The best mechanic in town. Very honest and professional. The nicest person you will ever meet. Took my 2015 BMW for a complete diagnostic and Rafael, the owner did it for free. He even replaced my cabin air filter this past Saturday for free. His staff is so cool. Love these place. Raphael took his time and was very careful not to scratch my wheels or calipers when installed new rotors and pads on my TTRS. Super friendly, great customer service, and pricing is unbeatable.

Honest Master Technicians!!!Rafayel and Keith are true professionals in their field of work. I originally took in my son's Audi TTS for them to give a diagnosis on some suspension issues. Not only did they diagnose the issue, but were able to show me with the car on the lift, what they were looking at and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. GERSpeed is a trustworthy shop where I plan on getting all and any future auto repair done.I was so happy with how I was treated as a customer, the personalized tailoring to my needs and my budget. Rafayel was able to help me locate and order a brand new OEM under body panel for my son's TTS at a fair price, and he personally installed it himself. He also walked me through step by step, recommendations for a spark plug and ignition coils replacement, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. APR Ignition Coils with Audi RS7 Spark Plugs in an Audi TTS, what a difference, the car feels like new again.In my personal opinion after taking my cars (BMW, Audi and Volkswagen) to dealerships for service, I will only be using GERSpeed moving forward. This shop is still very new, however, I look forward to the future of this shop. So whether you're just looking for a simple job done, or an in-depth diagnosis, I highly recommend GERSpeed.GERSpeed is more than just a shop, it is a community. Brought my 2020 VW GLI to GERSpeed after seeing all the great reviews. Honestly one of the best experiences I ve had at an auto shop. Rafael is very informative and professional and took great care of my car. He even took the time to show me around his shop. It s very clean and organized which impressed me. And not only do they do regular maintenance but they offer performance upgrades as well. Will definitely be bringing my cars to GERSpeed from now on!

Brought my 2013 VW Tiguan for a water pump replacement. Rafayel and his team provided excellent service replacing the water pump. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Also took care of a couple of other minor issues that needed to be addressed. Very reasonable, fair, honest pricing compared to the dealership. Took my Golf R over to GERSPEED to diagnose an oil leak, conduct an oil change and compression/leakdown test my engine. When pulling out the coil packs for the tests, one of them had oil residue and ended up being no good. Rafael was nice enough to give me a spare OEM set he had so I would not have to pay for new ones. I have been to this shop a few times since they opened last year and I have never been disappointed. Truly exceptional service, pricing, and hard work, and I know I can always count on Gerspeed.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the guys at GERSpeed. They have been such a pleasure to work with and the only shop in Fort Worth I would trust with my vehicle. I want to send a big THANK YOU to RAFAYEL!!! He was able to complete my stage 3 DTR ECU/ TCU tune remotely. I ended up having a few issues (on my end, laptop drivers, low battery) Rafayel was able to update the laptop drivers to accept the RTS cable. After flashing the ECU, a restart was required, however my battery was super low, car wouldn't start. He then instructed me stay on the phone and allow the battery to recharge. When all was good we were then able to proceed with the TCU file. Friendly, Knowledgeable and helpful, he went above and beyond for me and I very much appreciate that. If I'd lived 1700 miles closer this would be the only shop for my beloved Audi !! Thank you again Rafayel for everything !!

I want to take a moment and say thank you to GERSpeed and the team! Coming from Celina TX, they are the only shop I trust taking care of my TDI fleet. Rafael was very prompt to answer all my questions, he is very open with parts used for repairs (German cars dislike aftermarket parts). They took in process pics of the timing belt service. They had my TDI completed in less than two days. I cannot say how impressed I was with the whole Repair.

