Honest and trustworthy auto shop. I brought my car in because it was driving funny, and they immediately looked at it and gave me a diagnosis within hours. They gave me a great quote, whereas another auto shop quoted me double the amount. Also, after I dropped my car off to be looked at, they gave me a ride home so I didn't have to uber. Seriously one of the best experiences I have had with an auto shop. Thank you Dave and Ray!

I brought my Subaru Outback in as I suspected it of transmission issues. They had a Subaru tech that was able to thoroughly investigate it, and sure enough I did need transmission work. They offered competitive rates and trustworthy advice. I was so impressed with their inspection and the photos they offered, and Dave was great to chat with. I will definitely come back again!

These guys are awesome! They will update you every step of the way, and will not cheat you because you re a woman. I felt they genuinely care and would try everything to make my car that was sitting a year run smoothly as possible, and be honest. These guys are legit! Thanks again!(I waited almost a month to write a review so that I could know for sure it wasn t just a fluke) lol

This place is fantastic. Honest dudes. The shop foreman s name is Marty. He s extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about doing things the right way and taking care of your vehicle. I really appreciated it. I ll be returning for sure!

Good service, qualified shop and communicate. Install new AC parts for the Land Cruiser. My AC cooling system was 10yo and they sourced factory parts and fabricated new Galaxy pressure lines. Everything looks good. Vents temps now at 55 degrees.

Dave was great. Answered all of my questions, got the parts needed for my repair within 24 hours, and had the repair done in another half day. Reasonable labor rate.Would I recommend? Yes

This place always takes care of me. I've been going here since 2018 I had a Jeep leave me on the side of the road with the check engine light on. Took it to a random place they quoted me 5k. Took it to ichiban for a second opinion.. It was the battery. They gained a customer for life with that honestly. Now I have a Mercedes they fix up at good prices. Most recently drove over a curb and broke my gas pump. Fixed it for way less than the dealership was offering.

If you re looking for a one stop shop, this is the one. They ll have your vehicle diagnosed & ready to go in no time at all, in addition to completing a thorough inspection of your vehicle they ll walk you through the entire process leaving almost no room for any doubt. Can not recommend them enough, no other auto repair shop holds a candle to Ichiban Autos.

Great place! Helped me out of a jam when my vintage Mercedes broke down and they had the problem fixed by the next morning. TCU Discount was a nice offer, too. Glad to know there are good, independent mechanics' shops still around.

Go see Luis and Rafa ! These are the best mechanics in town . Countless times they kept vehicles going . I travel from McKinney to here because I don't trust anyone like I do these guys

I was an hour and a half away from home when my car suddenly decided to act up. Immediately knew it had to be a spark plug problem. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! Check engine light came on so I pulled into O Reilly Auto Parts and they directed me across the street to Ichiban. As soon as I walked in the front door, Daniel greeted me and helped me. He was extremely courteous and kind and made me feel completely at ease. Being a female, I figured they d just see an easy target walking through the door and charge me out the @$$ to fix my car. Nope! They had me in and out within a couple of hours and price was reasonable. I d definitely recommend Ichiban for any of your vehicle needs. Honest and kind and will get the job done right at a fair price. The manager Ray was great also and had me on my way in no time at all. Thanks guys!!!

These guys do amazing work! I took my old 4Runner in for some past due maintenance (the previous owners did not take very good care of it), and they were super thorough when looking it over, quoted me a fair price, had everything done within a couple of days, and had my old SUV purring like a kitten. They even threw in a couple minor repairs that could have been major pains down the line! If you re looking for quality repair and maintenance and friendly service, this is the place to go!Service: General repairs & maintenance

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They fixed the skid plate on my car and had me out of there very quickly. Great people and service, and I highly recommend taking your car here.

Marty and Ray were very patient with my scheduling issues. Communication was great, price was fair and the work was done quickly. This place was so great! My car s battery died and they took my car in right away, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it all in the same day. Then when I had another issue pop up the next day, they took it in right away again and helped diagnose the problem yet again. They re very straight-up with prices, too, which is great. Ray who works at the front desk is really friendly and helpful, as well. Overall, could not be happier!

Excellent workmanship. Performed repairs for 2014 Corolla SAME DAY. (Engine mounts, brake job, and a broken seat lever.) Service technicians explained the work very well. I feel I got a good value, and the ride quality of my vehicle is drastically improved. Therefore, I would feel confident returning here and recommending this shop to others.

Guys did great. Communication on what the issues were and how much it would be was very consistent. They also have an open door policy so if you want to see what was wrong for yourself that's totally an option.

I have been so impressed with Ichiban! They are fast, efficient, and so fair with pricing. I brought a part to them and they had it installed in a few hours costing less than a fraction of the cost the dealer quoted me. They are fair and so accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about them! Great for TCU students and the Fort Worth community. These guys are great!

From the phone call to the conducting of service, Ichiban helped me tremendously! Marty helped me every step of the way and was very kind, helpful and informative. I received quick/timely service! I will most definitely return if services are needed again on my vehicle and will definitely recommend to others!

They helped us in a pinch when our underpinning was hanging off during the flash flooding downtown when my mom was having surgery. We called them and they said come on in and idk what we would have done without them. Sweet guys too and gave us a fair price. We recommend them to anyone!

Should have written this review years ago. I am a business owner myself and understand the value of an honest, 5 star review.I have been coming to this shop for over ten years. I have gotten to know the guys who run the business and I have always been impressed with their knowledge and overall outstanding performance. I own several vehicles and have always had a positive experience with this business. I have had over fifty personal experiences with this company and never once have I had a problem. In general, they always save me money by going above and beyond to find a way to do the work as inexpensively as possible and the turn around time is always exactly what I had hoped for. They never drag their feet on work and I always know that there is a sense of urgency to get the job done right, and right away. I have recommended this shop to so many people I can't count and I always hear positive things about their experiences. 100% Happy with the way these guys do business. Customer for life.

They are in the business of making good relationships with customers. Excellent communication, fair rates and great ethics. I continue to return and am always impressed by their level of quality. They tell you what is vital to fix and what is not vital and break everything down so you can understand. I have both saved money and gotten higher quality work done on my Subaru by using this shop over others. Highly recommend.

First time here. Brought my car in because the AC had gone out ( its 102 degrees outside currently) I had been driving it around for a couple of months and had enough of the heat. They had my car fixed and ready to go the same day. They were honest, efficient and overall wonderful to deal with! Will absolutely be recommending people to come here!
