Every employee I had the pleasure of interacting with was very kind, polite and genuinely wanted what was best for me and my situation. They were also very knowledgeable, patient and willing to take their time to serve me. Reed especially was very helpful. 5 out of 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Going on two weeks tomorrow and still haven t got my car back for a minor rear end. Went to Maaco for similar damage and had car back in 3 days and fixed. This has to be the slowest crash collision place I have ever been too. State Farm I will never listen to y all again.. just picked up my car and its dirty

Well, I should have read the reviews before I allowed our vehicle to be sent to this location for repairs. Reed the service person in charge of our vehicle just keeps giving us the run around. It has been in their shop since 12/22 and not a thing done on repairs. I keep getting the run around. Saying parts will be in to repair in a day, then two days then weeks have gone by. First getting a new bed for truck then they arent doing that anymore. Side panel parts are on back order and was promised parts on Jan 14. Here we are January 31st no parts and currently on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting for Reed to come to the phone. Receptionist who answered phone said its the end of the month and he is very busy. I have no idea what end of month has to do with him answering calls. I have been trying to reach him for days. He promised last Thursday to call us Monday or Tuesday with an update. Never heard from him. Which is not surprising. He states he will call everytime we speak and never calls as he states. I call and leave messages he never returns calls. When we left the truck to be repaired we stated that we needed this truck back (it is for our business) and if they could not get to it pleaee let us know and we would take it elsewhere. Now they have it and we cannot get it back. I called and asked if we could just come get it and take it elsewhere. I was told no that we cannot come and get it because our insurance has already deemed them as the repair facility for the repairs. This down time is ridiculous. Our business is suffering because of their lack and concern for the expedited service they promised. I dont think he has ever ordered the parts and I truly believe he is doing nothing but lying and is unorganized and has no clue what he is doing! Do not ever take your car to Crash Champions!! It will be the worst experience of your life!

I don t even know where to begin.. I should have paid attention to the reviews. This month has been the absolute worst!! The lack of communication that you receive from this business and their employees is absolutely ridiculous. To keep it short and sweet they re all liars! Tiffany, Kate & Aries (I don t know how to spell her name) all told me MULTIPLE times different updates on my vehicle. Each person had a different completion date but all of them used the same excuse that it just entered paint and should be done very soon . They even lied to my claims adjuster and told them they had issues with their machines so that is why it was taking so long! But when I asked they said that was never said. After a month of being told lies I finally received a call to get my card back. As I was waiting I heard the young lady with 2 other calls tell each person they would check on the status, put the person on hold and minutes later without checking I might add, got back on the phone and used the same sorry excuse of it s in paint and almost done. I will be sure to let EVERYONE know to stay clear from this location because the employees are liars and don t have common courtesy to just be honest with the customer.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

This has been the most frustrating experience I ve ever had with a business. My truck was involved in a wreck on 6/11/23. It was towed to Service King/Crash Champions in Benbrook, TX on 6/16/23, and an estimate was provided with the repair complete date set at 7/21/23. Initially things were going well; I was receiving updates, parts were coming in, and I was informed my vehicle was in paint and assembly. Then the updates mysteriously stopped. I called the shop to check in and get updates, and was constantly told different things. First I was told it would be ready the following week; then the middle of the week after that; I finally went down to the shop in person, and the GM told me that they had found more damage that they had missed on their first inspection, and that they were waiting on another part. I realize mistakes happen, but I shouldn t have to go down to the shop in person to be told that. I didn t get an update that he had ordered the part until a week later. The last update I received was on 8/3, when the truck went into assembly again. It is now 8/21, I have called multiple times, been hung up on by the office personnel; one person even laughed at me when I asked if my truck would be ready soon, and claimed that Service King had told my insurance company that the repair process would take a minimum of two months. This is a complete lie, there is no documented record of that being the case, in fact the documented date of estimated completion was 7/21. I have done my best to resolve this with the shop, but I am still being lied to and told different things about my truck. I am running out of patience, and I am running out of money as this is costing me $1500 per month in rental fees, and I am losing work as this is both a personal and work truck. Two months and longer is an unreasonable time for this repair, I want my truck back, and I want to be reimbursed for the rental fees I ve racked up due to their incompetence.Edit: I finally picked up my truck on 8/31 after it being in Service King/Crash Champion's possession for 76 days. They did nothing to try and make things right until I filed a case with the BBB, in fact I had to pull up the email I had received from their Director of Operations waiving my deductible before they would even grant me that! No reimbursement of my rental fees, which totaled at more than $3500.00. My truck was filthy when I picked it up, black grime all over the interior and roof exterior, spider-webs in the console, adhesive left on the windshield.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

Horrible costumer service, I called to let them know I would be coming in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle. I arrived at 530 and the door/gates were locked even though posted time says 6pm. I knocked and called with no answer even though there were cars still there. Finally after 15 min of waiting we left. Got a hold of someone at 555 and they said they were open even though I stood there for 15 min with no-one answering the knocking on the door or calls.

