OMG . I highly recommend Keller Haslet Collision in Keller, TX. It s a Mom-Pop family own business that provides quality service and the staff takes pride in excellent customer service. It s a place were you feel your vehicle is in good hands! Love the ambience of old fashion car decor back in the 50 s. Check them out you won t regret your decision.

I have been taking my vehicles to Keller Haslet Collision for over 10 years and each and every time, Geo and Carlos have taken such good care of me and my car! They go above and beyond to help out and mediate any insurance concerns or issues that arise.The work they do is amazing and hands down the best in the area. I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else simply because the level of professionalism and customer service you will receive is 5 Star.

Carlos & his crew did an outstanding job on our Lincoln Navigator. You cannot tell where the repairs were made & it is Pearl White Metallic. Highly recommend this place.

I brought my Jeep Gladiator in for repairs after someone hit me on the drivers side causing damage to the rear door, front door and frame. After they had it for further investigation they found that there was major damage to the frame that buckled the floor and bowed the whole vehicle. The insurance already approved the repairs. Keller Haslet Collision could have made a lot of money on the repair but the told me that they made all the repairs the car would never ride right again and you would never be able to trade in the vehicle or sell it because of the major repair. The best thing that could happen is if the insurance company would deem it a total loss. That was very admirable. They could have taken advantage of me and the insurance company but the were very truthful. I will always use that company again

I ve been doing business with Carlos for over 20 years. Carlos and his staff are so professional and very knowledgeable of fixing and repairing your cars the correct way. Carlos will not let you leave his shop with your car until you are very satisfied with the work. Carlos s employees are top notch and go above and beyond when it comes to fixing your car or truck. His shop is top notch! His pricing is so great! I will continue to take my cars to Carlos when I need any body work done! Take your vehicle to Keller Haslet Collision when you need any body work done. I promise you that you will not regret it!!

I took my car to Keller Haslet Collision to get it repaired and back on the road after an auto collision. Carlos(owner) made me aware of each step in the repair process. Carlos and his team definitely deserve way more than 5 stars!!! From the beginning to the end they helped me all the time from keeping me updated on my truck and with dealing with the insurance since it was my very first accident. It took a while to get my truck back but I did not mind at all, they deserve all the patience and respect!.. I knew I was in good hands since the first time I spoke to Carlos! My truck exceeded my expectations when they were done with the repair! I m glad I didn t go to a big shop and chose to go to this amazing family owned business! Carlos and his team are amazing. Despite the insurance company causing issues, they got my car done quickly and it looks amazing. This shop is fantastic, and they really care about their customers and taking care of them. They even buffed out some scratches on my car that happened previously and cleaned the inside! I can t say enough great things about this place!

My poor truck got creamed by a hit and run driver while parked in a neighborhood. I originally called a big name auto body shop, but their sorry customer service sent me scrambling for a better experience. The great reviews led me to Keller Haslet.My first call was met by the sweet office girls who set my appointment for the next day. Their office feels like visiting family. Such a great way to put people at ease going through this experience.Then I met Geo(apologies if I misspelled it). This guy was awesome. I had problems with my insurance dragging feet and trying to nickel and dime the whole repair. I have babied my 5 year old truck and Geo went to battle to make sure my repairs were done with only quality parts.The communication was more than exceptional. Their skills were very apparent when I drove up and saw my truck waiting for me. Nothing but the best from this shop. My grown son came with me to pick up the truck and said if he ever needs a body shop, he plans on coming here.These guys need 5 more to make it a 10 business.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

For the last 10+years, Keller Haslet Collision has been the only shop to work on any of my vehicles. I can trust them to not only do Great work but to take all the appropriate steps/decisions when it comes to repairing my vehicle. Carlos & his Crew care about their customers & will make sure the job gets done right the 1st time! No short cuts & always go above & beyond when dealing with Insurance. Everyone here was so wonderful to work with! They were very professional AND kind, going above and beyond. They made the process of dealing with the insurance company so seamless and easy, and were always both responsive and proactive in providing updates. I would definitely bring my vehicles here again...even though I hope I won't have to!

I am very pleased and happy that I have chose this body shop for my repairs on my vehicle. It is a very smooth process, and they are very clear and thorough when reviewing the bid with you. When I called to request updates, they were thorough. When I picked up my SUV it looked brand new. I fell in love with it again. I have used KHC twice now. Both times the work was of best quality and completed on budget and quickly. They were very careful to make sure I approved of the work. Carlos and his team are fantastic! Every contact I had with them was pleasant and professional. I was easily able to make an appointment and schedule service quickly. The amount of time the car was in the shop was reasonable. The work that was performed (body work & paint) was excellent. And when it came to billing, it was less than expected. These guys and gal are amazing. Great customer service and amazing work. The wife took her car there to get her driverside mirror replaced on a 2022 Lexus RX and they did an amazing job and even pulled iut a dent and touched ut up for free. Gio, thank you very much. You and the staff are top notch!!!!

