Pleasant service, technicians who try to do their best. Prices are similar to what the Toyota dealer would charge. What helped were this months $20 coupons for synthetic oil. Don't forget to apply for the online $25 Pennzoil gift card for their Platinum service. Online application is pretty straightforward. Good until September 2024.

I came here for an inspection. I called ahead to ensure they had someone on-site to do inspections and they confirmed that they did. Once I arrived I was notified that the technician that does inspections was currently working on a brake job and that it would be 45 minutes but I would be serviced next. I waited for closer to an hour and eventually asked for an update and was told by the technician that does inspections that he automatically goes to lunch at 11. I arrived a little after 10, so that means I waited all this time to have to wait additional time till after this person returned from lunch. It would have been more courteous for their staff to tell me upfront and I decide if I want to wait longer. For them it seemed to be no big deal. Had I known it would have been a 2 hour or more wait I wouldn t have stayed.

Great service, clean facility! This was my first time at this location because I normally go to Take5. They were unable to do my safety inspection so I came to Jiffy lube. I'll be back to this location for sure. They honor those who served in the military and the prices are very reasonable. SN: thanks for the water but add fruit snacks for the kids!

This location did a great job. The manager (I can t remember his name) but he was a slim I think Hispanic man. Anyhow he was very knowledgeable of what was needed and just a cool guy. The guy behind the counter young man with dreads was also very helpful. So I gave them a 10.

I would love to share the awesome service I received as a Disabled Veteran. Mr. Adrian E. went above and beyond 30 minutes before closing for my family and I to also include the dedicated staff that displayed Nothing but positive and welcoming vibes of service and professionalism. I would recommend this location because of genuine customer service experience and all staff were team, displaying the same positive attitude. I went in for a state inspection today and was helped by Sam. He was very polite and my service was prompt. He brought my engine air filter for me to look at. He recommended changing it but did state it was not needed to pass. I declined. When I went to pay, I asked him about the filter and he made sure I had the information needed to be able to replace it myself. Pleasant experience. Second visit for my inspection and I will be back next year.

*** Be Cautious*** I've probably had one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever experienced at this Jiffy Lube location. This nightmare began in October, and it has gotten progressively worse with no resolution from the Owner. I have basically been ignored at this point after numerous emails. This location started off okay but has gone downhill in which the Assistant Manager JP contributes to "hiring new employees who aren't properly trained". I went to get my oil changed in October and the worker forgot to put the Oil Drain plug back on my car and I didn't realize until my car started smoking and I started seeing oil spots a month later. I took the car up there and they admitted the mistake and apologized and said, "sometimes the new guys forget things". I've never had any issues with oil leaks on my car until this incident. Their main goal was to find a reason not to be responsible for the ongoing issues that I now have with my car even though I never had the issues until the made the mistake of leaving the plug off. The manager Adrian completely blew me off. I spoke to the owner, and he took zero accountability and offered me a refund for my services that I never received. I have emailed corporate the last time being 1/9/24 and was told that someone would reach out and have heard nothing. This has been a nightmare! My car that I've taken good care of for the longest is not falling apart due to a careless mistake that they admitted to but did nothing about. It's really sad that consumers have to go through this. Please be very cautious of taking your car here especially if you have an older vehicle. I don't want anyone to go through the hell I am going trhough with my car now.

Myself being a single mother I don t know much about cars so I trust others to do the right thing. I was a previous customer of TAKE 5. Take 5 changed my oil twice. The first visit no problems after the second visit I noticed my car wasn t performing as well as before. It was time for an oil change so I decided to try JIFFY LUBE and I m happy that I did. The staff especially the manager was so helpful. My oil was changed, fluids topped off as promised and the manager also fixed something and didn t charge me. I was almost in tears just thinking of how I was taken advantage of at TAKE 5. I will forever be a customer at JIFFY LUBE!

Exceptionally friendly folks.Visited this location for both a state inspection and an oil change, and both times was VERY impressed with the quality of customer service and the service to my vehicle. I appreciate the transparency in their pricing, and the gentle approach in informing me of minor issues with my vehicle. This crew deserves more than a pizza party!

After waiting for 30 minutes to get a state inspection, I left. They also tried very hard to convince a woman in front of me to replace her wiper blades, filters, and top off fluids. She was only there for a state inspection! I ve never heard of a business tearing apart your vehicle for just a state inspection.

I visited this location and received service between veterans day in Nov and Jan. 6th. I called b4 coming in on vets day. I arrived at 830, like I said, but no 1 informed me that no 1 could get 2 my car until 10:30! They were short staffed. Someone could of notified me. On Jan 6th, I told these ppl my brother has 2 go 2 work at 3pm. I came in at 10am. Assured me I would be out in 90 minutes or way b4 3pm. It was around 3pm when I was told they'd b keeping my car. I had 2 order a part from ebay and get it 2 them in order 2 get my car back. My brother missed 2 days of work until I found an available rental car. I don't know how I feel about jiffy lube anymore.

The person doing the state inspections does not need to stop every time a new vehicle pulls up. This location needs a receptionist or something because it takes forever to get the state inspection done here. Maybe hire more than one person to do the inspections.

Everyone there was so polite and awesome I took my Chevy Malibu on 12/13 around 530 to get an oil change I had a burning smell coming from it and it was driving weird they figured out the small listened to me and was so nice and refreshing I will definitely be a returning customer

At 76, I have had a lot of oil changes, but.....I have never been so impressed by professionalism, attention to detail and reasonable prices. I am very unhappy with my service. I went in for what I thought would be a quick oil change. I waited over an hour for my car to get serviced. I arrived not long after they opened, and only one other customer was getting their truck worked on. She also waited over an hour for her oil change. There were only two workers and they lacked urgency and communication. I had to ask how much longer as they did not update me during my service. By the way the workers were moving so slow, seemed like they didn t know what they were doing. Over all, very disappointed with this establishment.Service: Oil change

The worst experience at jiffy after working a 12 hour shift all I needed was my tires checked out for any nail damage and air. Although I know this is free I am a recurring customer and hate to leave this review! After an hour and 45 min I received no help and my car just sat in the Bay. They were literally just pulling cars in front of mine and servicing them. Smh asked for my key drove 8 minutes to Discount tires and with a room fill people already in cue I was helped right away with my concerns...free none the less lol guess if your not paying during service at jiffy your not priority.