Horrible experience. Every time I called to check on my vehicle it was always a push back with no real explanation on why my car was still in the paint shop for weeks. Now I get my car today and there is paint that isn t smooth, a bumper that s hanging and the colors on my logo does not match the rear of my car.I will NEVER utilize this Service King again. If I could give no star I would

Update: called store as requested at about 845am, General manager was in a meeting. Talked to lady who answered the phone,said she would see how they could make it right. No one called back. Called again and no one answered.Awful service and some of the rudest employees ever encountered. They ordered the wrong parts then blamed the warehouse. Picked up the car yesterday; the hood still has a dent and clear coat paint is already chipping. Tried to bring it to their attention and no one could be bothered to do anything about it. Absolutely do not recommend.

Update #2: They fixed all issues and provided me a rental on them. Only 4 stars because is was an incredible hassle. Manager John went above and beyond to make things right and make sure I was happy. Neither office ladies are very friendly and the one I originally spoke to did not pass on my information to the manager; he had no clue I called. So yes they made it right but I had to stay on top of them to make sure it was handled.Update: called store as requested at about 845am, General manager was in a meeting. I needed a plastic facia reattached below the back bumper of a Volvo. Their employee came out to give an estimate, looked at the problem, and fixed it. He got down on the pavement, snapped the facia in place, and added screws to make it stronger. When he finished, he said "no charge". Great service.

My insurance company sent me to these people to have my vehicle serviced after I was rear ended. They got the truck in pretty quick for service, the staff was very amicable as well. It took about a month to get het my truck back due to the extent of damage but was very happy with how it looked initially. Once I drove my truck I realized my diesel tank hadn t been bolted down and that my cell booster and antenna were not on my truck. It s been since November 2021that I have been trying to get this replaced or returned with no resolution in sight. I keep getting passed around from person to person all claiming they can t find the items. Either they were taken or trashed by an employee but nobody seems to be interested in compensating me for my loss. If you use them, make sure nothing of value is left in your vehicle, I messed up leaving my antenna, after the accident I was not thinking clearly.Update: I was told they would rectify the situation by ordering a new booster and antenna so I sent them the info and pricing and told to bring the truck in for the bolting of my drag up tank. Once there I was told they didn t have said items or bolts to fix my tank. Here we are in June of 2022, just 2 months shy of a year dealing with runaround and I still haven t had my items repaired or returned. Be very careful if you deal with these people.

Finally got my car dropped off. The check in process was easy. I had an appointment scheduled. Nice clean professional and friendly office. We did a walk around to see the damage to the vehicle and she informed me that it could take up to 30 days

Amazing experience! We had our vehicle repaired here about a year ago. A couple weeks ago we noticed peeling paint on the bumper. Today we stopped in just to see if this was something included in the previous repairs.Without missing a beat, they took responsibility! They will fix the paint at no charge. What really floored me was the rental car during repairs. They are covering that as well!THIS is great customer service.

Very very good experience with service king and the staff! Got reports on the process of my car getting fixed every week! Which was very helpful since it needed a lot of work! I didn t have to worry about when the car was going to be done! I always received updates and estimated finish date! Sherry and Elizabeth were very helpful and friendly through the whole process! Definitely very happy with my experience! Thank you!

I am a Native Texan and use to the hail storms we receive. But, this was the first time I have experienced damage to my car!Of course, the thought of the process ahead of me was overwhelming.Service King in Benbrook was a preferred shop recommended by my insurance company.I never had to contact them to check on the process. They sent me updates ( via text !) with updates throughout the process.They worked so hard to deliver my car to me within my rental car coverage limits!!I am over-the-moon with the quality of my repairs.If you are looking for a pleasant experience on your auto repairs, please give this location a try!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will never use Service King again.They "fixed" my truck after my bed got hit due to wind, they tried to push it out in 24 hours and it was terrible. A week later I got my truck back, and every time I look at it still its not right. There's obvious filler/ primer issues, and the fender has obvious signs of dirt in the paint.If you can avoid them, DO IT.

