They were prompt to come out and see what I needed. I needed 2 used tires, and they were quick to pull the car in and get it changed. Low prices compared to other shops.

Been there for transmission fluid replacement a few years ago and that seems decent. But last week was having starting problems and too it to them. They replaced vent valve and purge valve which they said was causing engine light coming on. But said they can't figure out the starting engine problems. Got truck back a week later engine light was gone....... but came back on after about 40 miles of added driving. A week later I took my truck to another guy and he figured out the problem in like 10 minutes which turned out to be alternator. Really disappointed they couldn't figure that problem out. I will not be back sorry.

I brought my vehicle here for repairs as a request from Discount Motors 3 car dealership. The company rarely answers the phone, could not receive updates regarding my vehicle repair progress. My vehicle was kept for a week for repairs. After receiving my vehicle back...within 2 days the same issues were occurring as before....so in actuality my vehicle was not repaired.

Literally the best place to take your vehicle on the planet. I've been going to Ali & Nadied for years. Not only are they honest and have never tried to rip me off. They are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly mechanics. Amazing service.

Arrived on July 28 around 9:30a; AC in my truck was blowing hotter than the outside temperature. (105 degrees) My air compressor was not working at all. Ive been coming here for many many years. They do a good job for cheap... Its always busy. I really have no complaints. They've done my tires, inspection, water pump, timing belt, a/c compressor.. And no problems. I recommend them to everyone.

Amazing service! My mother and I have been going here for years and absolutely love them! If you have any questions about your car, they take the time to explain to you what you are experiencing and offer you solutions. Wouldn t recommend anyone else!

They're very dishonest and they take forever for the simplest things. I was there 3 hours just to fix an air conditioning when I asked them how much longer they said they guy working on it when to lunch and didn't return. They didn't even bother letting me know, if I hadn't asked I could have been sitting there the whole day.

This is the absolute best place in the Metroplex to get your car taken care of. Al and the entire staff are completely trustworthy and I've never had them do me wrong. I never take my car anywhere else except Haltom Quick Lube. Also I've seen other reviews on here talking about they turned the person away because they're white. That's completely absurd I'm white and they've always taken great care of me.

If you want to waste your money with those thieves and damage your car, then you re welcome to go to this shop. I had a problem with my key ignition, I went to them and they insisted to change a part that costs $400 even after I asked them to change the key ignition only. One week later, after I wasted $400, the problem came back. Eventually, I fixed it by myself by only cleaning the key ignition.My friend also wasted his money and their careless caused a transition problem in his car.

Great price great service check with mr Ali his best honest man. Amazing work tells you everything about the car, and gives you the best price. Two days ago, we purchased a Kia Soul but it had an issue. It was brought to this shop to be repaired, but it wasn't repaired. So, the seller was furious because they lied to him about it being repaired and they(the auto shop) told us to bring it back here. So, today, we brought it in around 11. The mechanics started working on it, then stopped. It's been over an hour to fix something minor. I don't know if the workers are easily distracted or can't multitask, but this isn't any way to run a business.

My dad is 94 years old and has been coming here for routine maintenance and tires for some time. In January, we bought tires for our Suburban. It was like pulling into a NASCAR pit stop when I brought my vehicle in! They came out and immediately began working. They ve also taken great care of my dad, when other (previous) shops would be impatient and rude.

Not pleased with the customer service provided at all. I was informed my car would take ten minutes for repair. Since it was such a short wait, I saw no need in making other ride arrangements. I certainly was not expecting to have to spend 2+ hours waiting in their so called waiting area with ants attacking me, no restroom, no snack machines & no wifi. Interrupted my entire work day all because they couldn't just be honest about the wait/repair time. Should've just made ride arrangements & spared this company of the embarrassment I feel for them after today... Smh

Great place and honest!! I have been getting car inspections and some minor car repairs done here for close to 20 years. They also offer good deals on tires.

they sent my wheel to Dallas Wheel Repair to be fixed. It took over a week, they sent the wheel back without the center cap or the rivits that hold on the trim. When asked about them, they ask me to bring another one up because they are not sure which ones are mine? I send a picture and measurements and a website where they can be ordered.. but they refuse to do anything unless I come up there. I don't have time to go up there AGAIN to drop off a bolt and then AGIAN to pick up the others where they get there. I ended up taking caf� of it myself because it wasn't worth the hassle.. don't waste your time, they are slow and the wheel didn't even come back looking good repainted..

We took a mustang in to get the clutch repaired it took them 2 weeks didn't fix it right. Broke a gauge, and the fly wheel. Took it back to get the fly wheel fixed. It took them a week to even start looking for the part to fix. After calling and complaining they finally found ordered the part it took a week for it to come in and nothing going on 3 weeks here and still nothing. They do not keep you updated on your vehicle. It's a hassle and waste of your time. No no no

An employee backed into my Honda Element and broke the passenger side taillight. I was there getting repairs to my daughter car. The vehicle they were driving was a customer's truck. The owner didn't want to report it and offered to repair my tail light which he did. But he didn't offer to repair the damage to my passenger side panel. I'm saying this because the truck that damaged my car belonged to a customer who was not notified of the accident.

Horrible, we took my husbands cadillac just to get a tune up and replace the oil pump now the car wont run at all when it ran great before. Now they dont want to help fix it. $400 to ruin a beautiful car
