Excellent experience. Very efficient very fast and extremely professional and cordial. I m new to the area so went off the Google reviews. I m going to schedule a tuneup now that I ve met the owner and have had such a great experience. I m going to recommend this place to all of my friends.

This is a GREAT place for Auto repair. They always give me an accurate diagnosis of my car's problem and repaired the car in a very short period of time. Once they fixed the problem, it stayed fixed. And their prices are fair and reasonable. Their location is not convenient for me, but they're worth the trip.

I love this shop! A thunderstorm triggered some kind of high-pitched tone/alarm on my truck. I couldn't figure out how to stop it. I called the dealership and they couldn't help me on the phone and booked a service appointment for me. I stopped by J&N on my way to work and they solved the problem in minutes. They told me I could replace a part or...just do without it. I've been in for a variety of other services and have always been treated well and fairly and have been pleased with the work and the staff.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

I was told about j and n through a friend of a friend. Since I'm new to the area I didn't have any other options. That being said, this is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a garage or auto shop. Flexible appointment times, clear and concise communication, and very prompt work. I had to get quite a few things done regarding suspension and upkeep and this garage got my car back to me same day and my car drives like a dream. 100/10 would recommend to my friends.

Today I broke down (image the best flustered face ever). Luckily I was by J&N! They went above and beyond to get my vehicle onto the lot as I couldn't. The staff got me in quickly to diagnose and I'm leaving and not feeling shammed. They are quick, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend letting these guys service your vehicle. I noticed my Subaru's air conditioning starting to fail a couple days before the start of a two week road trip in August. Although J&N Auto was swamped with business, Johnny was able to fit me in and fix the problem (a leaking expansion valve) before I left. What a relief it was to have working AC when driving across Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado in 100+ degree weather.Service: Air conditioning

I'm always hesitant about car places ripping you off, but this place is fair and honest! As a female, I feel safe going here and like they aren't going to lie about something my car doesn't need. Great, honest people and super fast service.

This shop did not complete repairs for me. They have great reviews and likely do good work. Review is based on customer service. One week later and I still haven't received a phone call back. Made three calls within three hours and left a message. I contacted J&N based on reviews and the fact that they are located less than a mile from the place I'm staying. I was out of town and having a mechanical issue that required the vehicle to be limped in to the nearest location for repairs. Called All Auto Service & Body and Kamal fixed up my truck the same day.

Haven't done business with 'em yet, but figgered I'd comment prior to oil change tomrrow. Nice lady in the phone today was professionally competent and genuinely helpful with estimate on how long I could drive the car prior to the change after dash light had come on. Lookin forward to workin' with 'em! Will get back to you post-visit.

We've taken both of our vehicles to Johnny several times and he gives quick estimates, does excellent work, and always finishes on time. A couple of times, the final price has been even lower than the estimate. This is a small family-run company and they really care about providing quality service and earning their customers' trust.

One of the most reliable and honest mechanics I ve ever been to. My van had major issues and Johnny was able to get it going and offered all of the different options I had and their accompanying costs...he shoots you straight and definitely doesn t try to force repairs or unneeded work. Super friendly couple. Can t say enough good about them!

I made an appointment to have a fog light assembly installed. I did not arrive on time for my appointment and they were able to get my car in quickly anyways! I called a few other automotive places and was quoted a much higher price then I was hoping for, less then an hour later J&N Auto had me out the door with a fog light installed and a price that was much more reasonable and surprising! Phenomenal service!!!

I highly recommend. I dropped off my car at 8am and heard from them by 10am. They quoted me what it would cost to get my breaks changed but let me know that they're safe to drive on now and that I have more time on them. The other issue my car was having that they aren't able to help with since it's a transmission problem they had a recommendation for me. The front office is very nice and personable. I will be going back. They aren't trying to just make money off you, they're trying to fix your car.

Had to get my brake pads replaced. I decided to just stop in and see if they could service my car while my boyfriend and I went to eat across the street. They were able to service the car the same day without having an appointment. I have a mercedes and the pricing was right on target...actually much less than taking it to the dealership. I will definitely be taking my car back for any repairs I need!!! The couple is very sweet and I was glad to give them my business. You will not be disappointed!

Took my car for what I thought was a simple coolant leak and because I live at an apartment complex I don t have the tools or space to work on my car. Within a few hours after leaving my car at the shop, Christy called me to give me the diagnosis - cracked radiator. I loved the fact that they did they best they could to help me, but my car has a weird setup with the air conditioning system and radiator. They couldn t disconnect the a/c due to an issue with the freon which they didn t have equipment for. Totally not their fault as I guess only dealerships are the only ones with it currently.Their professional, honest advice and suggestions to get my car fixed gained me as a customer. I ll be sure to use them for a next repair.

This is a fine repair business. Honest and fair and they do a great, timely job, explaining everything clearly and well. We have taken our cars here for many years and have always been well satisfied with the service and quality of work.

I ve used them before for car inspections and maintenance. So when our car started making a click on turning, we took it to them as well. They were not only able to find and fix the issue quickly, but with his expertise, we were spared any unnecessary, extensive diagnostics/costs. They have our trust and we will use them whenever possible!

They completed the initial repairs in under 24 hours, called me with the estimate and to get approval before doing any work. The next day there was an issue connected to the part they installed and they had a tow truck pick it up, completed the repairs after walking me through what happened , all at no extra cost. Best expirience I've had with an auto shop. Will be going back with any future repairs.

Very knowledgeable staff, that let's you know what needs to be done and what doesn't. They explain the condition of your car and make sure that you understand, while providing prompt service and competitive pricing. They have a very friendly staff as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
