First of all, the manager we worked with at this location in December of 2022 was an awesome lady. Yes, I know it's 2023 now, but the experience was so good, even a year later, I'm still happy with the service we were provided. Anyway, we got an oil change and state inspection done for our truck and it was quick, painless, and inexpensive compared to some other major brand competitors in the area. I don't believe that nice lady is still there - but the male manager we've worked with since has been awesome as well. I wish I were better with names - but it's probably Roy? Anyway. They're a good group of people. I was kind of shocked to see the ratings in various places because I've only had good experiences with them.

If I could rate them for 0 stars I would. I called them and told them I needed two brand new drag radial (DOT certified) street legal tires mounted to two brand new wheels. The manager over the phone said that he would leave it up to the discrepancy of the tech doing the mounting on if he wants to do it. First of all, they are street legal tires not slicks, 2nd they are brand new because Firestone only mounts new tires, 3rd the tires fit within the wheel width spec. So just to reiterate., There was nothing illegal about mounting and balancing these tires.I showed up and paid to have them mount AND balanced. The tech mounted them and put them in the back of my truck. I noticed that neither one was balanced and I didn t have time to wait and was told to bring them back the next morning at 7am. So that s what I did. Upon arrival I noticed nobody was in the shop area except the manager and he let me know that his guy called in. So I asked since he is a manager of a tire installation shop if he could balance my tires. He told me he didn t know how. I told him that I wanted the refund for the balancing and walked into the office. I m which the manager made a comment saying this is why I didn t want to do your wheels and tires I asked him why and he told me because people with tires like this are racers and if I get into a wreck leaving here that I would sue them so he profiled me as a racer ( I have slicks for the track) and he profiled me thinking I m going to sue them. I tried to ask him what the difference between my tires and the ones they sold were. He could not answer me. So I gave him a little lesson at his own job. The difference in nothing other than the tread pattern. The tires he sells are D.O.T rated/certified, so we re mine. The tires he installs has to fit the recommended wheel width, mine did. His tires are street legal .. SO ARE MINE. Oh and to top it off his tech told me that my wheels/tires needed 7 ounces of weights in order to balance .. weird because the same morning I took them to discount tire in Roanoke and they laughed at Firestone. They balanced the tire with a machine that s a lot better than Firestone s and they did it with 3.5 ounces on one wheel and 3 ounces on the other. Both are running very smoothly. Thank you discount tire for 1 having great customer service and not a manager that tries to belittle his customers and thank you for just being kind and knowledgeable about your job unlike the manager and techs of Firestone. Oh and I forgot to mention that the Firestone tech told me that the tires were directional which I already knew, but yet he mounted them both the same way which was another reason I brought them back the next morning. At this point I ask myself who is Firestone hiring? The only reason I went to fire stone is because they were closest to my house. Other than that, I always use discount tire, and now I will drive on a flat tire and ruined a wheel just to make it to discount tire so that I don t have to deal with the incompetence at fire stone.

Went in for a rotate and balance asked them to check a gash I had on one tire. Waited for 2 and a half hours for them to not even rotate the tires and tell me that my tire did not have any gash in it. All they did was take my wheels off, scrape the weights off and sent me down the road. Manager said I was lying about the gash and that I specifically asked them to only balance and to not rotate and that none of my wheels were out of balance and almost all wheels do not need weights- what a joke seeing as one of the wheels they told us in the past needed extra weights because it was bent. Sad that I had already gave them money earlier in the day for new tires on another vehicle, wish I would of just went somewhere else.

Have had them do multiple alignments for our shop . Either they take all day drop at 9 done at 6 or I have to keep bringing them back for redoWon t be bringing anything anymore

The staff there are all dismissive to the customer. When I asked them a question about my car the tech and the guy writing the tickets were both acting like I was bothering them. I asked when I picked up my car why was it making a ticking sound and why was the check engine light on it wasn't making that sound nor was my light on when the car came in to get fixed. I was told if I want to find out it would cost me another $122.00. This isn't the first time my car has been at this store but it will be the last. My husband keeps bringing his car here and every time he has something else goes wrong with it. This last time we had the alternator replaced and then the next day we had to get it towed back because the serpentine belt broke. Not a coincidence I am sure. Horrible service and horrible work.

