I had an encounter with something in the middle of a single lane road, at night, and it did over $5,000 worth of damage on my beautiful 2021 Genesis GV80. I took it to Crash Brothers and they worked with my insurance company and went above and beyond what I expected! I can honestly say that when I went to pick it up, it looked like it was brand new, except for the 43,000+ miles on the odometer! HA!I have never used Crash Brothers before but can honestly say that I will probably never use anyone else for auto paint & body issues. Y''all are the best!

Crash Brothers repaired my SUV after a collision with a carport pole. Quick turnaround and amazing results. Fair price as well. Would definitely recommend!

I was in a car accident roughly a month ago and I was having trouble finding a shop that would do the repairs as one of the components involved in the accident had some negligible hail damage prior to the accident that was not associated with the claim I submitted. I had no interest in repairing this hail damage as it was not involved and proposed waiving any warranties that prevented these repairs, to no avail.I was referred to Crash Brothers and they got the job done quick and painlessly; end result looked great!Service: Body & Trim

Crash Brothers has done several jobs for me and I can't say enough good things about them! The work they do is outstanding and I'd trust them over any other body shop in the metroplex. They not only do fantastic work, they are fast and professional! I've also referred several of my friends and they've gone out of their way to ensure they've received VIP service! In my opinion, if you need your car repaired, there's only one place to go.Service: Body & Trim

The service was above and beyond. Craig helped get me a rental car when Enterprise said none were available, then drove me over to pick it up. The office staffer, Lili, was very helpful. I'll give them a three star. I never got service from them. I used their contact form on their website and it took 2 weeks to get a reply. They asked some questions and I replied but I never heard from them again. That was a month ago.

Just had the rear bumper for a Honda Odyssey replaced and painted. The workmanship and attention to detail is commendable. Customer service is superb.

Dealing with Crash Bothers has been nothing short of a nightmare. One thing is to be incompetent, but to also be disrespectful is just mind-blowing to me. I dropped off a bumper with very minimal damage to be repainted. They kept it for nearly 2.5 weeks, only to return in in worse conditions. The overall finish was poor and the paint match was way off. When I saw the horrible job performed, I suggested we do a partial refund because at the time it seemed like a fair thing to do, due to materials and time invested. The owner met me at the shop and when looking at the bumper, the first thing he says, "the color is off because you picked the wrong color". They had the audacity to blame me for their incompetence by accusing me of picking the wrong color, when that was in fact not true. Anyway, I didn't want to deal with Crash Brothers any longer, so I took the bumper to numerous other body shops to correct their mess. However, everyone refused to work with it due to thick layers of paint applied as seen in the picture below. I was advised that I needed a new bumper to ensure the job could be done right and when I learned this, I contacted Crash Brothers in good faith in order to resolve the issue. Again, a complete disregard for the customer was demonstrated, therefore I reported them to my bank and as of now my bank is handling the situation. Long story short, a simple paint job that should not cost more than $400 ended up costing me $1500 due to their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place to save yourself a headache, money, more importantly time.

This shop is one of the best shops I have worked with so far. Great communication great service, quick service. My insurance was going to send me to service king which was going to take 3 months to get my truck back but with Crash Brothers they fit me in and had my truck ready in a Month. Hopefully I won t get into a wreck again but if I don t I m 100% going back to crash brothers.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

I had an amazing experience with Crash Brothers!! My bumper was literally hanging off of my car and they were able to order, paint, reattach, etc. in less than 3 days. It was also extremely affordable and they weren t over pricing me like other body shops I had checked out prior. They also sent me picture updates of my car which was really nice. Very happy with everything and will be returning to Crash Brothers if I m ever in need of car repair again!

Jeff is one of the most personable service managers I ve ever met. The team was able to fix my car to look good as new (or perhaps better) and they did it in unbelievable timing.I shopped around for weeks for a good deal and nobody came close to the deal Crash Bros offered me (about 65% their lowest competitor)! The team s paint experts do an unbelievable job too.Please trust Jeff at Crash Bros to make an awful situation a little easier. I m so glad my fender bender didn t force me to be a heavy spender!

