I had a great experience at Firestone this past week! Matthew and others went above and beyond for me, and were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. I was not made to feel dumb for being a woman like at other places. Their customer service was top notch, and despite running into a few hiccups - my repair work was done quickly!

Engine light was on. Needed to get state inspection. Made an appointment at 10am. My car was not even pulled into the garage for an hour. Techs couldn t figure out why there was a code coming up for my battery. Bought a new battery and spark plugs as recommended. $800 and 4 hours later and am still not able to get a state inspection. Poor communication. Poorly managed shop. Was a mistake to go there.

Wouldn t recommend. Got an oil change from here and now I m leaking oil. Took it back in and they said they would check to see if they forgot to screw something on. Said it would take 20 minutes. Waited one hour and they still hadn t worked on it. Ultimately left and will go to a mechanic.Horrible service while I watched technicians sit around.

Walked in for an oil change and was quoted an hour to an hour and a half although I was in and out in a little under an hour. Sara assisted me and she was great, I will be returning for future service.THANK YOU!

The 9 rating is only because I had an 11 a.m. appointment and I wasn't addressed as to why my car hadn't even entered the shop by 11:40. Otherwise, technician Jakobi was so pleasant, worked with me on costs and was extremely polite and made sure my car was getting the attention it needed. I have always had great service since you all opened. Thank you, Jakobi!

On a trip visiting family we came in at 3:30PM on Friday with a Ford Escape that would hardly run. We were needing to leave as early as possible Saturday to drive the 8 hours back home. Todd and Josiah made sure it was diagnosed and the part ordered so it could be replaced Saturday morning. The part the supplier sent turned out to be the wrong one, they hurriedly sourced it from a dealer, sent a runner to get it and we were on the road by 1:30PM on Saturday. Looking here at some reviews it appears that people forget these guys are real people, they went above and beyond for me and I wanted to give them the props they deserve. Thanks very much guys!

I have been going to Firestone for years and I am now going to discount tire.I had to come in 4 times to get a tire patched over a month time span and each time they would call and say it s fixed and ready to go. I even took it back 2 times in one day and it didn t even seem that they moved my truck the second time.My tire is still not fixed. I feel like since I opted out of using the warranty, which didn t cover half the cost of new tires, they didn t do everything they could to patch the tire even though I have road hazard on the warranty.My wife or I am stuck in the cold in the mornings airing up the tire every day because the patch couldn t be done correctly.They also never mentioned if it couldn t be fixed because it is in the sidewall or some other reason.Great office staff, not great technicians.

The guys were great, but the time it took was too long. I dropped off my truck to mount 4 new tires and it took 6 hours. They told me it would take 4 hours, but when I arrived I had to wait another 2 hours.

Today was the third time I had to go home without my oil change and rotation. Store manager, Matthew Gonzales, doesn't care about his customers and their needs. I had to be calling them to make sure the job was done and I called on friday to make sure they were going to be able to attend me today and I was sent home because he cancel my appointment. I was a customer for firestone for 10 years, now I'm taking my business somewhere else. Especially this location, they need new management who cares about their customers.

Dropped vehicle off for a tire repair and state inspection. Was told it would be done in 2 hours so I got a ride home. Called them 2 hours later and was told they were pulling it in for the inspection and then it would be done. So I gave it 20 minutes and got a ride back over there. Nothing had been done!!! Needless to say I will not be returning. That's 4 vehicles that will be going elsewhere in the future...

Came in for a quick plug and the girl behind the counter told me I should just go to discount tire. Asked if there was a long wait or something and she said just one person in front of me. There was only one other person in the lobby.

Wish i could half a star. Unfortunately it doesn't let me. Been to this location 3 times with 2 different cars and both time had a bad experience with the service and the manager. All i wanted was a simple oil change from both cars and got nothing but wasted time and a big headache. They need new management

Pros- Did not charge me for a tire plug repairCons- where do I start?1) Firestone doesn t seem to follow their own process for online appointments. I checked available appointments and scheduled it (at 6am) for an available 1pm time slot, never got a confirmation.2) I dropped my car off at 8am and dropped keys in drop box. Call store at 945am to check in with them , yeah we can probably get to you in few hours . I stopped by at 1130am since I was in area, car hadn t moved, but no big deal.3) Call store at 3pm, they tell me, yes your car is ready, we were just about to call you. Great I ll be right up. Get there, tell them my name, hmm we can t find your paperwork. (car never moved btw), employees went to drop box and key was still there since 8a. I parked in the first parking spot across from the garage, I guess no one noticed the car sitting there for 7 hours.4) Didn t follow appointment processes, didn t check the drop box, tell me on phone will get you in a few hours, tell car is ready, get there and they have no idea I even dropped my car off.Firestone service has fallen off drastically! Very disappointing and a waste of time.The only highlight is they didn t charge me for this fiasco, for something which only took 20 minutes once they got to it.

