Called with detailed description of accident and 6500$ check from ins company. They were quick to tow from my house to their shop same day. I kept checking on car, days, weeks later. Always told waiting on insurance. Finally called insurance and they haven t been contacted. Was told from factory finish that car was totaled. I insisted the insurance was waiting on supplement. They finally looked at the car, provided supplement and my insurance approved their estimate at 10.5k. At this point I didn t want to deal with them after being lied to for months so went to pick up the car. 4k for storage while waiting on them to submit a supplement. Got them talked down to 2k for storage but beware. Car is back to factory despite their efforts.

When I first dropped my vehicle off (Jan 3rd) they stated it would be a few days. After a few days I got a call saying my vehicle was ready, when I arrived nothing was fixed and still had the issue from the accident. Next (Jan 9) they sent my vehicle to a third party who didn t have a clue on what to do. I called (Jan 13th) to check the status on my vehicle and they stated they was working on the fuel pump. The fuel pump had nothing to do with the original problem with my incident and my fuel pump was fine (my original issue was on the front right passenger tire, where I hit a bad pot hole). Three weeks later from the original start date (Jan 21), I got a call saying my vehicle was ready again, went to pick it up and my front wheel was damaged. It looked like someone drove it and scraped a curb. Two days later got a call and said my vehicle was ready, went to pick it up and my wheel was not the original wheel for my vehicle. They switched it thinking I would not noticed it, (It was from another vehicle) so I had to wait again. Finally on January 29th my vehicle was fixed after I stated I was going to take my vehicle to another shop. This has been the worst experience I ve ever had.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Poor customer service, poor quality of work!!! I utilized this company to repair damage that was done to my Jaguar. I dropped off my car on June 22nd and it wasn't ready for pickup until August 10th. The staff did not update me throughout the process. Instead, I had to keep calling to followup and was continuously given promises with various dates that the car would be ready. Then, when it was ready, the job was poorly done and the manager required the technicians to reassemble the door. This took another 3 weeks and it's still not done right. I do not recommend this company at all!!! The photos are AFTER the work was completed!!! There are gaps present and the door alignment is off. My insurance company paid over $8k after receiving several supplemental claims from Factory Finish and this is what I was forced to drive off with. The technicians here are incompetent and not well-trained!Service: Body & Trim

This place is trash, management is a joke. Service representatives are a bunch of kids. Doesn't deserve factory in its title. DONT take your vehicle here even if your insurance recommends this place. You will regret it!!!!!!

I have actually used this collision center in the past and decided to come back here again. I will say the experience this time was great. Sisco is a new employee there and he is awesome, I have been informed of everything going on with my car, and he is handling everything with my insurance. It was delivered in a timely manner and Jerimiah Argil was great at explaining to me the process and understanding of my car. I let Factory Finish do the repairs after a T-bone accident, and they didn't complete the job the first or second time they had it, but the third time Jeremiah oversaw the work and made sure everything was satisfactory before giving it back to me. All said and done everything looks good except for the scratches left in my driver door window tint. Also, I took my car to the Dallas Lovefield Jeep dealership and did not realize Factory Finish locations are actually in Fort Worth area. Lessons learned on my end.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Factory Finish some months ago after an accident I had that ruined my front bumper. At the time, it was not ideal; the lining behind the bumper was not replaced, but as it was a cosmetic problem, I let it go. The bumper itself was fine until about a month ago, a clip on the side failed despite no abuse or impact, and it started to sag off the car.I have been trying to have my bumper fixed again for nearly that entire month. The only reason I had not brought my car elsewhere is because the bumper is covered by their lifetime warranty. I have been informed despite this warranty that my repair will be north of 800 dollars. I understand there may still be some cost due to labor, which is fine, but as it stands, this is the whole cost of a new bumper, which is unacceptable.I have called to discuss the situation, and as of time of writing, I am still on hold, and I have been on hold for nearly 30 minutes, and they don't even know what my question is. After this is through, I will not give them my business again.Edit: After 45 minutes, my call was answered by a representative who seemed very friendly and apologetic to my situation. Problem is: he works at the Haltom location and had to put me back on hold to transfer me back to the Burleson location. I'm not even sure how that happened. Not his fault, but I am going to just go in person and sort this out.