HIGHLY Recommend Crash Brothers. Ashley has been nothing but courteous and professional. In our first experience, our bumper had been backed into with a truck hitch and left a really deep dent. I called, spoke with Ashley, she gave me a very reasonable quote, and I had my car back in three days. The work was immaculate.The second time we were rear ended on the 30 and the damage was pretty significant. So glad we had Ashley, she dealt with a disorganized insurance company, and even with all the damage, our car was ready within a reasonable time frame.For further reference: My husband, who has restored and shown cars, thinks their work is phenomenal.When we took the same car to our Toyota dealership for sensor recalibration (something Crash Brothers can't do), they commented on how good the work was and asked who did the work.

I had a front bumper get torn. Crash replaced it a very fair price and did the work when they said they would do it. Then I pulled it back on a parking curb a little and they adjusted it at no charge. Very nice honest people.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a phenomenal experience at Crash Brothers. My vehicle was hit from behind and now looks brand new. Jeff and all the excellent workers here helped make the process seamless. They were incredibly friendly, prompt and reliable. I appreciated their willingness to help make the process as easy for me as possible. Jeff worked to keep me in the loop through every step and was able to empower me to make more knowledgable decisions. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Fort Worth area!

I don't even know where to begin, I worked with Jeff the owner from day one about getting my car into the shop. My experience here was absolutely the EASIEST. It wasn't stressful at all. I had to get a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop, making this easy for me, Crash Brothers met me there (Enterprise) to pick up my car and take it back to the shop. I got updates on my vehicle the entire time it was in their hands. When my vehicle was done they delivered my car to me at Enterprise. My car looked brand new, they even detailed the inside and it smelled amazing. I am very impressed with the work and will be a returning customer in the future if need be. Defitnetly a recommend, and good people.

I am glad I found Craig, Ashley, and their crew because they did a fantastic job with my SUV. I had some major hail damage and they had it done in less than a week and it looks better than new. Ashley was prompt and over delivered on all her promises and service. If you have damage, get a quote from Crash Brothers and let them take care of you.

Our Tahoe was involved in an accident. When I got the car back the front end is still broken, the paint was running down the door, I cannot open the door from the inside, the grill was the wrong color, the headlight does not fit, the bumper is falling off. There are mechanical issues as well. My insurance paid for it to be repaired but still needed more repair. Very disappointed in the work.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I had a deep scratch on the front bumper. Preselected a few places based on reviews, and only crash brothers answered my email. Sent them a picture, got a quote right back, and took my car there. No surprises, done in the timeframe indicated, for the price quoted. Looks great. Good communications and good quality work.

They kept my son's car for almost two months. He bought all the parts needed to repair his vehicle and they just let it sit there. For a whole week they told him the car would be ready on the day he would call and it never was. My son went to pick it up, but it was all taken apart just sitting there. He finally had to have it towed to another location. The other business had the car two days and repaired it.Service: Body & Trim

I backed into a concrete pillar in a parking lot while looking at a cute dog at Starbucks. It was a Sunday, and I emailed this company. Craig responded in probably 10 minutes, quoted me and told me to bring it in first thing the next day. They did an awesome job, are so responsive, keep you informed on the progress and I highly recommend them!

Seriously cannot thank these guys enough! I had some body damage to my 4runner that needed repair and was super stressed out about it. Every one was so professional and didn't make me feel like I was getting ripped off or conned into getting repairs done at their shop. They treated my suv like their own and I am so grateful! They fixed it up quick and gave it back to me as good as new!

My God where do I begin....first I ll start off by saying in the beginning they were nice and said that they would send us pictures throughout the process which they barley did. Our truck was at the shop for almost a month just for it to not come out looking the way it should have, the paint job was horrible they did not buff it correctly and left round streaks. We asked for them to fix it and they did but it was too much of a hassle with the back and forth and kept getting a lot of excuses the whole experience was terrible not what I expected. I suggest you think twice about coming here because for one they don t open Saturdays and withhold your vehicle for a long period of time just for it to not be what you expected.

I had a small dent in the trunk of my Land Rover, no bigger than 2 inches in diameter and I requested they remove the dent and then paint the trunk. Looks like they put filler in the dent and just did a terrible job sanding it down because if you look right next to the where the dent was, you can see the metal is uneven and not a level surface at all. Furthermore, they taped up my trunk to paint it and now there is tape residue under the paint on my trunk that I am now having to have fully repainted and fixed by another autobody company. There is also chipped paint on the back of the trunk and the lady so kindly said to give her a call the following week to come back in and get it touched up, but then she proceeded to dodge my 5 phone calls and now I am just stuck with this mess. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Unresponsive.Service: Body & Trim
