Set up appointment for an estimate on body damage. I think they had ties with the insurance company i filed against because when I arrived they refused to give me a quote. I would like to give them a negative 5 stars if it were possible

Cannot reach them, will not answer phones. We dropped our car off here one week ago and it was supposed to be towed to another location for quicker service. I called the new location it was supposed to be at and she said they did not have our car! She was able to look up and see they were "waiting on our insurance." I tried calling this location and it just rings and no answer!!

When my car got hit, my insurance referred me to Crash Champions at 7233 North Freeway FW. They were wonderful, keeping me updated on the progress as it was made. Every person I had contact with either in person, or by phone, had excellent customer service !The work done was amazing.

0 stars was not an option! Had to get an estimate here because I was rear ended and the responsible person s insurance (USAA) said I had to come here. Got the estimate and his insurance didn t have enough coverage, so my insurance said they would pay and fight the other insurance. Called explained to them and they said ok and made an appointment for repair. A week later when I try to drop my car off I am told sorry we won t work with your insurance or allow you to pay cash because it might cost more now . I was taken back as I drove over an hour to drop off the car and made travel arrangements around this appointment. Are you kidding me?!?!? So now you decide this? Are they just trying to over charge cash customers? Why would it cost me or my insurance more than it would the other insurance!?!? Beware!!!!

I never write reviews because I try to be understanding but this place just sucks. The front desk girl never knows how to answer any questions I have.When I came to pick up my car, there was a scratch on my mirror that was not fixed & when I told her about it she told me to go home and wait for a call???I refused and they took my car to the back to try to buff it out only to crack my mirror cover. They said they would order parts to get it replaced, it has been a month no updates, no call back.Then the other day I discovered that they scratched the edge of my passenger door.Terrible customer service and no responsibility whatsoever.I would NOT recommend this place at all.

After getting my car hit on my way to pick up my cake for my birthday that same day, my car was taken here. Right off the bat, Destiney called and updated and informed me every step of the way, from start to finish. The quality of workmanship here is top notch from mechanical to collision repairs. Paint match was identical and flawless, performance and drivability of my car was the unnoticeably the same before the wreck, and not to mention the cleanliness before receiving it was spotless. I am honestly impressed with the results and extremely satisfied overall. Thank you to all the hard working men/women of Service King who laid hands on my vehicle.

Worst experience I've ever had. After 4 months I finally got everything fixed on a minor fender bender. Little to no updates on vehicle status, lying to me about a shortage of parts, ordering wrong parts, and taking WAY longer than initially told for repair.... I had to call to find any updates on part status and my vehicle status. Never once did they apologize for their mistakes. Completely unacceptable. Stay away!!!

Work was fantastic. Destiney has provided fantastic customer service along the way, keeping me up to date every step of the way via easy text communication. The car looks new and shines bright. Special thanks to Carlos as well who made sure the car was detailed for delivery. Thank you both!

These types of places are usually only going to get one- or five-star reviews. I had a claim through my insurance company and this was a preferred repair shop. I just had to pay my deductible. Estimate and work was done with no hassle. Communication was good (yeah Derek) and the work looked great. I did try and get a free ding repair done but with no luck. What is this world coming to?!? So five stars from me although that free ding work would have bumped this up to 6. :-)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This Service King (now Crash Champions) did a great job fixing my door! Their system kept me up to date with the fix and was fixed earlier than estimated! There was however a couple of small issues that I had to return to have them correct but even then Lee was very nice and helpful and the situation was quickly handled. And thanks to Melanie for the phone calls and text updates and scheduling me with lots of kindness and patience!

Had an accident insurance asked where to go I said service King I've heard of them they went above and beyond when we went to pick up the truck initially I was not happy with the way it looked something was off they said you know your truck better than we do we'll take another look went in fixed the problem or so I thought I took my truck in 4 times I'm now at caliber collision because my high beams come on when I turn my blinker on and my hood doesn't line up with the headlights I was told it normal wear and tear no it's not now caliber will fix everything they messed up promise high and deliver low **EDIT** service King reached out and have gone above and beyond to make it right they want life time customers

It is bad bad repair, they scratched the door and blind, and missing door bolts of my highlander 2018 , unfortunately my car came back bad differently

The service was amazing! Chris has provided excellent service and keeps me informed on the status of my car. From the drop off till the pick up of the car, everything went smoothly. The vehicle was clean and in superb condition. I would definitely go back if I needed car repairs again. Highly recommended!

