Came in last minute to get an oil change and I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and the quality of the service. The lady at the front answered all my questions with a great attitude, the guys in the back did an amazing job in a short time. Their waiting room was clean with coffee and water. Thank you. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday I had such a rough morning and my tire was not fixable and Scott at Driver s Edge was so helpful and understanding. He even arranged transportation for me to go and come from work. It was such a great experience! They got my tires replaced on the same day even though they had to go get them at a different location. I had to call a couple of times and Scott was very helpful and nice answering my questions. Thank you for being so kind in a day that I was having a bad morning.

A great place for maintenance and repairs. Oil change and tire replacement with very reasonable prices which included discounts for any military affiliation. My wife took our vehicle there to get our tires fixed and a oil changed. We were very happy with the vehicle and point out some issues that we may need to fix in the next 3-5 months. Awesome place and found my new autoshop for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

I highly recommend this place. Dustin is awesome and explains in detail what needs to be done to your vehicle. Chris is the mechanic and does amazing work. I don t go anywhere else now and won t let anyone else touch my vehicle, but Chris! You will be very pleased here!!

By far the best service I have EVER received from an auto shop! Jos� assisted us, kept us informed through the whole process, and got my car in and out in just mere hours when I was prepared to have to leave it for days. Will solely be using this shop for all my future needs!

Very Honest and Trustworthily!They first told us we needed to replace our transfer case, but after they checked changed it fluid and checked it out they call us to tell us that its was ok!!That was over 3k savings!We HIGHLY recommend them!We will be taking all our cars to them!!

I have been going here for the past few years and I ve seen people come and go, but Chris has been there since the beginning and he is an honest mechanic that does outstanding work! Dustin in the front is very professional and always friendly. Recommend this place always.

Tires are great, well balanced, car drives great. We were told it would take an hour and it took 3 hours. After two hours we called and were told it was almost done but when we arrived it had not been moved at all. The tech that drove the car around, after it was finished, left grease on the seats. Luckily they are not fabric seats and it cleaned fairly easily.The manager was very helpful and once he realized the issue he resolved it quickly.Service: Tires

I have used Driver's Edge for my vehicle's State Inspection, since I have arrived. The service that I have received has always been "Top Notch", the staff has always been friendly, courteous, they take pride in what they do, and care for and with your vehicle. The prices are reasonable and you get more than you paid for. More businesses would do well to learn from what these young people do here. Came in to get State inspection. They were friendly and efficient. They had me out in less than 40 minutes. I came in pretty late so the time is understandable. Place is clean and organized.

Everyone here is always really chill and helpful. They get you in and out pretty quickly and have great customer service. I ve been coming here since they opened and have returned several times for oil changes and to check on issues with my cars.

Brought my wife truck to have her tire checked since it said has low pressure , guy tells me all tires are doing that right now because of the cold air so all he did is put air and left, next few days again same thing took it back left work early to have them check it they said had a leak fixed it after waiting 2 hrs. Next day again same tire have to go into work later to have them check it guy says well all my guys not coming in at 830am so have to wake at this time I can t be late for work so I told him just put air and I ll come later guy says well all the machines are not on and takes about 30 mins , I will never come here again or buy tires here again

I went to Drivers Edge for a basic oil change. The guys helping me were both very friendly, professional, and honest. The facility was neat and clean with a separate waiting area. Upon checking out, I was presented a list of suggested repairs- all of which I was aware of before going in. Nothing was inflated or unnecessary, which is something so many places do to customers. I had a great first experience at the Basswood location, and will definitely be returning for future oil changes and repairs.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I called beforehand and was told oil changes start at $49.99. I show up and am told my oil change would be $100 for a STANDARD oil change on a small car. Any way you slice it, $100 is grossly overpriced. They were also out of stock of the filter needed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Driver's Edge Auto Repair. Being new to Fort Worth and dealing with nails in two of our tires was quite a challenge, but the team at Driver's Edge made it all feel manageable. Right from the start, their friendly and welcoming approach put us at ease. The cleanliness of their facility was remarkable and made us feel comfortable during the entire process.What truly stood out to us was their fantastic communication. They patiently explained every step of the repair process, ensuring that we understood everything clearly. As someone who doesn't have much experience with auto repairs, this was incredibly reassuring. The way they handled the situation in a timely manner was exceptional they got us back on the road sooner than we expected.Their thoroughness in inspecting not just the damaged tires, but also the overall condition of our vehicle, showed their commitment to our safety. It was raining but they didn't hesitate to come and give me the best customer service they filled the low tire and checked the others. And didn't charge me at all. Definitely will be back if I need any type of repair or a lineman or something because they are awesome

