The only place I'll take my truck to get aligned from here on out. It's crazy how many places can't align a F150 with 6-inch lift. Franks was able to get it done within an hour. Highly recommend this place.

Very good honest work..I came in thinking something wrong with RV. He drove the car came back and told me it was normal..did not take my money like he could have..good honest work and I will only come here from now on

Took my car to the dealership Volkswagen where everything was overpriced and even with an apt wait time was 1.5 hrs they told me of issues with my gfs car that I didn t feel was apparent and they wanted a high price so I opted out and found Frank s online through google search. Frank s had affordable prices and Andrew helped me out, respectful got me in and out. Look forward to future business with you guys.Service: Wheel alignment

Awesome it's like finding that great lil whole in the wall off the grid worth the drive to favorite place to eat...But there in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth...Would recommend this place to anyone whether they have a big truck or a sports car, I bet they could work on a motorcycle

The best front end repair and alignment shop in Texas. Extremely honest!! Expert staff who DON'T work on commission like most shops. Hint... go early unless you can drop your vehicle off and pick up later

Just get there early in the morning as it is first come first serve. There are no appointments. Work is first rate and the staff is really good. After the alignment, had a steering stabilizer installed and am very happy.

I will always go to Frank's with my vehicles. You do have to get there early. First come first serve but it is so worth it. They actually talk to you and ask questions. On trips to Colorado and west Texas I drive a fair amount of miles on rocky and pot-holed dirt roads in my Subaru Forester. That, plus the fact that I had just bought a new set of all terrain tires had me thinking it was time to get my wheels aligned. My regular mechanic recommended Frank's Wheel Aligning, so I decided to go there. I looked them up online and other reviews mentioned bringing your vehicle in early because it's first-come, first-served, so I arrived about ten minutes after they opened. I was 3rd in line, but the wait was reasonable -- I was out in just over an hour (and they have National Geographic, my favorite waiting room magazine, to read while you wait). After they put it on the lift and examined it, I was pleasantly surprised when Andrew told me my Subaru didn't actually need any alignment. He also said there wouldn't be any charge, which was an even better surprise. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.Service: Wheel alignment

Able to knock out my 2003 Silverado 1500 z71 and 2015 Sequoia 4wd in about an hr. Did an amazing job on both. Definitely recommend

I've been coming here for front-end alignments for years and they beat a firestone every day of the year! They are honest and let you know if work is even necessary. I would come here over a bigger name company any day of the week! Franks is where its at!

After a quick Google search returned this highly rated local alignment center I decided to give them a try and they didn t disappoint!I have a 2015 Ram 2500 SLT 6.7 diesel LWB. Not many places are even set up to work on LWB trucks but they were. They even work on Semi Trucks!I am a truck driver and got in early and was able to arrive at 1pm. I met the manager/owner Mitch and ask what my chances were on getting a work in? He had 3 vehicles in front of me so I decided to wait because I was going back out of town early Monday morning.The tech finished the three vehicles in front of me and came over and asked me so what s going on with this one I told him I had a little bit of a abnormal wear on my front driver side tire. He hopped in it drove it down the street came back made a few adjustments so that the toe needed to be adjusted 35 minutes later I was walking out the door.$70 total!The only other places that I found that could take a long wheelbase truck were a couple of off-road places and they wanted to charge $140.Franks Wheel Alignment has earned my business and I will definitely return for any and all my alignment needs.Highly rated !

An honest business that cares more about integrity than making money. BMW recommended wheel aligning based on tire wear after only 9500 miles. Franks put it on their rack and told me the alignment was fine and the tires showed no abnormal wear. AND they did not charge me.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Horrible customer service. Called to get information about getting my truck alignment. They told me that they don t do appointments and I would have to walk in. When I got there, they told me to leave my name and phone number and they would call me when they were ready to look at my truck (they could ve done that over the phone). I asked the guy, who never even got up from his desk to come to the counter, if he estimated they were going to call me the same day. He said, yes, of course, in about two hours. Waited for hours, and didn t get the call, gave them until next day in the afternoon, and called back, when I talked to the guy and told him I was calling to check on that he said, ok so what do you want to know. Tried to explain and he kept the condescending tone going and didn t even have my information anymore.I needed the truck looked at before a trip I m taking in a couple days, and this guy just made me waste two days where I could ve have a professional place take care of this. Didn t even attempt to apologize for the situation. I m sure they are good at doing alignment, but in this day and age you need someone skilled that is also professional, because if this is the way they behave when they fail to follow up with prospective customers, I can t even imagine how they will respond, or fail to do so, when they make a mistake on your vehicle.

Holy cow these guys are great. I recently lifted my truck and took it to one of those alignment and oil changes places. They took the car back and 30 minutes later stated the alignment was to bad to be fixed by them and that they had no idea where to even start. I then found Franks online and stopped in one morning. I told them what the other shop had told me and the mechanic just laughed and said I will have you out of here in 30 minutes. To my amazement they finished quickly and the truck drove great. This place is a gem for sure.

I took it in for alignment bc it was pulling to the right. They looked it over, said it was alow tire. Alignment is fine. No charge. He couldve charged me and I would never have known the difference. Honesty..so refreshing.

Brought im my 2013 genesis coupe for an alignment they said they couldn't align the front till I raised the coilover springs which the tool to raise it with was literally in my trunk its not rocket science with adjustable coilovers bt neway I had to get my car towed to another shop so they could adjust the coils which I did just to find out my paint off my fender is all off and my 1500 dollar rim is all curb checked they obviously hit a curb or something when they were test driving it when I called to see if they could at least give me the alignment for free since they damaged all my fender and rim and they said it was like that before they got it, WHICH I have PROOF that it wasn't I have a pic of it getting dropped off in good condition. When I asked if they could at least cover the alignment for free since they damaged my vehiclee they got really rude and said he wouldn't help me anymore and hung up. STAY AWAY FROM.THIS PLACE THERE LIERS AND I WILL BE GETTIN AN ATTORNEY N SUING SINCE THEY CANT own up to there mistakes!Service: Wheel alignment

I took my truck over to Frank s for an alignment and tire rotation. The mechanic came in and said that the alignment was in spec and he rotated the tires for a good price. It shows that there are still honest shops out there. They could have charged me for an alignment and lied but they didn t. I recommend this alignment shop!
