This was our second Firestone performing our alignments, after the first one of Cherry Lane went downhill, and their master tech started refusing work.We had a really good working relationship with their old store manager Steven, who at some point left, and they brought in an interim named Alonso. We immediately started having issues such as scratched aftermarket wheels that we sent them for tires to be mounted and balanced on. When we brought this to their attention, Alonso made every attempt to wiggle out of it, rather than take responsibility. We had to send our lead technician along with our fixed ops director over there to show up physically on their tire machine how our wheels got scratched. It was only then that they decided to take responsibility and cover the damages.Fast forward 6 months later, we sent a company owned BMW over there for an alignment, and they didn't adjust the rear camber. They also provided an incomplete alignment sheet that did not specify before adjustments. When asked about this, they stated there were no adjustments. We asked who did the work, and they said it was their "lead technician" Austin. It turns out, they did have adjustments and he chose not to adjust them either out of laziness or incompetence, or what we call flat-rating, which is getting paid to do a job that you didn't complete, or only partially completed. There was not even an attempt to adjust them, as there were no wrench marks on the adjustment cams. When we voiced this to Alonso, no attempt was made to remedy the situation, no apology, no attempt to take responsibility, no consideration at all. We expressed that we did not have confidence in any of the recent alignments they performed at this point. We have spent thousands with Firestone for alignments and other various tire work, and it is very apparent that the leadership structure at this store does not care about client retention, quality in their work, or holding their technicians accountable for poor workmanship. We will not be trusting Firestone any more as an organization.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

They wouldn't use the name brand parts that I brought to use on my vehicle. I guess they don't make enough money on the service, they have to jack up the prices of the parts they sell as well.Follow up:I purchased a lifetime alignment for one of my vehicles here. The only reason I returned to this store was to get my vehicle's alignment done. I was told the car needed a cam bolt to allow them to properly set the alignment. They quoted me $70. I told them to go ahead and install the part. When I went back to pick up the car, I was told the total was $268. When I asked why it was so high I was told the labor to install the part was $160. I told the advisor I was quoted $70. He gave me a whooping $23 discount. I'm done with Firestone and Bridgestone. I won't even buy their tires from Discount Tire going forward.

I am a 16 year master technician and business owner. We have trusted Firestone for years now to handle all of our alignment needs, up until about 2 weeks ago.Not only did they not do the job correctly, it was also my personal vehicle. Now I am second guessing every single alignment performed by them since Alonso took over as store manager at this location.I brought my 13' BMW 750Li for a 4 wheel alignment. I recently lowered it, so it requires re-adjustment on the camber/toe angles. I had an appointment scheduled for 11am, but dropped off early. I was told it would still go on at 11am, which was fine. At 11:19am I get a voicemail stating my car was ready. 19 minutes is fast to do an alignment, especially on a 7-series, but they typically had a more experienced, or senior level tech doing all of our alignments in the past, so I wasn't super concerned. When I picked the vehicle up, the alignment spec sheet did not show a before adjustment. The only way this happens is if they don't do the proper procedure for alignments. They have the same exact machine I used when I worked for Toyota for almost 5 years, so I know exactly how this is supposed to work. The technician didn't go through the proper procedure for alignments, and just did a quick "live-angle" adjustment. I noticed on the sheet that the rear camber had not been adjusted. At this point, I was almost certain there was an adjustment cam, but I didn't make a fuss over it, because I wanted to lift it up and inspect the work myself.I got it back to my shop, and they literally only adjusted the toe angle. For $120, I expect a COMPLETE alignment, not a partial alignment. It's one thing if the adjustments are not available, but they were. There were no wrench marks on the adjustment cams, which means they didn't even attempt to adjust it. I called and asked what technician worked on it, and if they were entry level, or experienced. They told me it was their "lead technician" Austin. Well, having worked in this industry for as long as I have, there are 2 plausible scenarios. Austin either flat-rated it, which means he got paid full labor to do a half job and is dishonest, or he is wholly incompetent and does not need to be in the lead technician position. There is absolutely no excuse to over-look this adjustment, in fact, these newer alignment machines are so advanced, it will literally tell you where to make the adjustments, and how much.So you tell me by reading this, what is more likely? A dishonest "lead-technician" or someone who holds the title that doesn't know what he's doing.I'm very disappointed, and do not trust any of the recent alignments my company brought there. When I brought all of this up to Alonso the new store manager, there were no apologies, no attempts to remedy the situation, no responsibility taken, no attempt to even remotely be a manager. This, among many other instances of poor leadership at this store was the final straw, I will not be ever trusting Firestone to do work on any of my personal or client vehicles ever again. And to put the icing on the cake, I called their corporate line, was told I would be contacted by their area manager within 48 hours, and given file # 2766245.Well, it's been 2 weeks now, and haven't heard a peep. Firestone's foundation of honesty and integrity is just a gimmicky sign on their wall.