We called to ask for an appointment to get an itemized estimate. We were told to come in the following day between 9-12. We did that and were told we would need to wait because we didn't "have an appointment," which is what we had called to schedule in the first place. Waited a long time to get told, "We'll email an estimate by the end of the day." That did not happen. It's been 4 days, with follow-up calls and more assurances that an estimate would be coming. Nothing. If you can't do a job or don't want to accept a job, then just say so. I wish I give a rating based on repairs and service, but unfortunately we were neglected right from the beginning and now we'll have to go elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Keller/Haslet Collision Center. Carlos/Owner provided me with the information I needed to get my truck repaired. He explained how the process worked from beginning to end.They were a liaison between me and the insurance company. The repairs met my expectations. I highly recommend KHC for any of your auto body shop needs. Big or small! I brought my VW in for some cosmetic work and they went above and beyond to ensure it looked as good as new which it does. Great, friendly, and honest service. Thank you KHC!!

Let's see if I can make a long story short. I took my car to a local caliber to get some work done after a hail storm. Got my truck back it still had issues with leaking from my back window. Took it back to caliber they said it was a dealer issue. Dealer gave me the run around, than sent me to a window shop. Window shop said it was a body issue . After all this run around took it to Keller Haslet and 2 days later issue has been resolved. Next time I will save the run around and just take it to Keller Haslet collision.

Had a few vehicles repaired here with Carlos and Gio and had a great experience. Each time they were straightfoward and I never felt like I was being given the runaround. Will definitely be bringing my cars backnhere again.

Finally got my Stinger back. It was a challenging road with ETA time frames and lots of communication through the teams. BUT this body shop made it happen keeping me informed of the situation. I'm glad I stuck with my guts on this shop rather than going with others listed under insurance umbrella. These guys are cool made sure every detail was not missed. If you need your car taken care I highly suggest this shop!!! Thanks a bunch for taking care of me!!!!

I really tried and wanted to leave a great review. My daughter was hit by an uninsured. They did great on the body work, hence giving 2 stars. Ever since they had it, the headlights have given us issues. On one of them, Gio told me something was corroded, and if the corrosion goes all the way through my light system, it could cost over $7k to replace. (This is after 'fixing' it for the 2nd time) I had my mechanic come out, and it was a simple fix and ZERO corrosion. The collision place made it right and reimbursed me funds I paid to fix it. Well, today, my daughter called and said the one they completely replaced is out now. I will NOT take it back to them as they don't know how to install the lights, obviously. I will have to get my mechanic out again to fix the other side. Attached is proof that there's zero corrosion. I don't like being lied to about the inability to install it correctly and making up reasons it's out. My insurance company paid for a complete fix, and it still wasn't done 100%. Def not a happy customer.*response- since my mechanic pulled it out and saw, he immediately saw it wasn't installed properly. Ever since he fixed it, things have been great. Yes, you did, in fact, say there was corrosion, and that's why it wasn't staying on and told me to go seek an electrical person. Like I said. " Body work was great," but being told there's corrosion when there wasn't isn't okay. You also said the brackets cost $80, and there's zero brackets that hold it in. It's a locking mechanism that's part of the entire housing. That proves he wasn't aware of how to install. Admitting that would have been ok vs being told its not working due to corrosion and being charged for a "bracket"

I have had several (4) vehicles fixed at this location and have been happy each time. Communication has always been good and the cars come back looking great.Highly recommend Carlos, Margaret, Gio and Keller Haslet Collision!

Great experience on our out of pocket repair! Reasonable quote that was about the same as other shops, but the attention to detail and customer service here were much better! Came in under the quoted price once they did the work too! Recommended!

SO GREAT. i wish i could give this place more than 5 stars! the service was speedy and very well priced. the guy who helped me was so kind and had an excellent work ethic. I came in to get a door hinge fixed, and mentioned getting an estimate for a scratch and I had asked what would be the easiest way to make my car look good at a low price ( scratch shown below. ) I was given 4 hours, and when I came back to get my car they had fixed the scratches for me along with the door hinge! They went above and beyond, i thank God for letting me discover this place!! I will forever be back here with all of my car problems, and never stop recommending this place to friends and family!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
