Had a positive experience purchasing filters from Cummins for my Onan. I definitely admire the open service bay in front of the parts and service department offices. Overall, a 5-Star experience for me! Now, I must add; that dag on Keurig needs some TLC; but, I came to get filters not coffee .

My family and I were headed to Colorado for Christmas vacation in our Tiffin Phaeton 40IH and we got a check engine light and the code from the diagnostic panel indicated a def problem. We still a long way to go so thought it was best to seek out help from Cummins. After arriving at the facility a service member came out with his scanning tool to retrieve the code. A few minutes later he came back with a technician and a laptop. He checked the version of the ECM and realized that there has been an updated version that he ultimately up loaded to the newest version. They we ran a regeneration test to see if it would pass. Lucky it passed and 3 hours later we were back on the road. They were very helpful and went out of their way to get us back on the road.

I had a heating problem on my semi truck took it to Cummings they said it could be the thermostat or radiator. So I just got the thermostat replaced thay said fixed the problem well it didn't truck still gets hot up to 200 degrees l turn on the fans too cool it down and it doesn't cool it down very fast.I called them back and told them to have the super visor to call me back and they didn't now they are closed. No call back great.

The kenworth across the street sells Cummins parts cheaper than them. That's probably why their manager has such an attitude, too.

As a local moving company in Fort Worth, we sadly have trucks needing Cummins parts for our trucks. Whenever I give these guys a call, their on it! Also, their Diesel Mechanic service rates are the lowest in Fort Worth. Thank you guys for all that you do for our small business!

Staff was very accommodating! We are fulltime RV travelers and had a coolant hose leak on our Diesel Pusher and they got us in and repaired quickly! Also they allowed us to park on their lot overnight, saving us from having to check into a hotel. Much appreciated!!

I had a generator break down on my bus FunBus and I took it to this location. The staff especially Alex helped me the most. He stayed on the top of the delivery of the parts and getting it assembled back. Also checked about warranty of the product and I needed a fast repair, he was able to help me get things done in time. They were able to fix it in 3 days. I can t thank enough for their service

I have been to this business several times, both for parts and for information about my ISM 450 Cummins engine and my 10KW Onan Generator on my Coach. Not only did I find them honest and helpful, but also very friendly. For me, it s a 70 mile round trip to go to this business. And well worth it. They are professional and knowledgeable. They have real Cummins parts and filters. I have never had them tell me that they were out of stock of anything that I needed. I do all of my own work on my Coach, but if I ever get In over my head, I won t hesitate to bring them my Bus and my business. Just don t ask them what the torque value is for a particular bolt. They either can t or won t tell you. Not sure why, but I suspect some litigious none-sense. So you have to find that out for yourself. Good people. Good place. I recommend them highly. Will go again...and again.

Usually takes a long time to get service. This last time was especially frustrating.More than a week since I first requested oil and fuel filter service. Seems they don t stock parts. Worse yet, they don t communicate. I have driven in twice, phoned once with no way to leave a voice message, and three times I have emailed. No service yet and no ETA for filters.

Good luck get the part department to come help you get parts.They have time to take cigarettes break but don't want to get on computer to get parts.

Dishonest place, I found out later. Rather than simply showing us how to properly prime a perfectly functional RV generator, they faked a repair to it and charged us nearly $200 to do nothing.

2 guys @ parts do no want to help with parts lazy and unprofessional and rude cummins needs to do something asap never had a problem with the dallas location they are always helpful