Had an oil leak at the valve cover. Needed to fix before having oil change. I new other items needed attention on the car but did not mention them. Roy the Manager was very helpful and explained what needed to be done in a very non pressured way. They were able to find all of the important issues and never pressured to add things that were not needed. The technician even walked out on his own as I was leaving and explained a few other things about the repair. This was all done same day without an appointment and I didn't even show up at opening. Great service and the prices were all very reasonable.

My experience with Firestone in the past is that they are expensive and their quality of work hasn't been great. But Roy at this location took very good care of me. Price was reasonable and he even went to a different dealership to pick up my part since we had that freeze. He went above and beyond to get us our vehicle back to us quick!!

Do Not Go Here! Guy named Silus needs to be fired! Went in for a simple tire change. Asked them to check all the tire pressures and the guy at the front said okay. After the tire was changed I asked the service tech himself again hey please check my tires the back right looks low. He said okay got you buddy. He did not check the tire still! I had someone else check it before leaving bc it still looked low and it was at 10 psi and the one he put on was 11 psi over spec!! Silas refused to pay attention to detail, refused to care for the customers safety, and was perfectly fine sending me on my way knowing he didn t do what was asked of him.

Just got two vehicles done at the same time for state inspections and it was quick and easy. Great customer service and no wait times. Have used in the past year for new tires and that was a positive experience too. Will happily continue to use this location.

Very Friendly service. They do tires on Tesla and electric vehicles tires.They do have Tesla Compatible Tires. So if you are driving Tesla you don t have to put extra expensive tires. They do have low tire price options for tesla as well with compatible to Tesla s Tires or electric vehicles Tires.

Went in for a tire patch, was told by the first guy it was no problem. Second guy decided to break the news an hour and a half later that it was unfixable but that I could buy a racing tire today. Joke of a place. Take your business anywhere else but Firestone.

On Sunday Feb 18 we had scheduled a 9am appointment for our Ford edge but not a tech or frontend associate showed up. We arrived at the store around 859am waited till 930am but no one showed up doors locked and phones ringing.We ended up at the Firestone in Lantana.I hope someone from Firestone contacts me as This is unacceptable

Roy and team were so helpful in this store making sure they had all my accurate history to apply the correct warranty discounts during my visit yesterday. They were efficient and took care of me and I was complete and out of the store very timely. Great store, easy to get to, inside of store was clean and welcoming as well!

Do not schedule online appointments. I recently bought 4 tires here and was going in for rotation, alignment, and balance. I had a 5:00 appointment confirmed via the Firestone app. I was told it wasn't scheduled, that they don't accept same-day appointments, and they could reschedule for Monday at 5:00 - their first available appt. I went in on a Saturday. I just checked and they have available appointments every hour on Sunday. This happened before and I was told to wait for the appointment to show it was confirmed/scheduled. I wasn't happy about it but lesson learned, that was on me. This time I waited for a confirmation and they still turned me away. If you're going to this location, call first!!!

I bought 4 tires 2 weeks ago. Today I went in to get a screw removed from one. The guy was smiling as he told me they can't help me today. Mind you, there is 1 person waiting and only 3 cars in bays. It was not busy. I'll be returning the tires and shopping elsewhere