Scheduled an appointment for 12PM, waiting for a tech to get around to an appointment is not professional. This is my second time at this location while being unable to get a scheduled service provided. I will spend my money at a company that values customers.

Staff seem willing to help and prices aren't too bad but quality of service is beyond garbage. I am a junior ASE certified technician with experience aligning vehicles on a alignment rack. They told me that I needed new control arms and shocks which were less than a month old. A long with this they blamed my vehicle pulling on these parts even though they are adjustable. The spec sheet I was given also shows that they did not adjust any camber settings on the vehicle which was causing the pull only adjsuting the toe which cause the pull to move from the left to the right. When I called I was on hold for 40 minutes before they hung up on me. A brakes plus had me in the next day and with and alignment service and also found a missing nut on the vehicle which was taken off by firestone. When they were done with the service all my issues were completely resolved. If your techs are going to claim to know how to do a job make sure they can do it right and not screw me out of $200.

Walked in today, not greeted by anyone. Waited for about 15 minutes, one person on computer, others chatting in the back, no other customers, not one of them even looked up at me. Left without being acknowledged

We arrived at 9:30 am and finally got our tires installed at 1:30. There was only one guy there. Jakobie did the best he could to. Finally a manager showed up at 1:30. I do think the regional manager and the manager should working on scheduling more people on the weekend or as manager come in early and help your employees. Remember customers are the one that pay your paychecks. No customers no business.

Made an appointment for a wheel alignment for 4pm on a Thursday. I showed up about 15 min early, waited to get checked in, handed off the keys, and sat in the waiting area. There was one technician working and they had other cars in the bays already. About 30 min into waiting, someone walked in and said they had a nail in their tire. They got checked in and sat down. About 30 min later another person walked in and said they had a nail in their tire. Neither had appointments. I watched as one after another these walk in folks had their cars pulled in while mine sat in the lot even though I had an appointment. After that I went to the desk and asked for my keys back so I could leave. They handed me the wrong keys. Then they couldn t find my keys. Unreal. They said oh I bet that s why it didn t get pulled in There was only one person working the desk so no manager to talk to. I called Firestone customer service and explained what happened. They said the manager would call me within 3 business days. A week later and nobody called. I made another appointment at Firestone in Watauga and was in and out in under an hour. Do yourself a favor and go to watauga or just a different shop. Don t waste your time at the golden triangle location.

Had an appointment for 8am on saturday the 23rd for an oil change - nothing else. 4 hours pass and they hadn t even moved my car yet. Was told my car was next in line and the truck before me should be finished in about 30 minutes. after an hour passed i decided to collect my keys leave. Wasted half my day for nothing and now i have to go to work still needing an oil change.

Went in needing a 3$ part, was quoted 200$.Tldr: I needed a 3$ valve stem, and they said it was impossible to fix and quoted the price of a new tire at 200$, way over its actual value.I have an old car, the whole thing is worth 1k tops, and my valve stem popped around the edge. I called in asking if they could replace it, and they said no, and quoted a new tire at 208$ as if it were the only option. Come to find out Walmart can replace the part for 3$, and not only that, but sells the whole tire for no more than 64$. Even if the damage was irrefutable, they still priced it 140$ over value. 0/10, I didn't even make it in the door.

Not even want to say anything. To change 4 tires I have to wait since 10 am to 1:30 p with appointment at 10 am. They do not honor your appointment neither your time. I had to ask for the receipt because the advisor told me to go without any. Please, don't waist your time coming here. This business should be reported to the Business Bureau.

The management seems good, but their actual mechanics are unskilled. I brought my car in for the check engine light - after spending $600 on the repair they said I needed, my car still was not running properly. I had to take it back less than 48 hours later for their mechanic to tell me some nonsense reason for why they couldn't find the "actual" reason the check engine light, which they then told me they knew.Management was kind enough to refund me $500 for the parts that hadn't needed replacing in the first place. That being said, in the end they were NEVER able to find the proper cause - it was only after I took my car to a different shop that the real trouble was uncovered and things were finally resolved.Maybe they can replace tires okay, but aside from that, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything serious.

Do not use this location. Staff is rude and will steal anything you leave in site. Took my company truck in for an oil change. Took 15 minutes to get someone to actually help me. They stole a cigar lighter from the console. Gave me the truck back without a drop of washer fluid. We no longer have any of our fleet serviced at Firestone because of this location.