Went to store to purchase a battery for one of our Honda cars. Spent $273 on the wrong battery they gave us. We realized something was wrong when battery went dead again the next day. It turned out they sold us the wrong type of battery. Took it back and 2 weeks later, after a lot of back and forth with managers and getting the run around, we still have not received our money back. Very frustrating - it s not right for a business to keep a customer s money after the business makes a mistake and the customer returns the purchased product . We will need to take legal action if this is not handled properly in the next couple of days. Watch out if you are planning to make a purchase here.

If you like waiting for more than an hour to get one new tire installed. You came to the right place. What a waste of my time.

THEY LIE TO ME.. long story, I was the first cust in line, to replace my tires, the front desk guy told, since you are my first cuts,it will be no longer that 40mns,like 20mns later he come to let me know that they will be checking the brakes(not replaced) and I assumed ok maybe an extra 20mns,but noo an 1hr and 30mns later I had to ask how much longer, because I needed to be at work, and he said so we installed the wrong tires so we have start all over again, but if I didn't ask no one will let me know?? So 2 hrs and 40mns later they had my car ready. It's just ridiculous it went from 40mn to more that 2 hrs. And I'm not saying is a easy job, just lack of communication!!

Dropped by for my state inspection. I was there about a total of 3 hours and comfortably waited inside the front area -- coffee and water were available to me. They kept me apprised of my car -- when it would be up next. All employees were friendly and efficient!!

Overall review: meh. They did get my tires replaced, but cosmetically damaged my wheels. So either they don t have quality tools to mount tires or are just careless with their work.

Horrible experience they ordered the wrong tires then stated they would get us some for the same price listed on the website. Now they have a new manager who doesn t want to honor the price on website because they don t have that tire anywhere in the state and want to charge me 264.00 dollars more. When they should be honoring the original price and statement they made. I have been informed someone from division will be calling me to rectify the situation this review will stand till they have called

Everything was taken care of quickly. When they have recommendations for work needed they don't pressure you to do it but keep it informative so you can make the best decision.

I left this location extremely frustrated today after waiting 4 hours from my booked appointment for an oil change and inspection, only to find out that they had not even touched my vehicle. I cancelled my appointment and would be hard pressed to ever step foot in there again. Unless you have an entire day to waste find another shop.

Laylap was amazing. Laylap's customer service skills are the best I've seen in a long time. Laylap took my vehicle in right away and got my vehicle serviced quickly. I was amazed when Laylap thanked me for coming in to her store and asked me to come back for any services I may need in the future. Once again Laylap's the best!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! I brought my car in for brake service and was told I didn t need brake pads even after hearing metal grinding noises. Took it to another shop where I was told I needed both pads and rotors. Mechanic showed me how far they had been worn down all the way to the metal. Firestone should be ashamed for letting people drive around with no brakes. DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE

I waited 4 hours to replace 2 tires they had in stock. My car was never even put into the work queue until I had sat there for an hour and a half. Terrible customer service and the techs work at the speed of smell. I ll never go to another Firestone again.

I was frustrated that I made an appointment and brought my own name brand oil, filters, belts and hoses and I was told at the store they could not install outside parts. That's garbage!