I wouldnt even recommend this place to my enemies. They should be shut down for the lies and stealing these people do. I went here because I got hit. The insurance company who's fault it was sent me here. These people didn't even have my car when they told the insurance company they found more damage and recieved 3 checks total from the insurance company, which they cashed. All without touching my car. Meanwhile, for.months they gave me the run around about backordered part and blamed it on covid. They minute I took my car to another shop it was fixed in two weeks. Such a scam. I hope people see this. I know it's only my own experience but I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Please be advised.

This place sucks! Do not go here! After they tore apart my vehicle and before insurance decided not to approve claim ..they duct taped my headliner back together and drained my battery..only to sarcastically say "I'm sorry'...but would not help in anyway.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a body shop. I had to bring my tailgate back several times, which they never completely fixed, then they fused to replace the modding after they broke it. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone looking high customer service and quality.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I left a piece of trim for painting to match my car. Jeremiah did the work required plus straightened another piece and reinstalled both pieces . Everything looks great. Everyone with whom I interacted was pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend this shop.

Maybe I ll change my review after they finish re fixing my car.. assuming it s done right the second time around. They had my car for 41 days and that s not including Sunday s since they re closed on Sunday. Everytime I called it was it should be ready next week after finally picking it up I noticed many scratches on the new parts/paint, damages to different parts of my car around the area they were working in along with details they missed that didn t leave my car in pre loss condition. You would think that for having my car for so long it would have been close to perfect. Now I m waiting for them to let me know when I can take it back so they can try again. At this time I don t recommend this location.

Stay away from these people I would like to give them no stars. they will boldly lie to you and not put your car together as it should be. They will also keep it for as long as they can not do the work that was promised or do such a horrible paint job and when you try to take it back to fix the problem they will just lie and say they will call you back... I am warning people so they don't make the Same mistake I did with my Jeep. I am in the process of talking to the better Business Bureau after taking my jeep to another shop after paying them for the work that was not completely done.

My youngest son ordered a wing and a new front bumper for his 370Z. Factory Finish agreed to paint the raw fiberglass and fit them to the car. As you can see from the pictures, the paint doesn't match. Instead of being honest and talking to us about lot numbers and production order, Manuel tried to blame the difference on oxidation of the old paint (it's only a year old) and a different medium (specifically he tried to say that the same paint looks different on fiberglass than it does on metal -this is patently false.)Additionally, they were supposed to mount the third brake light on the new wing. Instead they simply covered up the brake light with the wing. They were supposed pain the chrome in the new bumper flat black and did nothing to it.Finally, they did not match the edge of the bumper to the fender panel.All this took 19 days and we had to demand the car back. We have asked Manuel to make the situation right and have not heard back from him yet.If the company will make an effort to rectify this situation, I will will revisit and change my rating.

Had my 2020 Honda Accord EX worked on here and they were great!! Management and customer service was wonderful! Would definitely recommend this place.