I m only giving 1 star because you have to. PLEASE RETHINK TAKING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. This particular FIRESTONE ON 114 across from TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY has cost us over $2000 in rental fees and now our car is mechanically totaled because of the negligence of this place! Instead of being honest within the first couple weeks of having our car and just telling us they couldn t fix it, we were told they are looking for a part only for this to turn into an absolute nightmare because we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. Mr man wasn t available when we called, was always going to call us back or never got the message so we just had to WAIT AND WAIT FOR NOTHING!!! I won t mention names but THEY KNOW!! So we kept getting the rental car so our son could go back and forth to work then were told they made it drivable then guess what!!! It broke down again in less than a day (one drive to be exact). We took it back and it started ALL OVER AGAIN. Corporate had to get involved just to get our money back for the repair . It was then sent to claims only for us to be told the damage was not the fault of Firestone WOW AS IF THAT WAS A SURPRISE!! There is soooo much more to this story but PLEASE, we tried to do the right thing and wait and pray and see . Don t make the mistake we did. We had the car for a total of one day in an 8 week period!!!! Now we have a report of lies, one being a line that the vehicle came to them with 120k miles!! Nope picture they took on arrival said 98K!!! Another saying THEY suggested we take it somewhere else nope WE HAD IT TOWED SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE WE WANTED TO GET IT FIXED and they weren t getting it done after it been there almost 7 weeks!! And now we have a car that we still have to pay the note on and my son STILL PAYING $250 a week for a rental!!!! Stay awaaaaay!!! I wanna call the news station on this one I STG!!!

Two parts needed to be replaced one part was $45 dollars and the other part $32.99. Went to Firestone to have it installed and it cost me $452 for installed. Made an appointment and the installed still took 4.5 hours for two parts: an oil pressure sensor and vapor canister. I will never recommend family to be robbed.

TERRIBLE customer service. Came in yesterday a guy said come tomorrow I ll get it done and check it for free I walk in today and another guy says it s $31 dollars a tire to check it ITS LIKE IF THE WORK IS NOT MORE THEN $500, they are no interested.they are the Nicest people when you buy $1100 on tires but not to check anything less. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

These guys don't know what they are doing. Was told cooling fans were bad and that was the reason car was running hot took it to a tree shade mechanic and he found a large hole in the air intake hose, replaced the hose and haven't had a problem since. They're all young and inexperienced

Came in after sustaining some damage to get an assessment on parts and damages.I dropped off my car in the evening and early morning they were able to provide me with their assessed damages, plus a few extra things I may not have noticed otherwise. Roy was able to get me taken care of and got me a solid understanding to make my car functional enough to be road ready.Customer service was polite and friendly and I felt like I wasn t being pushed to the side. He was even able to provide me a lower estimate than they originally had stated, even with my minimal service request.

This location is not well maintained or managed. We had scheduled for an AC check up and Repair on their website. We got there to be told that their website and their onsite schedule do not sync. That being said, we were told that it would take the following day. Needless to say, that is now a week and half almost two weeks and still they have the car. They say one thing only to do nothing about what they promised that they would do. They do not communicate with each other much less the customer. Poor customer service all around.

Dropped vehicle off at 8:30 in the morning needing a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Made mention that the inspection was priority. I explained that I would be back after my shift at work around 3 and would need my car at that point to go pick up my child from school. When I arrived at 3:16 my vehicle was still in the bay. I was informed my inspection was not done due to the tech getting busy and I could waited for it to be done if i wanted. I dropped my car off for 6+ Hours with my inspection being a priority and it was the one thing not done. They also did not change the oil sticker in my car, Forgot to reset my maintenance light And tried to upsell me a thousand dollars worth of tires when I just got new tires on this car from them less then 6 months ago. Not only that, They tried to blame Me for not being able to wait for my Inspection When my husband went up there, as well as telling me to bring my car in at their convenience to get an inspection done to fix the issue. Better communication and Customer service need to be a priority at this location.Service: Oil change

never ever take your vehicle to this place! They take forever, and the kids that are working here are extremely careless. One guy had to return his vehicle because they didn t put the bolt back on the oil pan and he was leaking oil everywhere. They take forever in the customer service sucks.

Spare yourself the time and headache and use Discount Tire in Roanoke. Scheduled an appointment with Firestone a week in advanced (tire rotation). Showed up and said it wasn t verified and they already had too many people. Asked why it takes so long to verify and they said it is a system issue. Management was rude and not helpful. Scheduled an appointment with Discount - no issues!!! Was seen on time and in and out in less than 20 minutes. Management is also super friendly and helpful.

2.5 hours for an alignment. Appointment at 1pm. Car sat on the lift for 2.5 hours. Do not recommend this place. Should have read reviews for this place.