I came out to have an oil change done with Gerspeed based on previous network contact recommendations, and I'm very pleased with their customer service approach. Quoted prices are extremely fair, and I believe in supporting businesses who do good work. I will be returning to have them assist in finishing my turbo upgrade and tuning needs. As an enthusiast, I am glad to see another quality shop like this add to options for customers on the north side of Fort Worth. Definitely, keep them in mind for either performance or routine maintenance needs.Current car: 2017 Mk7 Volkswagen GTI

Even though they were busy, they managed to work me in and get my vehicle running better than ever! These guys are my new "go to" team for German vehicle service!

We aquired a 2007 Audi A4 (FWD) from a good friend who was going to get rid of it due to issues that she did not want to deal with (needing new fuel pump, cam follower, oil pump, and a few minor issues). Offered us $500 with 98k miles and took a chance on it. It was running rough going home but did a few repairs (replaced plugs, ignition coils, rear window regulator) and it ran smoothly for the next 3 years.My daughter used it during her last two years of high school and issues began with engine shaking on the highway, engine sounding like a diesel, losing power and more too few to mention.So we had to decide to trade it in for another cash car with unknown history or repair all the issues. I chose the latter because I did not want to buy another cash car and end up spending more on future repairs.I found this shop that was recommended in our FB neighborhhod page and that it just opened up recently.I dropped it off and let Rafayel do what's needed to diagnose all the issues. I gave him the green light and once it was completed, the car ran like it would've in 2007 off the dealer's lot!This car should go another 100,000 miles or more with regular maintenance which he will help with since I will allow him only to work on it moving forward.Awesome service!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

I come all the way from N Dallas to have my 2012 Mercedes E550 repaired bc Keith and Rafayel go above & beyond to get your car at optimum performance without cutting corners or performing unnecessary work. They are the best choice for German/high performance cars and it s nice to leave a shop knowing that you truly got honest, hard work and not the typical price gouging runaround you find with many import shops. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

GERSpeed was able to correctly diagnose my cars issue when multiple other shops in the area could not. That paired with their competitive prices ended up saving me thousands of dollars, not to mention immeasurable time and stress. They communicated through the entire process including phone calls and pictures, and finished the work quickly. I have and will continue to bring my car back to them for any work in the future. They ve made a customer for life! Cannot recommend them enough, thank you Rafayel!

Rafael and team are the best! Had an emergency low beam go out and Rafael took care of it since I needed my car early the next morning. I had my clutch/ flywheel and trans service completed by this team. The work was done very well and there are zero complaints to be had in the area. We had a snag with the original quote and the updated quote. Rafayel was very helpful and quick to get the issue fixed! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants the job done correctly. I'm not from the Fort Worth area, but while on a weekend trip, my car started leaking fuel due to a broken injector seal. The guys at GERSpeed (Rafael & Keith) took care of my car even without much notice. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day. While the intake manifold was off, they did a much needed carbon cleaning. They went above and beyond and all at a fair price. They also made sure we were happy with everything before we left.

I have taken my car here multiple times and Raf and his team have been outstanding. They are super quick to respond, get scheduled and they are honest about their work. I will never take my car anywhere else. They are the only people I trust with my car. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I have been to many euro car shops in the DFW area and this is by far the best. My 2012 Golf R came In with a series of problems. From acquiring parts and the actual service, everything was taken care of with professionalism. Rafael and his crew are hands down the best shop in DFW. I cannot truly express how grateful and appreciative I am of their work, professionalism, knowledge, and newfound friendship! Rafael took the time to diagnose, repair and look at not only the main issue I brought my R8 in for, but also many smaller issues as well. He kept me informed of issues, plan and cost of potential repairs, and time on project via calls, pics and videos. He also went above and beyond by finding me a rear spoiler from another customers car and it looks awesome! Thank you guys again and I will definitely be entrusting all my future maintenance and any other needs at your business! Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Gerspeed enough. Unfortunately, I had a catastrophic engine failure in my 2017 S3 and searched for shops to replace the engine. A friend of mine recommended me to Rafayel and his team and I could not be more happy with the final product. From a simple oil change to complete engine builds and everything in between, I would urge any Euro vehicle owner to bring their car here.Service: Engine repair
