I highly recommend the team at Diesel Works. Some of the best in the DFW area. I had major issues with one of my diesel trucks and they took care of me and made sure I was back to work. As we all know, our trucks are our livelihood so I recommend getting a knowledgeable team to take care of any issues and maintenance. 5 stars! Great job guys and thank you again. I ll be swinging by soon and bringing a project 7.3 soon!

Brought a truck in for a pre-purchase inspection. Although I didn t get the news I necessarily wanted, I was able to make an informed decision not to buy the truck. Huge thank you to Mark behind the desk that got me in immediately and the tech (can t remember his name) that meticulously went over every square inch of that truck to find the issues. They potentially saved me from purchasing a $30k truck that needed $10-20k worth of work. I will 100% bring my diesel vehicles here for inspection and service again!

Had to get head gaskets done on my 2015 Duramax and gave Diesel Works a shot. Could not have been happier with the service Mark the owner provided along with his staff also. He suggested some other work to do since we were already at a certain stage in the repair process. So far so good as my truck is back and running great. These guys have earned all my future business definitely from now on. Highly recommend Diesel Works. Thanks for the great work Mark.

I purchased a Duramax from these guys last year. It was a truck they claimed they had put head gaskets and APR head studs in, although they wouldn't give me any paperwork to verify because they didn't want to be held liable. I test drove the truck with Cody and it seemed to run fine up and down the road for 5 minuets. He said they had been driving it around to run errands and stuff for about a year. I grilled him about any issues it would have mechanically and he sold me hook line and sinker that it was in excellent mechanical condition. The day after I bought it, I was driving it to a job out of town and the turbo blew up on me. Long story short, Cody did end up sending me a new turbo for free which was very professional of him. I got the new turbo in and within 500 miles the truck was completely out of oil again. It also used almost all the antifreeze in that same mileage. I don't know what they did wrong installing the head studs or gasket and its possible neither of those things are the issue but regardless they should have known it used fluid like that if they were using it at the shop. I called again and let them know what was going on and Cody told me I was SOL even though he told me before they sent the turbo that if that new turbo didn't fix the issue they would refund me half the sales cost of the truck.I tried to sell the truck after the transmission started slipping in that same 500 miles after the turbo was installed. Come to find out that I can't sell it for 3 years instead of 1 like Marcelino promised due to it having a bonded title which he also very convincingly sold me on, saying that it wasn't a big deal. I had no previous experience with bonded titles and took his word for it.In person they were very friendly and very likeable guys! I should have known better but they were very good salesmen. Their demeanor and attitude was very professional but bottom line was that the truck didn't make it 1000 miles from the time I left their lot until all those issues arose. I don't know if they put an additive into the transmission to stop it slipping for a while but It seemed a little too convenient that all those things would go wrong immediately and them not know about it unless they are incompetent mechanics which I don't believe them to be! I hope I'm wrong about them and it was just a severe stroke of bad luck but intentional deception was my conclusion. At the end of it all, it was my decision to buy the truck and I did buy it "as is." I was just very disappointed that I placed so much trust in them with buying that truck.I wish them well with their business and hope that future customers can use this info for their benefit as well.

Mark, his Co Workers and Mechanics at Diesel Works were the Best getting our vehicle up and running. They kept us apprised of all the issues needing to be fixed to confirm approval . Without a doubt the Best Diesel Mechanic shop we have been too. Their customer service was Amazing. Their prices were within what we expected to spend. I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with Diesel Works. They provide warranty on their products and labor. One other Diesel Mechanic has worked on this vehicle- would never go back to that shop as Diesel Works corrected some issues their mechanics caused which cost us 3 times what Diesel Works did. Kudos to Mark and his team for getting our vehicle back on track. Returning customers if needed to Diesel Works.

Always a great experience @ Diesel Works. While appointments are preferred, they still accept walk-ins. FAMILY owned business where Members of the Family actually work the floor Daily, along with some of the best diesel mechanics in the Northern TX area. Highly recommend!

I visit Fort Worth, Texas often visiting family and had a check engine light go on my RAM diesel pick up. I did not know where to turn and did some research and discovered Diesel Works. After doing research and not wanting to go to the local dealer, I made an appointment. Once I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. The shop was immaculately clean, and the owner Marc of this family owned business greeted me and was incredible. He treated me like a friend and knowing I needed to get on the road took care of my truck, installing a new turbo charger and set me on my way with minimum delay. This truly is a dealer alternative loaded with high-tech equipment and extremely knowledgeable and dedicated technicians. This is the only place I will go in the future while in Fort Worth and am so happy that I do not need to worry about future issues should they arise. Contact Marc and your repair worries will immediately disappear. I have made a friend in Fort Worth!

Mark and his crew went above and beyond to get my truck in and fix it promptly. Not everyone would do that. Top notch mechanics and crew. Thank you for taking care of us

The only place outside of the dealership i trust for diesel repair. Mark will shoot you straight, never tries to sell you something you don t need. He even encourages doing your own due diligence instead of pushing a sale. Would definitely recommend. This is the first time I've taken the time to do a google review thats how much I believe in diesel works.

Great place to take your diesel. I drove in on Wednesday afternoon, was told they were 3 weeks out but a mechanic came and did a visual on my truck. Said he could knock it out quickly and did so. Found both wheel bearings gone, rotors jacked etc. Would definitely recommend Diesel Works

Fantastic and honest shop. I came in for what seemed like an oil leak in my trusty 6.7. They walked up to the truck, took a wiff, and stated my fuel filter was cracked and it would be a simple replacement. When he popped the hood, sure enough it was just diesel leaking from a broken filter. A mechanic who can identify the exact leak by smell alone is pretty impressive. Just $40 and I m back in the road. They even stayed late when I came right at closing time. Will definitely use again.

