Easily the best experience we ve ever had for dent repair! We had some pretty nasty dents on our car, and other businesses required holding onto our car for a while for the repairs. DFW Dent Guys were able to easily schedule us in, walked us through the repair process and had our car ready for us in one day! We were amazed at their work. The car looked like it just came from the factory. We 100% would recommend their business for excellent quality and customer service!

Jon and the guys at DFW Dent Guys were absolutely phenomenal. From providing a quote on the hail damage to helping me navigate my insurance company struggles, Jon was on top of it. He kept me regularly updated on the status of the repair and even offered to go out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Great team and great work!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Jon and his team are amazing! My insurance company was denying my claim for hail damage. Jon told me to drop off my car and he would take care of everything. And Jon did! Jon got my insurance company to pay for the repairs and my rental! My car looks brand new and I can t be any happier! I totally recommend DFW Dent Guys!

I recommend DFW dent guys to anybody with hail damage! From the moment I dropped it off to till the day I picked it up, they had excellent customer service. They go the extra step to keep you informed during the whole repair process! He took care of everything with my insurance company and fully explained everything that would be done to repair my vehicle. Will definitely use DFW dent guys in the future.

Fantastic customer service! Was upfront on the time necessary for the repair and the entire process. They worked with the insurance and texted me to give updates as needed. Our car looks like it was never damaged and was repaired quickly. I highly recommend this shop. Jon is the best!

Jon and his team at DFW Dent Guys earned our business and had excellent customer service throughout the process. He walked us through the estimate and repair steps and had good communication throughout. Hopefully our cars never get hail damage again but if they do we know where to call.

I want to thank Jon and his team on the excellent work they did on my hail damaged truck. From the initial estimate to dealing with the insurance company they were very professional and kept me updated on the repairs. DFW Dent Guys is THE place to go! They are informative, helpful and the nicest people ever. My car had hail damage from the March storms and now it looks like new, as if nothing had ever happened to it. My license plates light were out and had no idea about it, apparently one of the guys at the shop was so kind to replace it for a new one for me. I will come back here for any dent repair needs in the future. Thanks so much Jon, I truly appreciate it!!

Amazing service and even better results! Jon took care of all the specifics, I just dropped the car off and picked it up. I was honestly a little weary about what paintless dent repair would look like but man, my wife s 2019 Rogue looked better than before it got hit with hail!

Jon was wonderful explaining the process to me. He kept me updated of the progress. After I got my car back, we found a small broken piece that we all missed... me, Jon, and insurance adjustor. He ordered the part and went to my place of work and replaced it. Talk about going above customer service. I would use them again.

A hail storm damaging your car is always a stressful experience. But the DFW dent guys made it much easier to navigate that experience. Jonathan Trice and his crew did a beautiful job repairing my car. But more importantly, they made me feel like I was a very special client. As a recent widow, unexperienced in dealing with a problem like this, they helped lead me and guide me through the process. I highly recommend them to anyone who has damage to their car!!

My car door looks like new!! I had a deep dent on my driver's door, Jon got it fixed while I was working. He came to my location and handled everything. Trustworthy, efficient, and great work. Will definitely use him again if needed!!

Hail damage really did some damage to my car. Luckily I found Jon at DFW Dent Guys. Very friendly and easy to work with. Had over 100+ dents and he was able to get it all done within a couple of days. Highly recommended!

Absolutely 100% satisfied with the results , Jon did a great job, he was professional, very communicative. I called on Friday and he was there on Monday. I highly recommend them. He worked right in the parking lot at my office.

Jon is Awesome! He came to my home today and removed a pretty big dent out of the passenger side of my car. It looks like new and I can t tell it was ever there. Jon was prompt and very courteous. Highly Highly Recommend. A++++++

After the recent hailstorm my Jeep Grand Cherokee was a mess and it was in perfect shape prior to this. I was hopeful that it could be repaired and look good again but was concerned until DFW Dent Guys took such great care of the problem, I was surprised at the perfection of the repair and so pleased with the entire process. Jon took such wonderful care of my Jeep and handles all the details and makes this a stress-free process, THANKS Jon for you and your team making this repair look so perfect. We had a very strange dent. It was on the body moldings natural crease, high on the left front fender. Almost looked like a baseball hit it. 3 hours of pulling, tapping and pushing, resulted in a perfect fender again. Like it was never there. Incredible job! Thank you