Do not use this place for any repairs or labor. My name is Jacob hill and on May 15 I came by factory finish with my 370z asking for an estimate to have the Crowley factory finish install a fiberglass spoiler and front bumper. I met with one of the mechanics who assured me the mechanics were capable of molding and painting fiberglass. The estimate he gave was $350 to bolt on and install the spoiler and $500 to mount and paint the front bumper. Later on may 30th I returned to drop off the parts as car, and met with Manuel and the mechanic I had met on my first visit. I took out the parts and explained exactly how I wanted them and what needed to be done. I expressed serval times that the spoiler needed a hole drilled in it to place the center brake light, the top painted black and the rest of the spoiler a matching red. I also explained that the front bumper needed to be a matching red with the front grill painted black and holes drilled for the front license plate. During the first and second estimate I was told the time to install all the parts and paint them would take 5-6days.It wasn't until June 2 that I got a call that they finally started working on my vehicle.They did call me June 6th with an update. Saying my car would be ready June 9 or 12th. Neither were accomplished.June 14th I went to go check on the progress of my car and I saw the vechile did have the parts installed however they were not finished painting them. At this point in time I reminded the mechanic that the front grill needed to be painted and I expressed my concern that the bumper and spoiler besides having many blemishes was also not a matching shade of red. The mechanic said to come by June 15th after 4:30pm to pick up the vehicle. On June 15th at 3:30pm Manuel called saying that they weren't going to finish However would be on track to completely finish by June 16th.Expecting Manuel to hold true to his word I showed up June 16th after work and the vehicle was still unfinished. I told Manuel he has taken too long and I needed my car back for work. And would pick it up June 17th by 12pm whether it was finished or not. Manuel said there would be no problem and that the vehicle would be done by 12pm. I showed up at 11:45 Saturday morning and most of the work I requested and a part of the estimate was unfinished. The spoiler was not finished being painted and was still not a matching color. The front bumper grill had still not been painted, the fitment on the bumper looked mediocre at best, there were many blemishes such as dripping and bubbling paint. The color was unmatched as well and finally the bumper had not been drilled for the license plate. I asked Manuel what we could do to fix the remaining issues and he responded he would need more time, despite having the car 19days. I told him I didn't have an option I was taking the car back. When I got home with the car my roommate noticed that they bolted my spoiler on over my taillight without drilling holes for it. I called Manuel on his cell number asking for them to fix it on Monday as well as to install my license plate. Manuel told me if I wanted any further labor I would have to pay extra to fix their mistakes. I told him I refuse to pay again to have them fix their mistakes. He finally admitted that they were at fault and to bring my vehicle Monday morning June 19th. I confirmed with him that I would bring my vehicle Monday to have the mistakes corrected and would not be paying. He agreed and told me to meet him Monday. I arrived Monday and he agreed to fix the spoiler by the end of the week. I showed up Friday and the car was ready. I showed up a 5 and neither Manuel or any other mechanics were there to talk to me about the process. However when I inspected the vehicle myself I noticed they hastily did the job. The center tail light was cracked in serval locations and was taped on rather unprofessionally. The next thing I noticed besides all the paint imperfections from my last visit was that they had scratched my trunk ripping off the paint and clear coat around the spoiler.

I am thoroughly impressed with Factory Finish. I was assigned to Jeremiah and he did a phenomenal job. He was very attentive and was able to answer all of my questions. The labor was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the body work done by Jeremiah. I will return to Factory Finish for any body work needed in the future.

I should not even give a star! My truck was backed into in May, causing a busted tail light and dent in the bed frame. I turned it in on May 31st, was set up with a rental, and thought everything was good...other drivers insurance was taking care of everything. I was told it would be about a week before they could start on mine, but due to the busted tail light, my truck was not legally driveable. By the end of June, I had not heard anything from this place. I drove by to check on the status of my truck, and they had not even started on it! I left with family at the beginning of July for a trip to Atlanta and was to be gone a little more than a week. While in Atlanta, I was contacted by the other insurance company and had to have the rental returned by my in laws while we were gone. I was told that if my truck was not ready by the time of my return, I would get another rental. Low and behold upon my return, my truck was still not finished completely, but completed enough that I could use it to conduct my real estate business, as they didn't have a loaner vehicle to give. I had to scheduled another appointment for it to be finished. After picking it up, I realize that my alarm is no longer working! I called them about it and they said they would check it when I brought it back. I dropped it back off on July 26th before leaving for Lubbock, as I tried to help them out without needing a loaner vehicle! I was called on Saturday, July 30th, to be told that it was ready for pick up even though I was still in Lubbock. I asked about the alarm being fixed and was told that they had forgotten about that, but would have it checked out. I got another call about an hour later that said in order to check my alarm, I would have to pay for it, because they had to run a diagnostic check! Never mind the fact that it was working when I originally dropped it off for repairs even with the busted tail light!!! Instead of allowing these people to screw up something else, I decided I would just take it back to Car Toys and have them fix it. I showed up this morning to pick up my truck and was told that it had not been detailed yet! I asked why it had not been detailed as of yet, when I was told on Saturday that it was completely done? They could not give me an answer!I agree with the others who have posted about this place, STAY AWAY!!! I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company to which I was referred by Hiley Subaru. First, they closed down the location close to my house and transferred my vehicle to another city without notice. Then they failed to meet 5 deadlines (that they set for themselves) and when I did finally get the car back there were 3 items they broke that I had to get fixed. Finally, I asked to speak with their owner which they refused, in fact, three of the employees would not give me their business cards. I later found out that all three of those employees were the owners sons. Completely unacceptable behavior.

