I like Costco, I ve been getting tires from them for a long time, and I ve always been pleased. That being said, their communication is not the best.They had to order tires for me, they said it would be in the next day and they would call me when they came in. The next day I never received a call from them, so I finally went into the store in the afternoon and the lady said oh yeah, they came in this morning . She takes my car back and said it ll take an hour to an hour and a half. 3 hours later and still nothing. So I call them, and the man on the phone said oh yes, it s been done . When I mentioned that I never received a call, he just brushed it off as one of those things that happens. But based on other reviews, it happens quite a lot.

Their service is OK but they have really poor communication. I definitely need to work on communication skills as well as answering the phone, emails and returning calls.

The folks who are charged with telling you your camber, caster, toe, shocks or other suspension components are the problem to avoid having to back a warranty claim were likely dealing churros and pizza last week at the snack bar. Discount Tire will get my business from now on.

It always takes an hour to have your tires installed, rotated and/or balanced but the prices are great, the tire quality is good and they rotate/balance tires for free when you buy your tires there.

I have traded with the Costco tire center for many years and have bought several sets of tires but the slender extremely young person that waited on me this time stretched my patience to the max. If this experience is a post Covid new norm I will be shopping elsewhere. Chris is very knowledgeable and has helped me in the past however this person was forgetful, seemed to hurry from one person to the next but disappeared often. He paid the gentlemen more attention and offered little explanation and Customer Service to me or other females whether intentional or not. Speedy tire near me was able to fix the issue and help at a reasonable price.

I got a nail in a tire. Figured it was time to replace my tires. So I went to Costco and got all four new tires. I asked them to put the best tire on the spare because I just came back from a long stay in the Mojave Desert.A little while later I got a flat. So I took my spare and changed my flat. The tire they put on was the tire with the nail in it, and the nail was still in it.I went back to say something and they just Shrugged and said there was nothing they can do because it was an old Tire. No help, no concern, just a smug look.I would recommend that yellow building off of Camp Bowie with the used tires before I recommend this place.

Bought my new set of tires and they let me know when they arrived and installed them in 40 min. Fast and easy. Love their service. I won't go anywhere else for my tires.

I purchased tires here and one of the sales advantages was lifetime rotation. Unfortunately every time I try to get that done it is a minimum of 2 hour wait. Friday morning there was a line of about 10 customers, only one clerk and each time he had to run out the back door to look at he vehicle, it took forever. Then he came back in and said it would now be a minimum of 2 hours, and they just opened. So don't count on getting much timely service here. I went to an independent, got the oil changed, rotation and a mechanical check all in less than an hour. Obviously understaffed or poorly motivated employees here.

We picked up a great big piece of steel while 70 miles away from home. The guys worked us in and were able to repair our tire quickly while we got some shopping done. Thank you so much for your quick help!

Fast and efficient... if there's not too many people ahead of you! They open at 10 and there's usually at least one customer waiting there when they open. But they do take reservations for times after Noon. You have to make reservations at least a day in advance. They usually have a promotion going on for either Michelin or Bridgestone, so if you have time wait for one of these promotions. Even without the promotions, their prices are competitive and their warranty is included in the price. They also have car and boat batteries, but do not do installation on these. Also, you can just pull up to the bays anything and they'll fill your tires with air, if you bought them there.

First time having a bad experience with Costco Tire Center at this location, bought Michelin tires and keep all rotation as they recommended, and suddenly I spot chipped off rubber all around the tires. Stop this evening and after all inspection the technician told me that the truck is misaligned , so eyeballed and right away with no machine he resolved that my car has misalignment... just to NOT to cover any warranty...warranty that Costco claim to the tires manufacturers, and also he refused to rotate my tires because the condition of the tires. That employee believe he is the owner of Costco Tire Center.CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT!Mark A. has a long way to go to change that CULTURE...

I have gone to Costco for years and always bought my tires here because I saved some money and a believed that they provided better service than most tire shops. I was wrong. I had my brakes done and they found that the lug nuts had been tightened for too much on one wheel and the lug but actually snapped off because of this when they were taking the tires off. I had also been taking my car into Costco for then to rotate the tires every now and then and the brake guys also noticed that the tires had never been rotated. I figure that Costco noticed that they couldn't get the tire off without breaking th lugs and they didn't want to fix their mistake so they kept lying to me saying that they were rotating th tires when they didn't. It ended up costing a few hundred dollars to fix the lugs as the wheel assembly had to be taken apart to replace them. So, not only did Costco overtighten the lugs but they then tried to cover it up by pretending to rotate my tires over the next several months. I am extremely disappointed and angry because I trusted Costco more than I would trust another shop and they lied to me multiple times. I will never go back to Costco for tires again.

Great customer service and pricing. Got me in same day as walk-in and helped walk me through entire process of buying and installing 4 new tires with specials and ratings.

It's a busy location so the wait time may get long, but there is only so much they can do with 3 service bays. The technicians here are always friendly and professional. I recommend getting an appointment, it will speed things up.

It is only worth going if you can get an appointment ahead of time. I waited four and a half hours for a tire rotation that I was told would take two and a half hours.

They don't put tires on where you tell them to, and then want you to pay again to do it like you asked to begin with.. I returned my 2 tires and went down the road where they listen to the customers request... The other place gave me a discount and I ended up with 4 tires and a new tire company!!
