Had my first oil change service at this location and was beyond pleased with the experience. Tandi provided exceptional customer service, did not try to sell me on any item they wasn t needed, gave me tips on coupons, and was overall a delightful person to interact with. On top of all of this, i might have been there 10 minutes from my pull-in to drive out. Exceptional service!

Dylan and Dylan were great. Very kind with a want to assist with your needs. Easy process in and out. A technician forgot to top my fluids during the oil change and they did it without hesitation. Nice job guys!

I was using Firestone next door to them. But after several times being told they didn t have time to service my vehicles I took my car Jiffy. After the amazing service that I got, I take both my personal vehicles and my company vehicles to them. Highly recommended!!!

Been here a few times for oil change and tune up.Always quick, easy and friendly.Showed me price up front and never pressured me for anything other than I needed. First oil change, after a month, low oil light came on. Had to add 4 quarts of oil. Came by the next day, you guys said everything was fine. Ok. Second oil change, a month later, low oil light comes on again. This time, completely dry. All 8 quarts are gone. Oil filter barely hanging on. Called you guys, was told that sucks, sorry, I can get you a new filter . Had to get it towed to a shop nearby. 500$ later my car runs again. I really like that when I called and asked for the manager I was told they really couldn t do anything for me. I didn t ask them to do anything for me. I just wanted to share my experience from my last 2 visits.

This was my first time at this location and it was the best experience. They got me in and out in a timely manner and were considerate. They did a great job and were very kind! Highly recommend. I will be going back!

I went in on Friday morning for a brake replacement. I was there for 3 hours before they told me they were still waiting on the brakes to arrive and that it would be another 30 min. The brakes arrived and as they were putting them on they had me pay for the service before they were finished. Another 30 min goes by and they come back in telling me they are the wrong brakes and they won t have the correct brakes until tomorrow between 12-2. I come back the next day at 1:30 and they tell me the brakes haven t arrived but they are expecting them soon. I called them about 3 for an update and still no brakes. I get a call from them at 4 says they do not have them and they don t know where or when they will arrive. But even if they get them they will not install them because they are closing soon and they don t have enough time. All in all it was the worst most frustrating service I ve ever had and they had my pay for the service before it was even complete. At the end of 2 very long days I got a refund and took my business elsewhere.

The staff amazing that in itself made the experience A plus for me, my Jackson who happens to be my Jeep is running so smooth it's been so long since I felt that good driving him.. everything was explained and I truly appreciate the time and efforts they put into getting my vehicle serviced.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a vehicle inspection, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My vehicle was failed during the inspection, which was surprising and upsetting. The inspector's behavior throughout the process was rude and unprofessional, showing a clear unwillingness to listen or consider my explanations and logic for the discrepancies in his assessment.Following this experience, I took my vehicle to another establishment for a second opinion, where it passed the inspection with no issues highlighted. This stark difference in outcomes casts doubt on the accuracy and reliability of the inspection conducted at Jiffy Lube.Adding to my frustration, when I presented the state inspection report from the second establishment as evidence that my vehicle was indeed compliant, Jiffy Lube still refused to refund the fee for the failed inspection. This refusal, despite clear proof that the inspection may not have been conducted correctly, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service and business practices.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, fairness, and customer care displayed. It's concerning to see such inconsistency in vehicle inspection standards and even more so when a business does not stand by its services. I hope this feedback encourages Jiffy Lube to revisit their training, inspection standards, and customer service policies to ensure no other customer has to undergo a similar experience.

I used your location to not have to go to the Audi dealer for an oil change and state inspection.After all was completed, in left with the inspection notification still alerting me.I called and was told that I could go to the dealership to reset that notice. I asked why they couldn t do it and the person on the line said that they don t want to pay the money for the device that resets the notice. Why I was not told this in the first place is your first problem.Glad I know now; I ll go back to where I had my services done before using Jiffy Lube.

For the second time... Horrible experience at this Jiffy Lube location. First time, they insisted that my car required full synthetic oil and that if I did not use it, my warranty would be voided. That turned out to be false. I spoke to the dealership and they said that full synthetic was not required... that I could use either semi-synthetic or conventional oil and it would not void my warranty.My second bad experience was this morning. I went to Jiffy Lube to have my car inspected. The "inspector" Dylan V. failed my car saying that the front tires ware worn and had to be replaced.When I checked the wear bars, they were all below the tread surface. I asked the "inspector" to recheck the tires, assuming he just made a mistake. Without checking, he adamantly insisted that the wear bars were touching the pavement (which was incorrect) and that I needed to replace the front tires before he would pass my car. I asked him to put his finger on the wear bar and move it back and forth between the treads, and that by doing so, he could feel that the tread was higher than the bar. He refused to do so and became defiant... said he had already failed the car and would not change it. His arrogance was very frustrating... he was dismissive and refused to reconsider his conclusion.I then drove to the Firestone Store immediately next door to this Jiffy Lube store. They inspected the front tires and said the tread was fine and that they would have no problem passing inspection. Unfortunately, their inspector was not available to do the inspection.I went back to the Jiffy Lube to let them know what Firestone said... hoping that they would take another look at the tires. The "inspector" (Dylan V.) refused to talk to me and the person at the at the front desk said there was nothing else that she could do, that Dylan V. was their only inspector on duty.I left Jiffy Lube and went to NTB in Roanoke. They inspected the front tires and, like Firestone, they said the front tires were fine and would pass inspection easily. As luck would have it, NTB was in-between inspectors and not currently offering the service. He then advised me that the Take 5 Oil Change next door could do the inspection for me.So, in summary, after the bogus inspection at Jiffy Lube, and the "inspector" repeated refusal to even reconsider his evaluation, there were three other services (2 of which are in business to sell tires), all said that the front tires on my car were perfectly fine and would have no issue passing inspection. My car did get inspected and was passed with the same front tires that the Jiffy Lube "inspector" said were too worn.Either Dylan V. is completely incompetent or he's so arrogant that he can't, and wouldn't, even consider the potential of having misjudged the condition of my tires. As a result, I wasted a lot of time needlessly... VERY frustrating and disappointing experience. Bad attitude and horrible customer service.DON't GO THERE

