I had the BEST car buying experience at Five Star Ford! I had been looking at purchasing a Ford Bronco for a few months, and always ended up walking out at other dealerships because I felt uncomfortable/could tell I was getting ripped off. I came to Five Star Ford on a whim after another unsuccessful car buying experience and was immediately greeted by my salesman, Q. Q was extremely knowledgeable in Broncos, as he has one himself. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted and got me a great deal on it! Mark in finance was also very kind and helpful and even taught me a few things to look out for when buying a car in the future, which I found extremely considerate, as this was my first car-buying experience. After all the paperwork was signed, Q walked me out to my car and taught me how to set up my Ford Pass, and showed me a few additional features. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car!

My experience with five star Ford in Richland Hills, was nothing short of amazing! The team, Henry and Tuck, did a fantastic job of making me feel welcome. The efficiency and customer service level here is a testament to whatever the management team is putting in the coffee! These guys saved me out of a crunch in the middle of a home move! I definitely will be coming back and this dealership to everyone!

By far the easiest vehicle buying experience in all of my 67 years. Preston was honest, courteous, and patient throughout. He was very knowledgeable, quite easy to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anybody interested in purchasing their next vehicle. I was very nervous and anxious going in because I was buying my first car. I had done my research, but I had still never had the experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind and explained everything that I asked with no condescension or trickery. No pushy sales. Just conversations and laughter.Kolby was awesome and I feel like he really fought to get me a car I would love in a price point I could afford. Henry was attentive and I super appreciate getting the car cleaned up for me. Tut was hilarious, you absolutely want the Tut experience from Finance!I got everything I wanted and the experience was smooth and transparent. They made buying my first car a truly enjoyable experience.I am absolutely in love with my brand new Bronco Sport! Thanks again guys!

5 Stars well earned! If it hadn't have been for Johnny Denney, we would have missed out on the one vehicle we found online that was exactly what we were looking for. We needed to trade in our 3 year old Bronco, but wanted to know what trade value we would be offered before driving in. The online tool I used gave a very low trade allowance. Because of this, we decided to move on to another dealership. Johnny contacted us and after some reassurance that he could help us with our trade, we decided to try anyway. We could not have been happier. Johnny did a great job of allowing me to crawl all over the vehicle before we drove it, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the Bronco before we even started talking about price. Additionally, He did exactly what he said he would do. He got us a better trade allowance and ultimately, an overall better deal than we were expecting.I would recommend Five Star Ford. I know I will start there the next time I buy a vehicle!

I needed to buy a car and was overwhelmed at where to start. If you feel the same, start by popping in to Five Star Ford NRH I literally walked in on a Saturday morning, met a salesman who was great to work with. He was efficient and honest, and that matters in a day of buying a car (shout out to William! ).They have a system down here at Five Star Ford that works for the consumer, get in, get what you want, and get out; no matter what your budget looks like. They met me every step of the way in the process and I truly felt I left with an honest deal. The financing rates they are offering through THEIR dealership makes it stupid to walk away without a car. This is a worthy spot to visit on your car buying journey.

This was the absolute best car buying experience of my life! No pressure from any of the staff, no hurry making a decision and they give you the price up front.Mel, the salesman that sold me the SUV, was a pleasure to work with. I inquired about the SUV initially online. Mel reached out right away with a video introducing himself and he let me know that he is there to answer and questions. I thought the video was a nice touch and it felt personal, not an annoying salesman giving me the same scripted pitch. Mel is a kind person that has a laid back demeanor and makes you feel at home on the lot and in his office. He guided me seamlessly through the buying experience.Mel answered all my questions and got me into the Expedition of my dreams!!!All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service! This will be my dealership of choice whenever I need another car!!!I would give this Five Star Ford of NRH 10 stars if possible!

We have purchased 2 trucks, F150 King Ranch, F150 XLT FX4 & an Explorer Limited from Bruce Eversole over our 7yrs experience with him. We really like him. I had placed my order back in Dec. 21 and Joad and Jeffrey from 5 Star Ford made sure to continue their monthly check-ins with me up until Feb. of this year when I finally got my Ford Maverick. Additionally, the assistance I received in July 23 allowed me to re-option my order, bumping up the priority and ultimately sped up the overall process to get the truck built. When it came time to pickup and purchase the vehicle Joad and the team provided me with an informative and smooth buying experience.

Overall I was appreciative of the service and experience. I brought my F150 in for a serious service that was due to a failure of the rear axle bolt that was part of a recall. Another dealer identified the sheared bolt and was unable to repair it. FIve Star took me in immediately and determined it required both rear axles to be replaced along with the hubs and bolts. It took several days for the parts to arrive and service be completed. Jose kept me informed most of the time of the service and I was impressed on how quickly they completed the work. Would have provided 5 stars if a loaner vehicle was provided or offered. I had asked in a text but not received a response.

If there were six stars Five Star Ford would get it! I have bought three trucks and a car from them. Thanks to Ollie Jackson, my sales person and Mark in finance, who worked with me to get the payment where I needed it. And an excellent warranty deal.From the first truck, in 94 to the Edge I bought Saturday, they have maintained a service level, no one else comes close to.Everyone there treats you like you're the most important person to walk in that day.Over the top service and a great deal! You can't get better than that!

Five Star Ford NRH went above and beyond to work a deal in my favor with my new 2023 limited explorer purchase with a 2022 limited expedition trade!! I needed to downgrade and they got it done. I know I went to the right dealership as all the employees involved made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend buying from this dealer.

Ron Barron was fantastic service advisor and very communicative! I kept putting off taking my car in because I m a young female and have a very hard time trusting car people because I have been done wrong by them many many times. My boyfriend finally made the appointment at 5 star NRH for me because his family has used them for years and trusted their service. Ron 100% was what every car service advisor should be. He very assuring, kind, and earned my trust very quickly. Despite having a small delay in my service he was very helpful and apologetic about the delay. He definitely eased my nerves about taking my car in when something isn t right. I would definitely recommend 5 star service to anyone who has a Ford and might also get anxiety about car issues. Thank you Ron, we will be back!

Five Star Ford has some of the best employees working for them. Just purchased my second vehicle from them. They are always friendly and will answer any questions you have through out the process. They never force you into making a purchase, they work with you to find the right car that will work for you.
