I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Jeff's shop for an oil change and some recommended repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jeff is not only incredibly skilled at what he does, but he's also honest and trustworthy. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and provided a fair and reasonable quote for the repairs. The work was completed promptly, and my car is running better than ever. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled mechanic. You won't be disappointed!

Jeff is a lifesaver! He worked on my 2009 Honda Odyssey. I found his shop for an oil change, which was affordable and done efficiently. He went above and beyond by providing a fair quote for brakes and fixing a power steering leak. Jeff's expertise shone through when he discovered an additional issue with the power steering fluid, explaining everything clearly and offering solutions. When a belt needed replacing, he made time for me. Jeff's professionalism, transparency, and exceptional service make him my go-to mechanic from now on whenever I'm in the area. Honestly, five stars. Amazing service.

Originally came to get an oil change but Jeff checked everything else out and had some recommendations for work that needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable and he was able to get it all done the same day. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He also was very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and set clear expectations. We just moved to the area from out of state and it feels like we accidentally stumbled into our new local mechanic. 10/10 will recommend and will be using Jeff s services again.

Been coming to this place for a long time for the services. Got my car s ac repair for a very resonable price. I would get my oil change done along with extra free maintaenance within my budget. Jeff is great guy, very knowledgeable and responds well. He is always willing to provide appointments for my car services at the earliest.

Jeff is absolutely the best at what he does. We don't trust anyone else with our auto maintenance and repair. His customer service is top notch: patient, clear communication, timely, transparent, great prices, great value. Plus the quality service and expertise he provides makes the decision an easy one. Brought my vehicle in with a loud brake noise. The crew was so helpful, they checked my vehicle from top to bottom. Brought me out to the shop and showed me everything that was wrong. Sent pictures of my needs to my husband. Had my brakes, oil change, and filters replaced. Me and my husband were impressed with the great pricing and superb service.Thank you so much for making auto repair honest and comfortable. We found our new permanent shop.

The one thing that is hard to find is an honest mechanic. Well I have mines! I ve been going to Jeff for almost 4 years and he s straight to it. Won t feed me no fluff but still makes me feel like family. Keller Neighborhood Auto does tremendous work with great warranties. I wouldn t trust my vehicles with no other shop!!!

Needed our truck repaired and Jeff and his guys took care of us. Took great care of us. We had quite a bit wrong and he got everything done and our truck is back to running good. If you re in the Keller or north Fort Worth area and beyond this is a good mechanic with fair pricing.

The old story of wanting multiple quotes on something and finding that local shop that seems to easily top any recent experience you've had.... and it's FAR from just a good price. Jeff's been great, multiple times now, walking through problems/diagnostics and being very up front with time and costs. I highly recommend!

We have used service through this mechanic (owner) for years. He is honest and more than reasonable on pricing. Quick to rerurn calls, texts and messages. Explains all work and answers questions clearly. His work is guaranteed and repairs are completed in a timely manner. By far the BEST mechanic we've ever found.

Vehicle fixed right the first time. After I received my diagnostic results and estimate I shopped around just to compare bids. Called 4 shops in Keller TX. These guys blew everyone me out of the park. Very good pricing. Best service I have ever received any anywhere, including the dealers. Super clean shop, I was truly impressed. I rarely recommend unless really impressed: This is the Best service I've encountered in over 12 years living here. Organized, knowledgeable, honest, and lowest price (?!). First, I called and a Person answered the phone. Jeff immediately knew the implications of the engine codes I mentioned. We set a time for drop off and pickup and there was no wait whatsoever. He noticed my problem was a result of a few screws and hoses my previous shop didn't secure, and texted me pictures. He reattached for no charge. Also, in their free inspection they could tell what work I had done within the last year, and let me know the condition of things that need attention in the coming months; how to know when it's time to come back in, and quoted me the cost - which was less than I expected. Highly recommend!

Brought our RAV 4 in for a brakes, rotors, and an oil change. They did an amazing job and Jeff and his staff have amazing customer service and are always so friendly and nice. I recommend them to anyone.

Keller Neighborhood Auto Service has repaired both of my vehicles on several occasions for varying issues. I have found them to be fair, timely and transparent with the cost of the repairs. In the past, I have had bad experiences with other auto repair shops but after finding Keller Neighborhood Auto I don't put off my auto repair needs any longer. I will be using them again.Kelly C.