All of the staff at Service King were very helpful. Even though there were delays with getting my car ready beyond their control, they communicated with me throughout the process and kept me updated. My car looks as good as new. They did an amazing job. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with service. My car was ready on time and staff and manager was so managing to assist with my needs at the time. When I got my car back, it was also washed and vacuumed what great company. Thank you so much service king.

This Service King is great, I've been here 3 times... yes, I'm that bad of a driver. Just kidding, multiple vehicles, different reasons. These guys take great care of you. They meet you under the awning out front so you don't have to go in if you don't want to. They deal with the insurance company so you don't have to. Who ever they have painting and color matching/blending is awesome! Customer service A++, they secured a rental car and even had them pick me up!They do more than just paint and body work, they can upgrade your headlights (HID), re-program your vehicles chip if it gets out of whack and the best of all, detailing. My car was washed and detailed when I went to pick it up. The shampoo/deodorizer they use when vacuuming smells so good! Great job and thank you to the team at Service King.

Well, Service King Has hit another homerun with me!!It's such a pleasant feeling walking into their store.I'm always met with a smile and offered assistance.I've never felt so comfortable and confident leaving my car in their care. Service King was the highlight of my entire accident process. Unfortunately, the insurance company which shall remain unanimous, was the biggest issue I had. However, Michael Parker and staff provided weekly updates and looked out for my best interest throughout the process. The body work was stupendous. Once it was done, the vehicle was clean and as shiny as the day I got it. I highly recommend Service King located in North Forth Worth off North Freeway. They put their customers first even if the insurance company doesn t!!!! Way to go, Service King!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I popped a light and bent my bumper... they fixed the car like new within two weeks. Great service and very good about communication, letting me know every step of the process. Even finished the car sooner than projected. Save yourself the headache and find another body shop. They will not honor their commitment. How can you set an appointment with a customer, then 2 weeks after the appointment is set, cancel the appointment because you're too busy?Update.....The difference between a good company and a great company is how they react to an unhappy customer. When we (the customer) suffer a property loss, we are myopically focused on our situation. I received a call from a manager at this Service King. He was patient while I explained why I was unsatisfied with the way they handled my appointment (long story and it doesn't matter). He explained the circumstances that were behind the scene and went way above the call of duty to make sure that I was happy. Without even having had the work done yet, I can tell you this is a 5 star organization.Thanks for being patient and caring about your customers Joseph!!!

When I called to set an appointment Destiny was very professional. I took my car in to them the date of my appointment and the customer service Destiny gave me was friendly/ great.. She kept me up to date on my car and it was ready sooner then I thought.. When I picked my car back up, I was so AMAZED with the AWESOME JOB they did!!!! I would recommend this business to family, friends and strangers. I also will take my vehicles back to them whenever I need any repairs. THANKS DESTINY/ U GUYS!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

0 stars wasn't an option. Do yourself a favor & pick anywhere else. This place couldn't even handle providing the insurance company with an estimate for a 'fender bender' (the vehicle is still drivable) after 9 days.

My car had got scratched by a stray shopping cart or other car while I was parked in a parking lot. I was happy to see that a new Service King had opened minutes away from my house! Joe took care of my car estimate as well as car drop-off. The car was repaired in timely manner and Joe worked closely with me to make sure I was updated on my car's status and was even able to get the cost significantly lower than the initial estimate! Overall pleased with their work and I'm glad a Service King is now in walking distance from me (though I hope I don't require more auto repairs in the future)!Service: Painting

I was referred by the insurance to get an estimate here. It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment, they did the initial inspection and told me that the insurance would contact me. It s been over a month and now the insurance closed the claim because apparently the inspection report was never submitted by this place. I waited patiently because I was told there was a shortage of parts. So now, there is no record of a report. Now I have to start the process again with a different bodyshop.
