I ve been going to this Costco tire center for a long time and every time I go in the Manger Josh has been completely rude and unprofessional. If the other Costco wasn t so far from me I would go there because he makes every interaction with a customer feel like they are unwanted, bothering him, and like he has better things to do. I understand being busy but it is very unprofessional for a MANGER to yell at customers. His bad attitude towards customers is getting out of hand.

Called the tire center to see what the wait time was and told it s a two hour wait to get in just to have my car serviced! Wish they had away so I could ve gotten in to get new tires, can t do the two hour wait.

We've only had positive experiences with the tire center at Costco. They are always helpful and have a quick turn around time. The road hazard warranty is honestly the best. I've bought tires at other places and I always get the run around when it's time to utilize the warranty. Not here. I always recommend Costco Tire Center to friends and family. They have sales all the time too.

I left very satisfied. I had a bent wheel and got a direct replacement from elsewhere and the costco team was able to install it for me while installing new tires. What I really appreciated was that they installed the center cap from the old wheel to the new one without me asking. Brandon did a good job helping out.

These guys and girls are amazing! The best customer service I have ever experienced while purchasing and having my tires installed. Josh and the rest of the team are truly a prize! Costco is blessed to have such a stand up team that focuses on honesty, integrity and doing the job to the very best of their abilities. I will remain a loyal customer and feel confident referring everyone I know. May God bless you all!

Had one of my tires aired up with nitrogen (pretty nice btw), but the worker either did not put the valve cap back on or screw on tight enough because it s the only one that s missing. Pretty annoyed since it was part of a special set that came with the car.

Only place to get tires or batteries for our vehicles. Use nitrogen for tires and have self-service stations for your tires when you're light comes on.

I had my tires rotated and balanced. This tire center did not reset my tire sensors which left a tire monitor warning signal on my vehicle flashing. I went back and tire center employee Cole said that they couldn't reset it. I won't come back to this Costco tire center. Never had this issue at other Costco tire centers. The dealership of my vehicle said the tire center should of reset the sensor.

They have good prices, but the wait is terrible. We took the car in to get the rotation done and were told it would be over three hours. There's always a long line at the desk inside and they never have more than one person behind the counter. Even if you schedule in advance, I usually end up taking vacation leave in order to get it done.