Drivers edge always makes sure my car is perfect before it leaves. I've brought my car there a few times to get fixed after one of their other shops "fixed" my car the first time and the whole staff here is fantastic!

So far I've only used them for my state inspection but it was at the recommendation of a neighbor/friend and he was right, the team there is honest and helpful so for the next repair service I need, I'm likely to come back.Note: when you first enter, you might think the work area isn't much to look at with no chairs for waiting but they have a separate room (to the left) that is for customers and there are plenty of chairs and room with a TV and bathroom. It's actually very nice to have an area that's separate and quieter.

WOW!.After putting some adjustable suspension parts on my car, I went to a 3 letter shop (NTB) which I had. 5 year warranty and new tires from and was told "I just don't have the seasoned techs to perform the work you need done" I was appreciate the honesty, but was put in a spot.Called around talked to Marcus the Store Manager, and he assured me that they could tackle this task. I read the reviews in which there were very little and decided to keep looking.3 Hours looking, 3 shops later called back and brought my car to Marcus and his team to perform the work.Not only did they exceed my expectations, Martell the tech assigned to my car was knowledgeable and educated me on the adjustable suspension.I don't leave reviews but when recognition is due I have to spend some time giving it where it's due.Thank you Marcus and your team. Martell a special thanks to you for going far beyond and making sure I knew what was going on and how to fix if I decided to.You have earned a customer and I will be recommending you and your team.Thanks Z

They're good people there. Very professional and kind. I wouldn't recommend this place for auto repair though.When I went there I had a feeling that repair could be costly for a luxury vehicle. The only problem is that the mechanic provided an estimate based on the trouble codes that the system threw out. If you ever worked on cars before, you'd know that you can't just trust that and would require troubleshooting to fix the main issue. The only reason I found out this was the case was due to the fact that the scan tool I had was the same as theirs and when I had it towed home I found the EXACT recommendation as the scan tool.In the end, I was able to fix the issue for about 12 times less than what they quoted. Their recommendation would have also required replacing 1 or 2 more parts that worked perfectly fine.If you need to find out what the codes are that your car is throwing, either go to Autozone and get it scanned free or get a Bluetooth one from Amazon that connects to your phone and it'll do just that. Otherwise, you'll go there and pay like $130 for them to do the same. If you have a fairly modern car, you might want to look around vs going to a chain like this. Call around to see if they've worked on issued for your car before or anything like that.Again, the people here are super super nice. Incredibly kind people and very understanding. The mechanic even seemed nice. My problem only comes when it came to diagnosing the problem. Trouble codes could easily mean you require replacing 5 things or 1 simple thing. It should be up to the mechanic to rule out the problem vs just recommending all the general replacement of parts for what COULD fix the problem vs what SHOULD fix the problem.

I went there to get my SUV inspected which was great and then I told them that I knew I needed brakes they told me that I needed new rotors and new brake pads I've been driving in my car for 3 months now with the same brake pads and the same rotors and I went to Firestone and they said no ma'am you don't need rotors and you don't need brake pads go figure

I've always received excellent service. They saved me over 200+ dollars today. I took my car into Firestone on Sunday for a flat tire. They told me the tire couldn't be repaired. They didn't have my tire in stock. Monday took my car to Driver's Edge ready to purchase a new tire when my service representative informed me that they could patch the tire. I chose to patch. I thank God for honest shops.
