Gr3 helped my Dad repair his truck. My Dad had a minor concern went back , with out questioning and it was repaired. Not only that, all his questions and concerns were answered and explained. Amazing experience! They did body work for us years ago when we lived in Fort Worth so when we had someone hit our truck 2.5 hrs away, we knew we had to get it to Gr3. They were the only ones we felt we could trust with such a big job on a 2021 truck. We didnt have to worry about anything. We had the towing company deliver it without us having to drive out there. The owner took care of everything and personally kept us updated with their progress. He responded promptly to the insurance company, car rental company and to our text messages/phone calls. In an age with automated systems it was nice to have dealt with 1 person that focused on personalized customer service. Hope this review helps.

Was able to get an estimate on the spot. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance, estimates, and was able to articulate it all very well.Really appreciated the fact that he asked me if insurance was paying for the repair or if it would be out of pocket prior to inspecting the vehicle and giving me an estimate.

Greg did a great job on repairing my the front of my 2016 Toyota corolla S after an accident. Everything looked brand new from the bumper to the headlights. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to this body shop for many years and have sent others I know to use this shop because of their great work, wonderful customer service, and because they're good people who really care. They have even worked with me in the past on my deductible so that no money came out of my pocket. That is something I'll never forget, and in all honesty, I think is extremely rare for a shop to care enough to lower their own costs so that you don't have to suffer. They have done extra work/repairs that were not required from the kindness of their hearts to help me out like buffing out/repairing scratches and scuffs, they fixed the motor in my window that wasn't working, and other small repairs without me even asking! I was really grateful for those things. Yes the shop may not be in the best area and may not look like a fancy auto body shop that you'd see at a dealership, but the quality of work, customer service, and costs will be very difficult to beat. I have brought all of my car here to GR3 they save me time and money . They work insurance claims and are very professional and I have sent family and friends to this'ship to help save them money . It is'well worth the time and effort and yes they go far and beyond to help you and take great care of there customers . Wish more shops were then they pay attention to detail and I'm grateful I found them....

Gr3 is a family ran automotive service center..Greg does all the insurance leg work ,after an accident my Canyon came out of there shop looking and more importantly driving as good as new. This shop DOES NOT stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and find a real shop with an experienced staff. Come to find out, they don't even have a paint booth and are painting illegally in their back shop!

ZERO STARS. I ONLY PUT 1 SO I COULD POST. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB!!! WE AGREED WHAT WOULD BE COMPLETED ON MY JEEP AND ONLY A PORTION WAS FINISHED. WHEN I REITERATED OUR PRIOR CONVERSATIONS ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE THE OWNER ACKNOWLEDGED THE WORK WE AGREED UPON BUT SIMPLY RESPONDED WITH "YEAH, BUT YOU SIGNED, SO." THIS PLACE WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU FOR AN INCOMPLETE JOB. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
