***THIS SHOP IS A SCAM***Sylvester, Jerry, and Jason all told me I wouldn t have to pay ANYTHING to repair the hail damage on my car, mind you Jason is the owner. Sylvester and Jerry are the sales rep that were walking around my neighborhood. Sylvester told me I will cover your $1000 deductible, you scratch my back and I scratch yours. I actually never wanted to get my hail damage repaired because I didn t want to pay the $1000 to get it fixed. He said the amount to fix my car would be roughly around $6000-$7000 easily. Well come to find out my car ended up being deemed a total loss because of the amount the shop was trying to collect from my insurance for repairs. Not sure how because my car is a 2019, and nothing is wrong with it besides the cosmetic issues. Maintenance on my car is well kept since I do a lot of driving for work. The shop said the rails on my hood needed to be fixed and my car also has to be driven to Fort Worth for a paint job. So because I decided to keep my car, I went from supposedly having to pay nothing to paying $6000, with no repairs done. $1000 alone was to take my car out of the shop, even though Jason (the owner) told me my insurance would pay to get my car out. I told him okay but if my insurance isn t going to pay the amount due then who would be responsible? Because it s not gonna be them (the shop). Even though they promised to pay my deductible, the shop said they couldn t release my car back to me until payment was made. After that conversation Jason (the owner) said he would call and speak to my insurance. However, when I tried calling Jason 2 days after that conversation his phone was coincidentally broken and being repaired from what Cheyenne (works out of the office) told me. Cheyenne did advise me she can refund me half of $1000, which to her calculations is $262.50. Last I checked half of $1000 is $500 but they only refunded me $262.50. The additional $5000 had to be paid to my bank since I am still financing the vehicle because my vehicle insurance was only paying out a certain amount to them for the car being totaled and me keeping it. This shop has caused me so much stress, miss of work, miss of money I had to come up with. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! THEY WILL RANK UP THE ESTIMATE AND JUST LIE. EVEN THE OWNER JASON IS A LIAR.

Bad termination for hail damage,I put some pictures and still have one for the hood( have more space for one side ) , battery terminal lose,and the end I have bad experience, I think shoop no deserve good reviews.

Let me tell you the level of customer service is beyond measure. From my initial conversation with Cheyenne to the impeccable execution by Jason and his team, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I admit the weather here in Texas can be quite punishing! My car needed a lot of roof and body repair from the hail a month ago here in the Metro-plex. Donny was the person who I came into contact with and I must say that this was a 6 star experience. iDent handled all the necessary paperwork and estimates with my insurance and making it a more pleasant experience for me. My car now looks great, after about 2 1/2 weeks in getting all the dents and chrome repaired. I would not hesitate in recommending the great service from Donny and iDent for any future work!

I had a break in at the the mall that damaged alarm, door handle, and locking mechanism. Ident was awesome. Very professional and went above and beyond to get the job done. iDent Auto Hail Repair handled the insurance claim and repairs very professionally and efficiently. Believe me when I say that I have had other repairs handled by other Car Body Shops / Dealerships and I have had to step in and make many calls to get the job done correctly. iDent Auto Hail Repair took care of everything. iDent Auto Hail Repair has skillful and experienced Technicians and office staff. IDent fixed a large dent I had in the back bumper of my car. It required repair and painting. They were very quick and professional! I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car to find it detailed inside, and sparkly clean! I was given a walkthrough of what work was completed and it was all done impeccable. I was always a little skeptical of paintless dent repair but not any more. My truck got a lot of smaller dents and a few larger ones from hail a storm. These guys did such a great job. My truck is black which shows all defects if any. You cannot tell that it ever had anything happen to it. Looks showroom. Could not be more impressed. Thanks.

Ident was recommended, but i had a terrible experience. I was quoted a 10 day estimate for completion and ended up waiting over 30 days to get my vehicle. I never got any communication about delays and once i was able to speak with someone, the response was simply that the shop was behind. I tried contacting the owner but his voicemailbox was full. I then tried emailing, but got no response(unlike the immediate response when i was a prospective customer). When i got my vehicle it had a sonic cup with Strawberries in it. They replaced my passenger side mirror with blindspot camera, but did not aim it, so it did not work(luckily i fixed with help of YouTube). They also left the passenger door with a gap between window and inner panel(1 gap)as well as a bolt halfway tightened.(once again, thanks to YouTube, was able to fix). This was after the big hailstorms, so they must ve been bery busy, but I wouldn t recommend. The 1 star was for My Handler who had the unfortunate job of communicating/addressing the shortcomings of the service.

