These guys are family-owned. They saved me when my Discovery Sport stalled. They found the issue, fixed it, and didn't even charge me a dime b/c it was a quick fix. (The hose to the turbo popped off)I couldn't believe how professional, honest, kind, and knowledgeable they were. No more dealerships for me! I'll be coming back for life!God bless you Josh, Sam, and team!Hash

I very much appreciate the professionalism of Sam and the rest of his staff, they get the job done quickly, great communication, and even more so- didn t try to rip off a young girl which is incredibly hard to find these day when dealing with vehicles. Will definitely be going back!

Took our Range Rover here for the first time for a routine service. Can t say enough good things. The service was less than half the cost of the dealership. They both washed the outside of the car and delivered the car back to our house. (We live a couple miles from them). Fantastic customer service, communication and quality of service.

I recently had my first awesome experience at Cowtown motors. A family member of mine had used Cowtown for a Mercedes and BMW in the past, and last week (11/18/21), I brought my Mercedes in for the the very first time.Cowtown was amazingly professional, nice to talk to, and incredibly fast on the service. I called them in the morning and brought my car in for an unscheduled appointment. I brought some parts I had purchased myself, and they had no issue using them. Even more so, one of the bulbs I brought wasn't correct, and they replaced it from their own stock without charging me a single cent for it! They've definitely made a customer for life. While I'm sure they can't give away parts to everyone who walks through the door, I was blown away by the experience.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Sam and Josh are simply the best. I recently bought a 2002 Range Rover, which had the usual head gasket, ABS, and leaking problems. After calling around all three area Land Rover dealerships, taking it to two separate shops, and calling at least six more indies, I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. All the others were either inexperienced or were going to charge me over $7,000 for the repairs.When I finally found Cowtown Rover, Sam not only diagnosed the issues within minutes, he offered to fix a few additional preventive maintenance items for a whole package deal significantly cheaper than the rest. He even offered to drop me off at home and picked me up when the car was ready (over 30 minutes each way). When my car was ready for pickup, he found a few more issues pertaining to bad relays, and he just fixed those as part of my deal without additional cost.Sam and Josh truly care about their customers. They saved me a boat load of money and gave me something even more valuable: peace of mind. I can drive my beautiful machine knowing that it's in great shape, my family is safe, and that I got the best deal in town from the most experience Land Rover mechanics anywhere in the world.Thank you, Sam and Josh! You guys are way better than the competition, and I will tell everyone to see you, no matter what car they drive.

New to the Range Rover family, and I must say, Josh is awesome! He went above and beyond. Price was extremely reasonable, and the time in the shop was less than anticipated. I have dealt with Cowtown Rover for many years & have always had a great experience. Recently had all flood, spot & headlights changed to LED's; installation of new hoses; and, the replacement of the radiator on my 1997 Defender 90. They are not in the auto, repair shop, or mechanic business. They are in the customer service business...although they are great at all of those. They gave us the best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced. We ll never take our car anywhere else. Josh was an amazing person to work with. Sam and Josh at Cowtown Rover are awesome! My 2011 RR HSE had a water pump issue and they had it fixed within 24 hours. They took care of everything with my extended warranty and made it very easy. These guys are Land Rover experts and I wouldn't take mine anywhere else!

Expect the best, receive the best. Cowtown Rover brought my Discovery back to life at a cost that was more than fair. Sam is truly more interested in satisfying his customer's needs than making every dollar he can.If going to a repair shop can be enjoyable, this is the place to go to.

It's always challenging when a girl takes her car to a shop, at least for me. I've always felt taken advantage of, and my car(s) seemed to just go downhill after each "shop visit", so needless to say it's never been exciting for me. However... at Cowtown Rover I was taken care of and never felt slighted in the least and my car feels young again!Josh is a gem, he is patient and he goes the extra mile. He is genuine, personable, & thorough and I've seen him interact the same W all customers. Props to the owner Sammy, for creating an auto repair shop "where everyone knows your name" Cheers!!

My first experience with Cowtown Rover was before I even officially became a customer. I stopped in as I was driving by to ask a question about my LR3's electrical issue. Where most shops will ask you to pay a diagnostic fee, all three of the technicians on duty came out and attacked my truck without hesitation. After that experience, I was sold. This is the only place I will bring my quirky Land Rover to for service and repairs from here on out. I cannot say enough good things about the laid back culture found at Cowtown Rover.

I had a non functioning headlight on my bmw 645 and the headlight bulb was good. I got 2 bids for different places... one for over 1600.00$ and another for 2300.00$!! Took it to these guys and they fixed it in a couple of hours for just over 200.00$! They knew exactly how to fix the specific problem and not just replace the whole assembly which was not necessary. I am so stoked I found these guys!

Disclaimer: This business is owned by friends of my family.I have had my car in numerous times over the last few years for repairs. Generally, they do a good job; however, there have been times I've had to go back in for the same thing to be fixed within a few months of the original repair. Their specialty is Rovers and not Kias, but you would think repairs would be the same.It is sometimes difficult to get in and out of their parking area. It is small and there is not much room to maneuver when the lot is full. You also have to pull out onto Vickery which can be difficult during high traffic times.

Cowtown Rover is the best - ethical, and really try to keep costs down when that is your goal - and RR repairs are famously expensive. Sam and his brother are well-mannered family men. Their courtesy rides to your home or work in the neighborhood are much appreciated! (....and kids of all ages will appreciate the gargantuan longhorn steer in the front!)

I had a flat in the parking lot of Mi Cocinas . I m not a customer of Cowtown Rover but I DEFINITELY WILL be going forward. Josh CAME to my window and OFFERED to change my flat. ( who does this anymore ??) He changed it and insisted I follow him to the shop to check the other tires and put air in them. This is how the world used to be and it made my heart happy to know there are still good MEN out there willing to take their time to help a stranger in need. COWTOWN ROVER is about caring for people, customer service and getting you back on the road SAFELY . Thank you Sam and Josh !

Excellent service, I highly recommend them. They explain everything the repair the time it'll take to repair it and the cost involved. We will not take our Rover anywhere else but Cowtown Rover.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Gave me a rundown on what is needed for my initial repair, gave me an idea on what I would need moving forward and an estimate in more than reasonable prices. A must visit before you go anywhere else.
