuilt within a week and have not had any issues. Stayed in touch thru text thru the whole process.Great job! Definitely recommend this shop.

Called every transmission shop in Ft Worth/Cleburne area and Brad at Kincaid was by far the most helpful. He took time out of his day to explain everything in detail to me and to ensure that I got the best price on the parts we needed to get the job done. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for quality work and a quick turnaround time. They had the parts shipped in overnight and had my vehicle running within 3 days.Service: Transmission

I wanted to thank Mr Kincaid for the wonderful service he provided. I am from Tennessee and was visiting my husband in Dallas Texas. We were in Fort Worth when our car started acting up. We looked up shops near us and found Mr Kincaid's. It was almost closing time and he offered to help fix our car so we could get back to Dallas. He took the time to explain what was wrong and even had his son pick up the parts for us and then fix it. He was very kind and the service was exceptional! We have had 2 cars in with Brad Kincaid this year. He fixed the AC and Replaced a transmission. He is very professional and has great customer service and reasonable prices! Brad Kincaid is a miracle worker! After getting the run around from the GMC dealership for months and wasting all kinds of money with transmission flushes they suggested that only made the shifting issues worse, I'm so thankful I took my truck to Brad. He attentively listened to my issues and researched third-party kits to address the shifting problems. Brad explained everything he was going to do and kept me posted throughout the process. My truck is now shifting perfectly and would suggest anyone who is having similar transmission related issues to give Brad a call!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Very good service! They replaced the clutch and pivot fork in my Subaru WRX. Very reasonable price, and the car is flawless now. Also diagnosed some other problems and I will be back. Highly recommend this shop for any transmission work or other repairs.Update 10/14: I brought my Subaru back in to Kincaids a couple months ago to have the air conditioning system replaced and got it back the same day blowing ice cubes at a very good price. This morning it wasn't working and I dropped it off and within two hours time it was diagnosed, fixed, and ready again. Brad provides top notch service, communicates every piece of information, and is without a doubt the best mechanic I've dealt with. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work.

Awesome service!! Had to have my transmission rebuilt and they did an awesome job for a great price. When I got my truck back it started acting up but not transmission related and Brad took the time to help me out and get me back on the road something he didn't have to do with or asking to be paid. Very respectable guy and the guys working for him were very helpful as well!!

These guys are always busy & now I see why! I never want to go anywhere else now. I felt so comfortable with them, they listened to me, spent time with my vehicle, kept in touch, set time aside for me to come back, & looked over everything I asked them to with a full report. Highly recommend these guys for any of your automotive service needs & that says a lot coming from me! They are much appreciated! Truly went above & beyond to get my car taken care of in a pinch for me!

I took my 2005 Nissan Titan to Kincaid's Transmission and Automotive off of White Settlement near Henderson in Fort Worth because the transmission went out on it. I had read good reviews and he came highly recommended by a friend who has used them in the past, and I liked the guy (Brad) when I talked to him about it. His estimate was 30 - 50% lower than most of the other places I checked and he gives a 3 yr - 60k warranty. I picked it up yesterday. It is running great. But the best part was: the amount he said I owed was less than the estimate. He told me that they estimate on the higher end in case it needs any extra parts, etc. So needless to say, I was highly pleased and will continue to use Kincaid's and recommend them to anyone else who is having mechanical issues, especially transmission.

I've taken two vehicles to this shop and both were returned in working condition. There was no issues with the communication or concerns about being scammed with work that wasn't needed. The owner would update me with the repairs and kept a line of communication throughout the build. Prices are great and the services is better. Highly recommend.Service: Transmission

Don't even bother going there, he will not even give you the time of day. He has sooo much work, right back out the same way you came in, with no answers . Find someone who will at least test your car to give you some kind of diagnostics, this guy will not!!! Good for him he has so much work, bad for you he as no time for you! I'm serious!

I have nothing but good things to say about Kincaid's. I had major engine repair done and was so satisfied that I brought my car back to fix other issues. Great service at great prices. Please visit them with any auto repair issues. You will not be disappointed.

Brad is a great guy, certified tech, and knows what he is doing. He backs all of is work and has a lot of experience with all kinds of transmissions and won't screw you over! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
