DFW Mobile Auto Repair is the place to call. Great for when stuck in a sticky situation at any time. They came out and installed a brand new battery for me with a warranty. Very quick to come out, and good price for the services supplied!

Every time I use DFW Mobile Auto Repair, I always get great service. They get my car fixed and back on the road in a timely manner. Their mechanics are honest and have never done me wrong. You won t be disappointed!

Had good reviews and provided good service. The only reason why they re getting docked is for the required prepayment before they would even come out. (I get the balance of needing to get paid but it didn t look good to me.)Just so it's clear the first time I heard about their pay first policy was then the technician messaged me, at the time of appointment or even when I asked about an ETA.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys are awesome! Our car stopped working out of the blue a few weeks ago and we couldn't figure out the problem. We had to have it towed into a shop a few days before Christmas and they told us that our entire fuse box needed to be replaced and that it would cost $1100. We couldn't afford that so the tech somehow got the car running and it worked for about a week. Then the car stopped working again. A friend referred these guys and they came to us within an hour of calling them. They even called us before they got to our apartment telling us that they were on their way.Mike told us that we just had a bad relay and that once we replaced it the car would run just fine. Well, we paid $15 dollars for that relay and now the car works just fine! Beats paying $1100 dollars to replace the entire fuse box that didn't need to be replaced in the first place.We're so fortunate to have found someone honest that was more concerned about helping us get our car started than making money like the other guys at the shop!Thank you so much guys! We will definitely call you again if we ever need help again and we will also spread the word to others that you guys are awesome!

Went out to my car and the battery was deadlined late on a Sunday evening. Mike came out within an hour of calling him from across town. Quickly assessed the issue, and was very friendly and forthright about what my car needed. He quoted me a price before doing anything. Excellent and quick service. Would recommend to anyone who needs a mechanic to come to them.

My alternator went out on the highway about a month ago, and I was able to get my car to a nearby hotel. I called these guys on the first Saturday without pouring rain, so they were completely swamped, and they came out the very next day (they offered to try to squeeze me in that night, but I wasn't going to do that to them, these guys have families I am sure). They gave me a basic price quote without even looking at my car, which is fantastic when it's an unexpected expense so I can know what to prepare for. Then, despite the fact that the repair job required more work than the average vehicle because of the placement of the alternator, they still offered to honor the original quote they gave me. Outstanding! They also talked me through every step of what they were doing, and gave me some quick tips on car care and which auto parts stores to purchase certain items. Being that my car was running on only the battery life for nearly 5 days after the alternator first went out, the battery needed a bit of a charge...they stayed with me for the 15 minutes it took to charge so we could be sure I wouldn't end up stranded, and then helped me re-train my battery. It isn't just about the quality of the work for me, it is also about the level of customer service I receive, and these guys are second to none.I know this was a long review--trust me I could have made it much longer, as helpful and friendly as they were--but these guys are seriously worth every penny I spent, and didn't charge me anything more than what a normal shop would have when all was said & done. You have definitely earned a customer for life with me. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely fantastic. My truck broke down headed to dinner on a Saturday evening. Brett drove from Ft. Worth, showed up on time and was very helpful. He ordered a new power steering rack for me, we agreed to meet the following day and I had my truck towed home. Ready for the amazing part... again, he showed up on time with a 30 min heads up that I requested, fixed my truck for the price we agreed. ON. A. SUNDAY.In today s world, you have to have four people that you can trust won t take advantage of you. An Accountant, an Insurance Agent, a Contractor and a Mechanic. DFW Mobile Mechanics should be on your list

My car broke down on New Year's Eve and I had to have it to towed to my home. I contacted DFW Mobile Auto Repair on New Year's Day to inquire about their service. To my surprise, David said that he come out the same day to diagnose and fix my car. Needless to say I was surprised since it was a holiday. He came out and confirmed it was the alternator which is what I suspected. He provided pricing, picked up the part and installed it. Four hours later, my car was on the road again. The price was very reasonable. I know it would been more at my now ex-mechanic's shop. David was highly professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I will use this company for our future automotive needs.

Mike and his apprentice came out and changed my starter in my 2007 Honda Accord. These two gentlemen were very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. A bit pricey for labor but hey nothing good comes from being cheap. I am definitely a satisfied customer. Thanks guys I appreciate you both .

Needed shocks and struts put on my old Toyota Tacoma. I had bought the parts, but never got around to putting them on. Talked to Mike and they came out, put the parts on that I had purchased and also suggested an additional part that I should get for the job. They picked up the extra parts for me, arrived and finished early and the truck drives like a dream. Very pleased with the customer service, quality of workmanship, and professionalism. I can highly recommend DFW Mobile Auto Repair. I will be using them again in the future and will also be recommending them to friends. Great folks!

I WILL SAY THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! If I could I would give them more than 5 stars! This morning, I was heading to work, serpentine belt slipped off, oil gushing all over the engine, one phone call to Mike, and everything was working great, even the oil changed.....Best mobile mechanics around DFW!! Punctual, reasonably priced, and all around honest! If you are looking for an honest auto repair company, you found them!!!