I ve taken my car there twice. The first time I did not receive a call letting me know that the car was ready. When I called to check on the status they said it s been ready. By that time my car was already dirty on the outside from sitting outside. One of the employees apologized and I figured that they were busy and it wasn t that big of a deal... A year later when I needed service on my car again I decided to give them a chance because if they convenience, but again they keep messing up! Never again! They are not organized at all and I don t feel like I m valued as a costumer. I will be notifying my insurance company about the lack of professionalism. Fingers crossed the quality it s good this time around.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Dealing with Service King has been the worst experience I ve ever had with any business I ve ever dealt with. I had my BMW taken in for collision damage. Nothing more. When I received my vehicle back from Service King, my electrical system was damaged. None of my lights or alarm system work, making my car useless. What I thought would be an easy body repair turned out to be way worse. Service King has caused my car more damage than it had before they repaired it. When I told the guy at Service King that nothing was working, he said there was nothing they could do and that I d have to take it to BMW. The guy even said he told my insurance about the situation , and that Progressive would cover it. He actually didn t relay any information to Progressive, and I m now having to fight with my insurance company to cover damages caused by Service King. I will never take another vehicle to the incompetent crew at Service King, and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know also stays away from Service King. They have horrible customer service and have made no effort to right their mistakes. Instead they have chosen to deflect blame, and handle the situation poorly. So if anyone reads this, NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO SERVICE KING! They will only do more damage, and deflect responsibility. Service King also did not properly handle my rental paperwork, and I m mow fighting with Enterprise for a refund. Service King had to send me home with a rental two of the times I came to pick up my vehicle because my vehicle was not functioning properly after they worked on it. The guy as Service King told me not to worry about the rental. He said all info would be relayed properly so I was not charged. He did not relay information, the same way he didn t relay info to Progressive about my vehicle. So not only do I have to fight with my insurance company to cover damages caused by Service King, but I have to fight with Enterprise to get a refund because of poor management at Service King. Overall, Service King employees will lie to your face with no regard for your vehicle. Terrible company with even worse customer service. Shouldn t even be a business.

Update on my review. As wonderful as the staff is, I found out after an unfortunate collision that the repair work they did turned out to be shoddy.The bumper that we thought was replaced and the invoice $1000's was glued back on. Fortunately we took it to Sewell collision and they did a fantastic job after a thourough inspection.

Went to Service king to get my car taken care of. I didn't make an appointment since I like to talk to an actual person and build a relationship with someone I am going to be doing business with. I showed up and told them what was going on. Then I was told I needed an appointment, it was going to take a couple of weeks to even meet with someone, and I was handed someones business card and was told to call them to book an appointment. I then asked if I could just leave my car until they could get to it and I was told no. Due to the lack of business sense and respect I decided to give my business to someone else.I ended up finding a company that allows me to show up and drop my car off with little notice. I spent 5 minutes talking with someone and was told that my car problems would be taken care of.Three business tips from my visit.1. Get a better front desk person. One who doesn't suck at her job.2. Learn to build a life long relationship with a client.3. Don't send the person who is wanting to give you several thousand dollars out the door to your competitors.With that said. This was 3 minutes in your building and I am sure you are a great business. You just lost my business in the first 30 seconds. Better luck next time.

Friendly staff. They say they will call when your vehicle is ready, I was told they left a message, but I didnt receive one. I called after 4 days and was told the vehicle would be ready the next day. Went by the next day and they were closed. It was a Saturday. A lady was there and stated they don't open on Saturdays anymore. It was quick service, but I could have had my ride if they would have called me or left a message.

Had the side of my truck repaired after an incident with a pole. I definitely made the right choice in taking my business to the professional staff of Service King. The whole experience was great. My truck looks like new and it didn't even take a week to fix my truck. I would highly recommend to all my friends. I just hope that I don't have to get my truck fixed again.

They definitely lived up to their name! Went here after someone hit my car in a parking lot and had to have the whole bumper replaced. Met with Angel who was friendly and efficient. My car was ready way before I expected it (after three days), and the bumper looks great. They handled everything with Allstate which made it easier for me, and I probably spent a total of about 10 minutes at the location, because they worked so quickly. Great folks!

The fixed my car after being rear ended and my car looks great now. They were sure to use the right parts and the best. They were kind and professional. Only thing odd about the car is that the trunk lid sticks now when I open it.. it used to not get stuck but now it does. Not a big deal.

I was involved in a small fender bender a vehicle hit my front right pumper of my car. Took my car in Thursday afternoon to get it serviced and got it back Tuesday afternoon. They were fast and very friendly and helpful and attentive with my car and keeping me up to date with the statues of my car and how everything was coming along. I loved it they were just great hands down AWESOME! I thought it was going to take longer but it didn't they worked in a timely fashion to get my car back to me in no time and they washed my car for me got it back nice and clean.THANKS GUYS!