I went in and received a quote on a paintless dent repair. I've called them on 3 separate occasions to schedule an appointment to get the work done. Each time I was told they would call me back with a date and time. It's been two days since I last called and they still have not contacted me. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Their customer service is horrible.

I'm warning people to please not make the same mistake I made with choosing this shop. I chose this shop because dodge meador the dealership where I purchased my suv recommended this shop, that they supposedly sends all their vehicles there that need any work to be done. Anyway, I dropped my suv off to the shop on April 23,2016 for hail damage repair. Other than the hail damage, this was a brand new truck with 5,300 miles on it. My vehicle sat in the shop for two weeks before they even began to start any work. Finally when I got the call that my vehicle was finished, I had a co worker bring me to pick up my suv. When I arrived, there was a hail dent in the passenger top door that they completely missed and my paint job had trash in the paint as if it was painted in a dirty room. The interior of my vehicle was filthy, there is compound white dust all over my seats, interior doors, and dash board. The black leather in the inside of my truck needs to be conditioned and brought back to life. My driver side door jam is scratched up, I was told I have to make an appointment in order to get it taken care of. The shop then kept my vehicle for almost another week. When I got my vehicle back for the 2nd time. I kept my truck for 2 days after realizing that there are swirls in my paint. I called the shop Monday morning and was told to come on Saturday and the painter would try to buff the swirls out the paint and also fix the paint that got on my rim. Saturday morning the painter never showed up to the shop, nor was he able to be contacted. Again people, this is a brand new truck and the whole process was handled unprofessional from start to finish. Don't trust this shop please I urge you to be patient and find the right shop. This is like a night mare and I wouldn't wish anyone to have to go through what I am going through.

Avoid this place like the plague.In 2014 our BRAND new 2014 Ram 1500 got hit with hail pretty bad up in Denton. We brought it to this location. A MONTH later we get the call that it is ready. We go to check it out...they missed a ton of damage. Fast forward doing this for another month and we finally get the truck back.Then the summer of 2015, when Texas got record amounts of rainfall, we started to notice a smell in the truck. Since we travel for work, we thought it was just from not being driven for prolonged periods. Then we reached under the back seat and found 3 inches of standing putrid water. The repairs they had done had been leaking from the roof.Now, they have had our truck for 3 weeks, every week telling us that it will be looked at and fixed. Manuel, I assume he is the manager, is an absolute liar and will say anything to get you off the phone.I implore you, don't make the same mistake we did...go somewhere ANYWHERE other than this place.

I have been in a wreck every year (none have been my fault)... they have taken care of every accident prior. I took my car to Sewell Lexus being my new car was a lexus for repairs. Sewell called me and refused to touch my car being there were previous repairs to the back of the car. I called factory finish and they told me to bring it to them. They got it ALL covered by insurance and fixed and when i picked it up only a week later it had a new rear body panel and bumper And they washed and waxed it. It was perfect! Sewell Lexus could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle and the staff are the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Hope I dont need their services again anytime soon, but I would definitely use them again