Worst experience. I called them for state inspection and the guy said they would do it so I told him I was 7 min away. I arrived at 5:39 pm, and the guy told me to pull over to door 3. Two guys came from inside the office and told me that the inspector just left. What kind of service is this? I would never go back again. I would not recommend it at all.

I took my truck in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube at 3432 Highway 114 in Ft Worth. After the work was completed, I realized that the driver side power window switch bezel was damaged. I did not see it until I was already a few miles down the road, so I decided to go back the next day to discuss with one of the shop members. He told me that he would check the cameras, but he concluded that the footage did not provide a good angle and admitted that it was too blurry to find any conclusive evidence. I was not shown any of this footage.After elevating this issue to Chris Newman, he stated that simply because it was a high use area he would not cover the damage. He then said that since the area was dirty, he thought that it was already damaged. How can dirt indicate that something was already damaged?? This truck is 8 years old with over 120,000 miles on it. I have since followed up with Chris numerous times, but he refuses to respond or give me a phone call. I have listed his email response below. Don t use this company, they will not take care of you if they damage your vehicle! I appreciate your patience as I ve been out of the office and have now returned. Base on the photos you have sent me, and the fact that a door handle is a plastic wear and tear, high use item, I will be denying the claim for a replacement handle. The photo looks to have some kind of dirt on the hand rest area, the side leather panel near the carbon fiber, and also in the area of damage, which leads me to believe that area has been broken for a long enough period of time to accumulate dirt. - ChrisUpdate: Even though Chris commented on my review for me to reach out, he refuses to respond after I sent multiple follow-up emails. He only responded to my Google review to keep up appearances.

I had been out running errands for a few hours and my car started acting strange and the check engine light came on. I was able to make it to Jiffy Lube - where I typically go for oil changes. They discovered that it was extremely low on oil. (My car typically burns oil b/c of the engine size.) they checked it thoroughly for oil leaks (none found) and topped it off for me. They explained to me that there is a recall on the engine and to contact the dealer.I truly appreciate how quickly and thorough they were and took the time to explain the recall and what I should do next.I highly recommend the Northlake location!

Great people and super service here, I'll definitely be back! They helped me during what I thought was an emergency. BJ was very nice and explained any concerns I had and even offered me a great deal while I was there. The guys even cleaned my windows and checked my wipers. Thanks for being great!!!

Super nice guys ..they remind me of hobby lobby though. start with high prices, then play the nice guy and give you a discount. there s always things you need, if you do this, I can cut $50 off of something else.. they carry the highest priced wipers blades and use that as a bargaining tool, offer a discount on them if you buy another service.I get upselling, but put a limit on it. I could see someone easily get pressured to over buy..

Luckily I took my brand new 2022 Honda to the dealership for a recall right after getting an oil change here and they left all my bolt/nuts off of the undercarriage.. I have a feeling the guy who helped me was on drugs also.. horrible service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

A car that came in after us for the same thing got out before we did. Had we not asked we would have sat longer than we did because our car was ready but no one let us know. Not a good experience for the first and possibly the last time due to the service.

I was excited to see a jiffy lube off of 114 near the raceway, but my excitement soon disappeared once I was told it was going to be a 45-minute wait. I have been using their services in other states, and by the time I get a free bottle of water (this place has an empty fridge) they were calling my name to check out. Why are they doing other services that they suck at other than just doing oil changes. Jiffy Lube at this location is not what they are famous for, you know Jiffy/fast lube/oil. Best thing to do is shudder this place up before the rest of their locations get a bad name.

The techs stripped my oil pan bolt first then replaced it but messed up the threads in the oil pan.Next maintenance I go to get it done and they said the oil pan needs to get replaced due to the threads being bad! Well no duh! Y'all did that last time.Truck kept leaking oil right away and their goes my new oil change!They denied even tho I had proof and the manager said he couldn t do nothing about it! Well no more business for you! I had to pay $1000 to another shop to replaced the pan along other parts!
