I do not recommend. Initially, I was quoted 300$ over the phone to replace my knock sensors. When I got there and they looked at the car, now it was 430$. We went ahead and went through with it because the owner and yaya said they could do a good job and get it done next day. We come back next day and they tell us they broke the purge valve, so we had to also buy the part and drop it off to them and the car wouldn t be ready for another day now. We also bought the knock sensors ourselves for them to replace it to save them and us time. Afterwards the next day rolls around and they tell us the car is ready, took it on a test drive and seemed okay, but when we went to look/ examine the car, Clips and other parts on the car were broken, parts were not tightened down fully and there was no radiator fluid in the car anymore. ( I will post pictures of parts that were broken that were not before) Mind you my boyfriend is a mechanic but did not want to take on the job of doing the knock sensors so we had someone do it for us this time so we could relax but We ended up having to take the car to another mechanic to diagnose the car and tell us what we needed to fix now. I will be getting my money back and will not go here again. These people lack honesty, and integrity in their work and might want to think about new staffing. To be honest, I m afraid that the knock sensors might not have been replaced correctly but that is still to be found out.

Had a great experience with Yaya today. He was very patient when answering my many questions and thoroughly explained all my options. He worked quickly while I waited and also topped off my tires. Definitely happy with cost of labor and parts.

Stopped by Cousins auto because I thought I needed my axle replaced, turns out it wasn't necessary! I appreciate Yaya & his guy for taking the time to figure out what's wrong with my car instead of jumping to what I said like any other shop would have! Thank you for your patience commitment fixing my car!

Came in to get an alignment and really appreciated the great customer service. Once it was done I appreciated the fact that they thoroughly explained the printout as well. Also the fact that they have a 30day warranty in the service. Will be coming back for all future needs.

I have been going to cousins auto for almost 4 months now for all my cars alignments, oil changes, brakes changes, and AC maintenance and i should say the place is amazing with experienced workers, fully recommended!

I took my Honda Pilot to this location the front tires were shaking I told them they said it s because of tires all the tires were completely new they recommend me to change my tires I trade all my new tires with used tires with I also I gave them $100 dollars too they said if it s shaking you can come back and take your new tires I drove the car the shaking was the same as before after few days when I went back their was the guy the name of Yahya when I told hey it s still shaking he told me it was not my cousin his name was Fawad that he told you to change your tires I told him it s your shop you both work together he said he is not working anymore here you have to talk with him I don t care he took my four new tires with $100 and gave me four used one I recommend everyone that they shouldn t have to go on this place because they are lyre and they don t even know about the care either from my side zero star

Este mensaje es para el due�o quien siempre ha Sido honesto y me ha dado trabajos a buena satisfacci�n por eso regresaba constantemente. Acabo de ir para una reparacion de 2 soportes del motor y cambio de una manguera y no estabas me atendi� la otra persona que es de Puebla. Hicimos el trato para reparar de lo cual se me hizo algo caro pero lo aprove, porque ya me hab�an hecho buenos trabajos, cuando regrese este encargo era la persona m�s d�spota y grosera, el estaba arreglando su camioneta personal, y no me entregaba las llaves de mi vehiculo, tuve que ir por ella y la sorpresa que la camioneta empez� a meter humo del motor a la cabina y me dijo que ten�a que reparar la polea del cigue�al..!! La llevas a arreglar y te la descomponen. La queja no es con el due�o al contrario, pero solo te aconsejo que tengas cuidado a las personas que dejas encargado porque no reflejan el buen servicio y calidad personal que TU si das y no ellos en tu ausencia.