They came to my house at 11:00 pm to replace a car battery. I was in a panic because I had returned from a trip out of town to find that my car battery had died and I knew I needed to be somewhere early in the morning. I was so thankful they were available and timely and priced reasonably well. I also appreciated his knowledge of car battery maintenance. I will keep their number handy for future emergencies.

This review is based on customer service - I had no work done: My transmission went wonky at the airport (good times) and I called up to see if they could help. The man I spoke with on the phone was able to determine that I would require more extensive service than he could provide and he went out of his way to get me the info for a mechanic shop that specializes in servicing Subaru s. So helpful as I m new in town and had no idea where to go. Thanks for taking the time to get me sorted out with the right shop!!

Moved to Texas last year in February and was fortunate to find this place listed online. I called them up explained that I was needing a tune up and was surprised to hear that they charged less than many of the top mechanics around town and on top of that they came to me. I'd say it took about a half an hour to an hour for the tune up on my 04 f150. I was quoted the exact amount I was charged over the phone nothing extra. I would definitely recommend these guys.

David was a sweet young man who got my car fixed in the misty cold rain! my serpentine belt slipped off the pulleys. He briefly explained what may have caused the issue and some other minor things to consider for maintenance. I highly recommend this business. the temp was 103 and I had to drive home in 5 o'clock traffic. Around 7 I needed to run an errand and 2 blocks from home the check engine light comes on. I remembered I had save the mobile repair number and called them as soon as I got home. They came first thing and gave me an estimate and went to get the part and fixed it right in from of my home. They were polite and courteous and I didn't have to miss work. I recommend to everyone for fast and fantastic work.Brenda

I highly ,highly recommend Mr. Mike and Mr. Chris, I have an old model car (2002 Chevrolet) and she needed a lot of work done to her Drums, Shoes , Rooters and more . Needless to say they came out to my location and completed the job with a reasonable and affordable price. I was really thinking about trading her in for a new model care, but after Mr. Mike and Mr. Chris finished repairing her, she feels brand new!. The two gentleman also educated me on other things concerning my vehicle as well while in the process of maintenance. I will definitely be using DFW MOBILE AUTO REPAIR concerning the care of my vehicles old or new.

Had left a car with a dead battery in airport parking. Called DFW Mobile Auto Repair from out of town. They took our auto details, bought the battery, and were waiting to meet us upon on our return. They were courteous, and completed the installation quickly. You don't want to need these guys, but they're GREAT at what they do!

Needed a Battery and corroded connectors replaced. Called on Saturday morning and Mike was at my house by noon. He clearly explained all costs and what needed to be done and how long it would take. I would use this service again and will not hesitate recommending them to my friends and family

Mike was AMAZING. My girlfriends starter went out the night before. I called him the following morning at 7:58am and by 8:31am he was at the location where she broke down at. He was friendly and a pleasure to visit with and the work was done within 45 minutes and her car started right up. He even let me know her 2 front tires had no tread at all on the inside which could have been tragic cause she drives on the high way and the tires could blow out at any time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE OVER ANY OTHER and I've used a few others in the past. He will be the ONLY person me and my family use.

Set up appointment. They no call, no showed. Later said that the weather was the issue. No problem, I understand, but that's not a good excuse for no calling, no showing. A simple call or text to let me know would've gone a long way.Update - response: Appointment was for anytime after 12 noon, that is correct, HOWEVER, I called around 2:30 or maybe 3pm, and you stated basically that you were no longer coming. So anytime after noon is null if you had already cancelled without communicating. You not coming because of weather is understood. I understand that, no problem, my review is based on communication. You need to make you customers aware of your decisions involving them. Period.BTW, I reached out to you, you never reached out to me. So whatever appointment you offered is irrelevant, you still failed to communicate.

After having no luck fixing a starter issue i called and spoke with them. Though i was a little out of their service area they agreed to send someone out to my home. David was friendly and helpful and had the problem fixed in no time. I'd highly recommend DFW mobile auto repair!

I looked for mobile mechanics to fixed my car (chevy malibu) since it completely shut down on me on a red light and nothing electrical was working not even my emergency lights. I called them and helped me fix my car. They were honest and told me the problem (cables from the fuse box) they removed it and fixed everything and my car turned on since then i havent had any issues.Service: Electrical

Mike came out to my house today to check on my 2013 Cadillac SRX. The suv was not starting and a jumpstart could not get it going either. He figured out exactly which terminal needed to be replaced quickly and finished the job on site within 30minutes. The price was very fair. He saved me a trip to the dealer and a much bigger expense. I will definetely recommend him and use him if necessary in the future.

Mike is awesome. We have a commercial food truck that was down for a few days. We had two other mechanics work on the truck and unable to get the truck up running. Mike and his team were able to correctly diagnose the issue and get the truck up and running in time for our event

These guys showed up when my truck broke down quickly and changed my pulleys and belts they were very reasonable I don't know what the other person is talking about they were very reasonable at $220. I though I had just thrown a belt they pointed out my pulleys were damaged and replaced them so it saved me a pain later on and money!! I'd call them again if I ever needed work again. Plus i didnt have to worry about calling a tow truck since they started at over $150 just to show up