I had hail damage all over my car and I called their business where I got in touch with Donny. Donny took care of everything being very straight up with me and easy to understand. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best service and personally helped me himself. I didn t have any issues with insurance or paperwork so all I had to do was drop my car off and I received my car back within days. Blown away by their work and highly suggest them to everybody. Thanks guys!

My car had major hail damage so I took it to iDent and I could not be more happy with the results. The hood also had to be replaced and they did an excellent paint job. They kept me posted every step of the way and when it was time to pick up my car it was detailed!!! They did an AMAZING job! 5 stars isn't enough!! Thank you iDent team!!Service: Painting

Other than the amazing job on the hail damage repairs, iDent has A+ customer service. Donny consistent kept in contact with me over the 3 weeks that they had my vehicle, keeping me up to date on the status of my repairs and even went as far as bringing me my mailbox keys that I had left in my center console. Will recommend to everyone and definitely be my go to for all future dealings.

I recommend ident to anyone that has hail damage happen to their vehicle! They dealt with my insurance so I wouldn t have to. With no out of pocket cost to me the damage to my vehicle was repaired, and a big portion of the vehicle was painted. It looks brand new now and my wife is happy we got this situation taken care of in a fast and timely manner. So check them out you will not be disappointed!!!!Service: Painting

IDent did an AMAZING job with repairing all the hail damage to my vehicle. From the communication, dealing with my insurance & providing a nice/clean rental everything was effortless on my end.They made the process so quick and easy. Would 10/10 recommend & will be going back for any future damage.The process took around 3 weeks, as expected for the amount of damage I had from recent storms. & now my car seriously looks brand new again.

My car got hit in the back and needed repairs . Luckily I knew about this business so I took my car over . If you want your car repaired great and have a great customer service . Then go to this shop . Anette is one of the estimators that helps set up your car to get repairs done while dealing with insurance companies . Her and the team took care of my car, made calls , got me oem parts , and even helped me with my rental car as well. They were so kind and answered all of my questions. Just had hail damage repaired they literally took care of all the insurance needs, communication with the adjuster etc. Excellent service and my car came back to me looking brand new!! So glad I chose them!!

Had a couple nasty dents in the hood of my car and they got me scheduled the next day with the dents fixed and looking like they never happened within a few hours. Super fast, friendly, very communicative and outstanding service - not to mention quality work. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back!

My experience with Ident has been very pleasant and easy going. The repairs took some time but shows quality work. They worked with me and had made sure my car was taken care of. The owner Jason and his employees have been very friendly and honest people. They made sure to update me every time I called and have made sure that the work quality was to the best that they had to offer. 5/5 great work. Will say that they went above and beyond to restore my car back to it s original condition. Definitely will use them again.

Just recently had my truck repaired for hail damage from a recent storm. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. All repairs were made in a timely manner and now I have my truck back and can't tell I ever had hail damage. Thank you to the staff and crew. I would highly recommend!

I recently had them repair the hail damage on my truck and i can't even tell there was ever any damage. The person that handled everything was named Armando. He made the whole process very easy, he handled EVERYTHING. They even supplied me with a loaner car while the repairs were being made. 5 stars for being fast, easy, and quality work. Definitely have already recommended them to family and friends.

iDent did a great job repairing the hail damage on my Jeep. They took care of all the interactions with the insurance company once I filed the claim, took care of securing replacement parts, coordinated with the body shop and kept me informed. Excellent results. Would definitely recommend them. A special shout out to Jason, Liz and Andrea. They were a pleasure to work with!

My husband had just purchased his vehicle when the hail storm hit our neighborhood. We re so happy that we found iDent!! Great customer service, excellent communication, and did a great job on my truck that had extensive hail damage. They made me feel valued as a customer, unlike some of the big corporate body shops in the area. Free loaner car was a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

We used iDent for our first vehicle to be repaired. Took far too long. 5 weeks in the shop for severe hail damage quoted at 3 weeks. This was after insurance cut them the check. Honestly this was only the mildly frustrating part. Over a week and a half I spent many days calling them on 4 separate deadlines to see if the truck was ready all 4 times it was pushed back to repaint and buff.Come to find out from my adjuster they were vastly overwhelmed taking in too many vehicles. The most frustrating part was paying more out of pocket for my rental. They had said they would try to extend but couldn t and never offered to compensate for the extra days I was charged.The work was good. My truck looked good despite the mirror being loose on pickup and blue paint markings all over one side of the car. The work was done and I was satisfied but the communication needs so much improvement. I had a second car I began the process with them on I used another shop due to the experience.
