I'm so happy with the work they were able to do. Very nice and accommodating folks. We needed a few things to get it going and they made it happen. We drove all the way from Oklahoma to pick it up! It went without a hitch. Thanks so much!!

Did a fantastic job on my daughter's car. Panels aligned correctly, no odd gaps, and paint matches well. Good shop.

Overall not the best experience.I came in and got an estimate from Eddie.He informed me that he could do the repair to my vehicle in 3 days. Well it did not got has planned which I understand. It wound up taking over two weeks for parts to come in even though I was told it differently.Communication was very poor, over the course of the two weeks I only got two calls from the shop for an update. I had to call every 3/4 days to get some type of update or an idea of what was going on with my vehicle and the delays.One very frustrating thing was I had a car rental and they kept pushing the days for the repairs. Finally when my car was ready they called on a Friday 20/30 min before they close shop. They let me know they could stay later since they weren t open on the weekends, still it was a very short notice to pickup.They let me know that they have a card fee but they take cash or check but the banks were going to be closed since I would get there past 5:30pm and the car rental would also be closed. I really would have preferred to get a call 1-2 hours notice before to plan accordingly but instead I got 20/30 min notice.I also didn t get a walkthrough of the work that was performed they just gave me my keys and I had to look at the work myself, I would have appreciated a walkthrough to reassure myself of the work they had done.I probably won t be back or recommend this shop.

The whole experience was top notch !! I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am to have the front bumper installed, my car was ready for pick-up by 11 am, I couldn't believe it !! They even straightened out a finder binder that I had on the driver's side door and made it to where I could fully open the car door. These guys are fast and do excellent work, far exceeded my expectations! Bailey you're Awesome!! ... Fantastic service!! Truly a 5- star experience !!Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing. My car got hit by a drunk driver with no insurance and I was so upset! Haws Paint & Body helped me find a rental to pick me up from their shop and all I had to do was drop it off. I was trying to save money on the rental so they worked with me so I only rented it with the least amount of days and they had it ready at the promised time. It was so seamless and easy, I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work. The work they do is immaculate! The paint matched, the parts were excellent, I can't even tell that it was fixed! They gave me my car back in better shape that I had it. I am very very pleased by this outcome! Definitely definitely recommend them and I will definitely be back if something crazy happens to my car again!

I used Haws for a State Farm accident claim and loved my experience. They were able to get an estimate and complete work (bumper, hood and light replacement) a full month before Caliber - who SF usually steers you towards - was going to be able to get me in for an estimate, with no paperwork snares.The work was excellent, andhelped with some adjustments and checkup pieces related to the work they did on the spot before i drove off.Hope I don't ever have to use a body shop again, but they'll be the first people i call if I do.Service: Body & Trim

The business owners and their employees are top notch in every way. They do excellent work at a good value, and deliver when promised. Their service is outstanding. I went in for a damage estimate on a recommendation of a friend. Very nice girl at the desk did my estimate and answered my questions. Prices were very reasonable. Only reason I did not use them was location. I got an estimate that was about to same, but closer to my home.

They did an excellent job everything was good but the thing is that the key cover was a little broken and dirty don't know what happen to the cover. We don't used the truck a lot only when we go out of town. Didn't want ask because I pick my truck around closing time. But the did a wonderful job repairing the bumper

I tried for months to get a side mirror and door handle fixed on my car, but the first couple of places I tried gave me the runaround, couldn't find the right parts, never followed up with me, etc.I went to Haws on Monday, and the guy told me to drop my car off Wednesday morning on my way to work. He said he'd have everything finished by end of business Wednesday. I did, and he did. The quality of the work was great, and I think the price that he charged was very fair. I'd recommend them!

I'm happy to be a long-time customer of Haws Paint & Body. They have worked on at least 5 different cars for me over the last 20 years. Today I took my SUV in to get them to look at the air dam under the bumper... last week I parked in a spot with a really high concrete stop, and when I backed out the air dam was torn loose from the bumper. The gentleman at Haws looked at it for about a minute, then asked for my keys, saying he could get it fixed right then... oh yeah, this was 3:30pm on a Friday! I waited in the lobby and in less than 15 minutes the repair was done. That's fantastic service, and the reason I keep returning to this shop. Their new location on Belknap on the east side of downtown Fort Worth is really nice, I'm happy to see this business doing well.Service: Body & Trim

Last September, I took my 2000 Civic to their shop to reattach my bumper, replace my front bumper, and painted my newly replaced hood. I dropped my car off before I left on vacation, which I have never done before. Their communication was excellent from the start. Their bid was accurate, and they called me with any questions or news, never assuming anything.They did a fantastic job on my car, and even buffed my headlights! It's very hard to find a body shop that comes recommended, but now I have a go-to shop. The crew is kind, and they stand behind their work. I had some hesitation about dropping that kind of money in one sitting, but Haw's helped turn my car's worst angle into its best, and I've been digging it ever since. Thanks, guys!

These guys are seriously the best. I've used them for several repairs over the last three years - the first time to repair damage from a wreck, the second to repair a loose bumper and the third two to repair some minor body damage caused by driving over a curb. All three times they provided excellent customer service and amazing quality of work. They are also very honest. When my bumper came loose I went to other body shops and they said I'd have to replace the entire bumper and quoted me over $1,000. Haws simply replaced a clip and only charged me $20. If you need any body or paint work done, go to Haws Paint & Body. I can't recommend them enough.

Had my vehicle towed post wreck to Hams referred by insurance. Was given a 2 week turn around estimate, was extended a week for claim, then was told wrong parts were ordered and correct parts were on reorder. After 3 weeks they finally comped me w a free rental and told me another week. After 5 weeks I was told it was ready. Picked up my Vehicle and the alignment was out and was told it wasn't part of claim. And my fuel line was still unrepaired from accident. Returned and waited 3 days and was told alignment was not covered. 6 weeks later I got my car back and still no alignment. I am changing insurance companies and will not return to this shop again.

I've had three different cars worked on at Haws, and my mom has had work there also. Great folks, great work, and the price they quoted me is what I paid. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience the owner gained a new customer and is very nice. He does not take advantage of people who do not know much about vehicle repairs and I will for sure be coming back and recommending others to come as well for repairs! Thanks!

This is my go to body shop. Their fair and honest. They do A-1 repairs. If I could give them 10+ stars I would. I have been using them for years because your bound to get in an accident in the DFW area.

I am not really sure where all the 5 star praise ratings come from. Recently went to the shop to have some paint work done. If you like foggy clear coat, fish eyes, gashes in the paint from removing decals, scratches in what is new clear coat, and your car given back to you filthy from the shop work than I recommend you take your car here. If none of what I said phases you then by all means you will be happy. Very friendly in the office but the quality is just not there.

EXCELLENT customer service and work ethic from front desk to auto body workers! They have a lifetime guarantee on their jobs. Can t beat that. They were referred to me by mutual clients of 20+yers. Beautiful work, Absolutely satisfied!

Have been trying to get in touch with them for months. Had some work done a few summers ago. Repainted my 1973 chevy nova , same color yellow. Had to take the car back and have it fixed the paint staring cracking and flaking off. Now it is happening, again, and every time u call it's busy and they don't look at the website for emails. My father and I spent some money on this paint and are very unhappy with the results, and the follow up service
