I paid a visit at Firestone or McCart here in Fort Worth Texas, and I was greeted by a Mr. Michael, Logan and Travis, who all were courteous, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and a whole host of other amazing attributes. They were patient in answering any and all of my questions. they also took time to explain everything to me involving my vehicle in layman terms for me.. I highly recommend fire stone car service center on McCart here in Fort Worth, Texas to any and everyone who unfortunately have to deal with the hassle of getting there vehicle serviced and or repaired

All staff really took the time to help me with my needs and they also assisted me with future services I need. It s been a long time since a service center went way beyond to make me happy. Thank u.P.S. they were also very patient with my mother who has dementia.

I had shocks put on my 2015 Yukon Denali at the MCcart Firestone, and they cut my rear wheel well. They compensated me by discounting my rear shocks replacement. They told me at the time all my breaks needed to be replaced. They installed cheap pads that left heavy break dust. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the managers had attitude. They also lied about the quality of the break pads.This is my worse experience with a Firestone Branch.

I went in for a vehicle inspection (from work).Before I walked in the door, the staff there treated me like family. It was such a great experience, I will definitely go back.

Clay is the best! He was able to order the part I needed for my car, arrange an appointment to fix it ASAP, and then it gone done quickly + he explained every part of the service. I have never felt more confident in car repair! I will be going back to this Firestone for all future maintenance to work with Clay and his team.

Just know this - $119 FOR A SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE! Firestone used to be a good place to take your vehicle. It no longer is.You can get the same work done for a LOT less elsewhere.

Seth provided excellent customer service over the phone and in person. I came in to get my brake pads replaced and while I waited, I noticed that he was courteous, attentive, and polite towards everyone. Fair and honest mechanics are free and far between so I will definitely be coming back!

I frequent this location and multiple Firestone locations. I have always recommended them. But today, my experience was the WORST. His name is Seth or Derrick (the ginger) who works the front is very much condescending and acts as if he could be doing a million other things. I wouldn t trust him to walk me to my mailbox if I was blind, with that attitude!I rarely rarely do reviews, but I had to pull over to make sure I wrote this. I understand it s just a mechanic shop and not a health & wellness center. But to have that character from the beginning to the end at checkout is just unacceptable. He should work the back, or at a junkyard.For reference, I bought two new tires and had the back brake pads changed.

I had a low tire that just needed to be topped off. They have a self service air hose but the young lady there just aired it up for us. She was very nice & professional. Thanks for helping me out young lady!

Although Firestone workers are not many, they always make sure that we get a good service. They are polite, professional, and positive. I had a series of flat tires, dead battery & other mechanical issues, and our friends at Firestone took the best care of our cars.

A pleasant visit, the crew members are all nice and helpful like Christian and Colton....first time visited the shop and I'm impressed on how quickly they fixed the problem on my car...Happy customer here and will recommended it to my family and friends.

I made an appointment at this location the night prior... When I arrived at the location the next morning at 8:45 for my 9am appointment, the store didn't open until 9. Understabably, there were walk-ins that'd already beat me there. Needless to say, my appointment didn't matter... My vehicle was fixed after the walk-ins.Appointments Dont Matter

These are some friendly people but they take their time getting you your car back. I just needed one service that only takes approximately 45 minutes but they had my car tied up for over 5 hours. Not saying I won't be back but I'll think twice.

Why was the old management changed? This new one is absolutely horrible couldn t even answer the simple question of a time estimate and when called for an update was promised I was next and that it would be ready within the hour I showed up to pick up my car and it hadn t even been pulled in, this was at 4PM I left my car at 10AM. Honestly would leave 0 stars if I could never used to have this issue with old management always was in and outService: Oil change

Tried to charge me $110 for a diagnostic that I found out I could have gotten free at 3 other places. Then tried to convince me not to get the free diagnostic and why I should pay for theirs. Went elsewhere and got the perfectly legit and free diagnostic. Always have a gut feeling about the honesty of their charges and integrity tho.This is my 6 month later update. So I go to open my hood to check my battery and the front end almost falls off because they never replaced the bolts that hold the front end on. They were the only business to work. in my car but NO MORE.

Man forced a sale on my granny ,she had problems with a new Walmart Battery that was the wrong size, so Firestone keeps it and charges 250 for a new one of a bigger size from Firestone and didn't even tighten the terminals... I asked for the the new Walmart Battery back because it was under warranty and Firestone wanted to charge me for it back to claim the warranty!!! I wish I was with granny when she made this deal because it was under handed tactics for sure ..... I like Firestone but not this location avoid if you can

Got work done on my old beat up suv today. It drives so much better now. Had a engine misfire and needed it fixed sooner than I could attempt to do it myself. Got new shocks and some more work done.The service manager, Don took care of us and gave me discounts to help me with the sticker shock. He s taken care of us before 2 years ago and did great work on our two cars. He s professional and I feel he s trustworthy.The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because of the price, I m not saying it isn t a fair price because I didn t shop around, but it s just high to me.Thanks Don.

I came here frustrated trying to get some where for the holidays. The managers were the best, most professional, caring people I've ever met. They genuinely took care of my problem, told me what the problem was, and then fixed it. I work on my own cars to save money on costly repairs, I can whole heartedly say they this Firestone store cares and they are worth every penny of their costs.

Called here to get a inspection after hitting another firestone. Brandon was rude, un accommodating and really giving vibes that he is overworked. I understand that but it really frustrated me to get that response when all I did was ask a question.Thankfully the owners reached out and gave me some free services to make up for it but don't go here if you expect any sort of basic common courtesy. We all work hard Brandon, you still gotta be decent.

Don(?) (the oldest white guy there , his words) who was the attendant there was very accommodating and charismatic! No nonsense kind of guy but not unkind at all, and knew what he was doing down to the T. I m not a car person myself but he was very patient and understanding. He values his customer s time!The service (2 tire change/ replacement) took average time (plus the tires I wanted had to be delivered, very short notice but fast!) but seemed busy as there is/was a sale going on.I live a few cities away but the Firestones near me had bad reviews, so I thought I d go the extra miles to one that had decent reviews, and I m glad I did. Will go there again for my future Firestone endeavors!

Had a great experience with this location. Don, the gentleman who works the counter is very helpful. He's got a hectic job yet does his best to make sure everything is getting done & in order. I've been to other locations in the area but this is now my go to. They are busy so keep that in mind but they will take great care of you & your vehicle.

It was terrible we made an appointment last week and when we came in they still only had one tech and we had 1 hour and 30min wait whats the point of an appointment if you will have to wait so loung to even get started on a diagnosis.

I came here for an alignment and they're so communicative and knowledgeable, especially the technian named Donny. Real humble and awesome guy, told me what's wrong with my alignment on paper and on the screen, what I had to do to fix it and recommendations. Also had cool conversations about drag racing/suspension or cars in general. Highly recommend him!
