Brook was super friendly, effective & looked in to what I needed for my windscreen replacement. She called me back promptly with information & helped me a make a decision. I took my vehicle to the work shop in Keller & waited for Taylor, to replace my windscreen. He kept me informed throughout the process. price was reasonable than most places & the customer service was spot on! Great family business & honest. I will be recommending you in the future. I broke the rear glass out of my truck last Saturday, and after calling several places, I stumbled across Taylor at Family Auto Glass. Within a few minutes of talking with Taylor, I knew he was the type of person that I like doing business with. He was at my house the same day he was able to pick up the replacement from his distributor, and gave me a fair price.I sat and talked with Taylor for the two hours he was my house about business, customer service, and life. I quickly recognized that he understands that the quality of work provided is key to the sustainability of his business, and considers it a direct reflection of himself. I called Taylor with Family Auto Glass one hour before the business closed not knowing if I could swing by the business or set up a future appointment with them to get a cracked windshield repaired. Taylor went above and beyond and I was close enough that he swung by my place after the business closed and made the repair.I would highly recommend Family Auto Glass to anyone that needs their windshield repaired/replaced. I love knowing there are still places like this around. I called looking for a new windshield for a classic 1972 Ford Gran Torino. Even though they don t support vehicles that far, they took my name, made a few calls and got back to me with a referral within 10 minutes to a business that did support vintage installs. Would definitely come back here and refer to anyone.Thank you!

Taylor was phenomenal! On a recent road trip across Texas my windshield was cracked by a flying rock. on the same road trip I also got in a minor accident (it was a hit and run). The trip was not kind on my car and now my bank account. I initially contacted the windshield company recommended by my insurance. Not only was the cost outrageous, but I was looking at about a 3 week wait for an appointment. On a whim I looked up auto glass companies and came across Family Auto Glass. After submitting my request for a quote I was contacted the very next day with all the information I needed. Not only were they kind, but they were affordable and able to get to me within the same week! Taylor really made an already stressful situation and made the process painless. Taylor came out to my work, got the job done, and fully explained everything after. I felt nothing but comfort and relief and am super glad I went with them. I strongly recommend you check them out! ReviewI called Family Auto Glass Windshield Repair to inquire about getting my windshield replaced due to a growing crack on my front window shield. I spoke with Taylor and right off I knew he was the one I wanted to do business with. He was so kind, very customer service oriented and a man of integrity. We arranged an appointment, he came to where I was, replaced my windshield and did an EXCELLENT job!~I am so very pleased with his work! He even put my vehicle sticker from the old window shield on my new window shield for me which was a perk!~I wasn t sure how to do that myself without tearing it. Taylor is really great to work with. His professionalism from the time I scheduled an appointment to after installation was top notch. My SUV s windshield was completely shattered from the last hail storm and I was unable to drive it. Taylor got me scheduled, installed, and back to driving within 2 days of calling. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect and it showed with how well my windshield turned out. He s trustworthy, kind, and an all around good human! Family Auto Glass is AWESOME! I was just calling around for quotes, not even planning on getting the work done on this day. Just talking to them on the phone somehow made me feel like I could trust them with the work. I ended up getting my winshield replaced the same day in my driveway between getting home from work and running errands for the day. Utilizing their services is never something I want, but I feel confident and prepared now, knowing Family Glass will take care of it. You guys have a perfect rating so far, and I see why.

Thanks so much to Taylor and Billy for replacing my windshield so fast! I needed it done asap and almost went to safelite for ease. I surprisingly discovered a crack in my 2016 Lexus despite rarely driving it now with extended WFH. We found Taylor with Family Auto Glass on a google maps search in my area, so we called fully expecting to get a voicemail since it was after hours but we were able to quickly set up an appointment for the next day. Taylor was very knowledgeable and had my windshield fixed in no time. Super nice guy and very reasonably priced. Do not hesitate to consider Family Auto Glass over the big named folks. Taylor with Family Auto Glass was so incredibly kind and helpful. I called needing a back windshield for my car, not only was he very helpful with pricing but he came out same day to get the job done. Unfortunately, he was not able to replace it as the frame is too bent to place the glass evenly. He even tried to make some phone calls to see if he knew anyone that could check out the panel for me. I will DEFINITELY be going to Family Auto Glass for any future auto glass needs! Best customer service experience I've had. Thank you for your efforts, Taylor!

Taylor went above and beyond after our car was hit by a hail storm. He was able to replace my windshield faster than any of the "big box" stores and did it for less money.The price was great and the service was top notch. He even drove across town to meet me and drop off my keys after finishing the job.Great guy.
