Incredibly grateful for Independent Tire!Had to leave my suv deserted at my work place due to the nasty flat.. I had no spare and one of the lugs gave me such a hard time so was unable to take the tire off.Contacted this service and I immediately received a response. I didn t know what to expect but next thing I knew my tire was replaced within half hour.The work done was fast and I drove home satisfied.Not all heroes wear capes.I m telling everyone about this service!

Lifesaver!!!! Traveling back home 3 hours when I came out to my car, my tire was totally flat. Went to 3 other commercial tire stores , they all turned me away. Called here and met him at the shop in 10 minutes, will 100% reccomend to everyone. Don t make the same mistake I did and expect one of those other places to take care of you! Super happy

This place is awesome! I am from west Texas and I ended up puncturing my tire on I-30. I called them and they came to me on the side of the road in a very timely manner. They were able to fix my tire and patch it on the spot! The man who came stated that if he was not able to fix it, he would take my tire to Discount Tire where I purchased it to see if they have a tire in stock. I was shocked that he would go to that length! I would call them every time I have an issue if I broke down in the Ft. Worth area. Thank you again for your time and patience with me!!!

These people were so kind and so helpful to me and my husband this morning! I was heading to work and blew out both my tires on the right side of my vehicle and it was around 6am and they were my only hope being open 24/7 and most tire shops don t open until 8am so I m so thankful they were able to come fix my tires in a short amount of time for an affordable price. Thank you Hector and the rest of the team!

Independent Tire and Service were amazing.We called this morning they not only brought two new tires within hours but installed them on sight. Jeremy the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt he walked me through the condition of all my tires . I ve always considered tread as most important I hadn t noticed how dried out they had gotten from this brutal summer we had in Texas. I ll recommend them always.

Praise the Lord for sending a faithful , genuine, honest mobile tire service!Woke up to a flat tire, an mr Victor was so quick to show up and shiw out!My tire was fixed with in minutes no stress or worry he made having troubles first thing in the morning so worry free, actuallyLifted my day up and left me with such an encouraging feeling and happy to get the rest of my day! I was told my tire was on it's last leg so I messaged for a good used tire. They were able to locate one in the size I asked for and brought it out within a hour. I gave the wrong information, so the tech was not able to put it on, but he checked out all of the tires pressure and wear, and assured me I was good for a few more miles. He was very honest and up front with me and did not charge for his time. As a woman so ofter car people take advantage of my lack of knoweldge. The tech was very up front with me and honest. I am greatful for the amazing service and integrity. I will be making a call again soon to purchase a full set from these guys.

My tire had a nail in it and I drove across the street to this shop (kinda hard to spot because their garage is in the back). As soon as I pulled up they acknowledged me and asked me how they could help even though they were busy working on another vehicle. I told them I had a nail in my tire and they asked me to park on the other side of the truck. They didn t try to push their tire sales although they could have because they do have tires in their shop. They immediately took care of my tire, patched it up within less than 2 minutes. They finished and wished me a good day! God is good- bless all these workers and tire shop for their outstanding customer service!!

Hector came to the rescue. Not only did we have a flat tire. We could not get the spare tire out from under the truck. Which we have found out happens after some years. We also locked the keys in the truck. Hector came and patched the tire unlocked the truck and we were back on the road in less than an hour. If you are ever in a situation as this is the guy to call.

Very helpful with getting me connected with another tire shop when they didn't have the tire I needed. Professional, courteous and fast responses. Independent will definitely be my first choice for any tire service(s) because even when they didn't have what I needed; they made sure to help me get back on the road with what they did have (2 recommendations).

I would highly recommend Hector and Independent Tire and Mobile to anyone in need of a tire repair. Hector s professionalism, expertise, and friendliness was a pleasure. Additionally, he was very accommodating and flexible, working around your schedule to ensure that you could get your tire fixed in a timely manner. Had a sudden flat and the service was out in 5 minutes after I called. Changed my tire and I was on my way! Great price on service and on new tires. Does not sell used tires.

It was 10:30 PM when my tire exploded on the side of Alta Mere Dr and it was 10:50 when Jeremy had my back on the road. He came quick, change the tire for me, air it up and even did a follow to make sure the donut got replaced. Not only was I extremely impressed with the diligence, but the knowledge he had about tires was by far the best I ve ever experienced. If I could give MORE stars I would!Thank You So So So Much Jeremy!

Hector himself came out Christmas Eve @ almost 2am in the morning on the bad side of town and Hector the owner himself got there within 30-40 minutes later. Busted my 2020 Telluride tires on a manhole. blew the tire right out. It was cold and miserable outside and he still answered the call.Thanks alot Hector and Independent Tire!!If I could give you 10 stars I would. definitely coming to him when I need a full new set!!

My husband, 2 cats and myself were driving from Maryland to Austin, Texas. On our last leg of the trip, the front right tire, which was brand new, started leaking air. We pulled off, checked the pressure, and determined it was leaking due to a faulty valve stem. We put on the donut and luckily, we were outside of the Fort Worth area. We found this company, saw it had great reviews and gave them a call. After we verified they could help us, we slowly drove there and we weree met by the proprietor who went straight to work. He determined that while the tire was new, the valve stem was from the original tires. Thanks Volkswagen. He fixed the issue, changed the tire and we were on our way in less than 15 minutes. Plus, his prices were VERY reasonable. We were back on the road in no time. Thank you for the excellent service!

Girlfriend had a flat tire while she was at work. I was at work and couldn t make the trip to help out. So I m a pinch I contacted Hector. His friendly and professional service had my girlfriends tire, off her lifted Jeep, removed the seven inch rod from her tire, patched the tire, and reattached to the Jeep in super fast time.He brought everything with him to the location. Everything a professional tire shop uses all in one van.He had the correct equipment to work with a lifted vehicle, knew how to find and fix the tire. And the best part was I wasn t charged an arm and a leg for it all.The total cost was $99 plus tax. I was even able to pay over the phone so I never stopped working.My girlfriend said he wasn t judgmental or condescending. He was friendly, helpful and took the time to explain to her everything he was doing. I am super impressed by his service and will be saving his number so I can refer him to anyone unlucky enough to have a flat tire.Thank you so much Hector. Your humble attitude and professionalism is a rare trait that is hard to find now a days.**The picture shows what was found in the tire. The phone and lighter are used as a reference.

Both of my daughters each had worn out tires and were in dire need of new ones. I sent a message on two different occasions all in the same week to Independent Tire about changing out my girls tires and Hector quickly responded to me about both. Not only did he have the tires in stock, but he went to where their vehicles were parked and got their tires changed out in no time! My girls didn't even have to meet him out there. One was working while he change them out and the other was in her apartment. By the time they went out to their car, they had new tires and there was never an inconvenience. Independent Tire and Mobile Service are prompt, reliable and professional. We will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend!
