Definitely rude. Nine hundred dollars later, the truck sounds "funny" ( it's having a hard time idling). But the kicker is what I saw. This is what I saw after picking up the truck for a pm:That's crazy.

The shop manager is extremely nice and on top of what's going on around his shop and seems to me that he keeps it flowing pretty smoothly! I will say its one of the best semi truck shops that i have been too! Good semi shops are hide to find these days!!

When you show up here for something as simple as a pm service. They just tell you it ain t gonna happen today but with an attitude, good luck getting new customers

Try to get a commercial inspection with them and they lie to straight to my face saying I need more insurance coverage which was a complete lie

Rick in the service department was very helpful they weren't able to complete the repairs to my air conditioning before they close however they did have one of their employees give me a ride home!