Simply one of the best experiences I have ever had from a vehicle repair shop. Mark was great in explaining the details of the job and very honest. His mechanics are top notch and took the time to come out and explain the job they completed for me in detail. The office staff is very responsive and patient. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs diesel work completed.

Super fast shipping and great communication. Ordered a transmission from these guys due to them being a dealer for Randy s Transmissions. Ordered on Monday, loaded and shipped Tuesday, received Thursday and got her put in on Friday. This kind of customer service doesn t show itself often. Thanks guys and thank you Mark and Ace !!

Well now I know you intentionally lied. You just spun that situation completely around to make your self look like the hero.I didn t drive it at all after the oil gauge dropped to 0. There was never any smoke at that time and I didn t drive it even close to 100 miles. I pulled over immediately and waited for 2 days on the side of the road for my father to come trailer me to Utah.I didn t even talk to Marcelino at all on the phone ever. I only ever spoke to Cody and all I did was ask his advice. When he said he wouldn t drive it anymore I didn t! It wasn t the second trip either. I was hauling a small load up to get a big trailer from my father so I could go get my family and our belongings. I was in Dalhart when it took a dump so that s only 450 Miles. It was during the trip back to Texas after I had put the new turbo in in Utah that I noticed it was eating oil and antifreeze like crazy. It made the trip to Texas and back after adding 2-3 quarts of oil EVERY time I fueled up. that s when I suspected that the reason the turbo went out in the first place was due to the oil and antifreeze consumption issue. Once it made it back to Utah I parked it again for months until I tried to sell it which was when the title issue arose. i DID have it titled in Texas and the reason I had to wait to sell it was because the DMV wouldn t send the title to my new address in Utah. Only after I received the new Texas title and then couldn t sell it did I reach back out to you guys. I only tried to contact you again after I moved it to my new house from my dads place where it had been siting and it was dumping blue and white smoke. That s when I called Cody again. Thanks for putting my suspicions to rest about your character.

Great work at a fair price, fast and done right. Mark is very knowledgeable and takes care of things. Went in for one thing and they diagnosed an unrelated problem and got it taken care of in a timely manner with little out of pocket expense. Great people to do business with. Honest and hard working people, highly recommended A++

My second visit to Diesel Works yesterday. BOTH visits were met with a great and respectful staff. Explanation of repairs was very appreciative. If I need to, I will take my truck to them again.

10 out of 10 recommend every time! I LOVE! LOVEE my jeep and want to shout it from the rooftop!! In March, I got T-Boned by a drunk driver and didn't think I would ever get to drive my jeep again. Mark has gone above and beyond to get my jeep back in my hands and to make it better than ever. His outstanding creativity, awesome ownership and insane work ethic with this company has provided me not only to have my jeep back in my hands - which I thought would NEVER happen again - but also upgrading it to my dream vehicle and I could not be more gracious and thankful!! Thank you Mark and all of Diesel Works for my one of a kind, once in a life time jeep. You guys are fantastic. :)

Did a great job getting a coolant leak fixed on my ram 3500 and really went above and beyond making sure everything was done correctly and actually clean looking install and not like parts where just thrown in place. Will be the shop I use from now on for any upgrades or problems

I usually take my truck into the dealership, but I had a friend recently go to Diesel Works and had a great experience. I had a massive leak in my power steering and had no confidence a dealership would be able to attend to me quickly. I took my truck into Diesel Works on a Friday afternoon and they had my truck ready Friday just after noon. Excellent service, and they actually have quite a nice shop, their showroom was really well put together. I would definitely return.

Diesel Works owner Mark and all of his staff took great care of me and my 17 Ram 2500 this week. From the second you walk in the door your professional experience begins. Mark and his team do an amazing job from the front desk, through the shop, and out the gate. I couldn t be happier with the suspension work they did on my truck. Looking forward to using them for all my future truck needs.

This shop just gives you the run around does not want to take action of there mistake after spending over 12k for the job. when he quotes you a price and does not call you and let you know what s going on and start adding parts and does not want to fix the issue even tho it s there fault even tho I bought a used motor they did not want to fix the seals or gaskets on the used motor like you should like for example would not replace a rear main seal like a normal Machanic would swapping a motor They state we drive the truck 50miles to make sure there are no leaks or anything going on but when I walk out to my truck and find oil running down the oil pan and puddles on the ground. Stats we can get you a new quote and price and does not want to fix the issue would not recommend to anyone does not back his word and work.

The folks at Diesel Works saved my bacon and did it in style. I had fuel problems in a 2000 Ford PowerStroke while on a trip to Fort Worth from Houston. They were quick to fit me in and had me back on the road Monday afternoon (would have been Saturday but they found the problem behind the symptoms). They gave excellent advice in a professional manner and fixed the things I needed at a very fair price!

I searched for a diesel shop to install new battery cables on my 7.3. Diesel works prices were fair and the service was professional. They double check their work to ensure the repairs accuracy and customer satisfaction. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I did a lot of research before taking my truck in the first time. Having a 6.0 Powerstroke the last thing I wanted to do was take it to a place that claimed they knew what they were doing. Round trip I drive over three hours to get to their shop and most of the time wait there for them to finish the work. I never regret the time or a penny that I have spend with them. Too many times I ve taken things to a place thinking it will be cheaper only having it not be fixed correctly or doesn t last. Well, Diesel Works does it right with top products and their prices always surprise me, in a very good way. They have told me not to spend money that I thought I needed and they have always been informative and honest with parts and service they believed I needed. You will not leave Diesel Works with a feeling that you got taken or made a bad decision. Thank you for always take care of me!