I have been coming to Firestone for many years now, and today was my last visit. If I ask you how long an oil change is gonna take when I arrive for my appointment, I d like an honest answer. I too have a schedule, you may not think so, but I do. I completely understand you get busy, but tell me that, I ll make plans to come back to fit both our schedules. You have a big old sign in your waiting area that says I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone to business by your founder, yet, you can t be honest as to something simple as the duration of my service. It s been 2 hrs of waiting for an oil change. You have cost me $50 in a penalty I have to pay for another commitment I am missing. That is why I asked you, how long will it take. If I knew it would be this long, I would have asked you to reschedule my appointment. There is a big difference between 1hr and 2nrs+.I am very disappointed.

Bought 4 new tires, oil change, and a Firestone multipoint inspection to get ready for a cross country trip. I also needed a state inspection. Spent $955I knew the computer was down but it was scheduled to be fixed that day. Got a call a few hours later, "Hey your car is done and we were able to do that inspection. We noted a couple items but they didn't impact the inspection"They made NO mention that they didn't do the state inspection. They were talking about the Firestone inspection.I thought 4 new tires also came with an alignment check at no cost. Apparently not because they didn't do it.So I just spent a few hours out of a busy schedule and didn't get alignment checked and state inspection.I should also mention that they wanted payment over the phone so they could pay their mechanic. Uh... If a company is basically living day to day to make payroll then maybe there is a bigger problem going on.

This place has really went down hill customer is horrible. The guy Scott has terrible communication and customer service skills. He makes the people who are in the business wait for him to finish 30min phone before being helped or assisting. Literally no techs are ever available. All I needed was a tire changed and it s been 2 hours and still haven t brought my car to the back. This is the last time I Will visit this location.

They do not value your time and have 0 communication skills. My husband dropped his vehicle off at 1030am for an appt and by5pm when we checked the status. They had stated that they are not able to complete the service that was scheduled for. 0 phone call or notice was given, we all have work and family to take care of. Not everyone can afford to not have a vehicle for more than a day. The fact that we would have not known what was going on until WE called was the most upsetting. It takes 2 mins to call or leave a message. Unacceptable

Really disappointed. Went to have my AC checked out and after 4 hours they were still not sure (kept looking out at the bay and no one was even looking at it for most of that time even though I made an appointment), then after 5 hours they said it was the compressor and I should replace the whole AC system for $2,300. So I went and got a second opinion - he recharged the freon and it works great! So tired of mechanics taking advantage of females/people who don't know cars well. Also, I noticed while waiting that walk in inspections get priority over everything!

The prices for services were fair, and I didn't feel like they were trying to up-sale me on anything. When I said I just wanted the most basic tires to replace the old ones, the worker showed me the options and didn't make an attempt to get me to buy any specific tires. The only issue I had was how long the service took. When I checked in, they said it should only be 1.5 hours, but it ended up being just over 3. Twice as long just for replacing tires! It also didn't seem like they were very busy, but I think they only had 1 person working on the vehicles.

2pm appointment for a company vehicle on my day off for an oil change and tire rotation. By 3pm, it still hadn't been pulled into the bay. When I got back at 4, they said it was done, but in fact the tires hadn't been rotated. That took another 20 minutes. And on top of that, "the pandemic" has become the excuse of choice for slow service and not allowing customers to use the bathroom. They shouldn't be surprised when someone they've made wait for three hours takes a dump on the floor.

This place was fabulous for a sticker inspection. The Benz dealership "failed" me because they said my windshield wipers wouldn't turn on. I turned on my wipers for them with no problem, so then they told me I needed two new tires. I came to some tire experts and surprise, surprise, everything was fine & I passed inspection. Thank you for your honesty, Firestone! The sign in your lobby is 100% spot on!! :)

Horrible experience, took more than 3 hrs for a horrible job and not done. I could keep going on and on on all the bad things they did. They dont deserve the 1 star that i put but there is no worse option.

Avoid coming here, you might have better luck at another location. But I m convinced the staff does not know what they are doing, if the staff is actually working. Avoid at all costs

I made an appointment for 10 to have my oil changed and it took 2 hours. I was sitting there waiting for my car. There were people that arrived after me with no appointment and were serviced before me.

The guy in the front wanted to charge me $250-$300 for a new tire I didn't need. Im so glad i waited the next day and went to discount tire. They fixed my brand new tire that had a nail in it for free & i was in and out quickly.
