I've taken my car to get serviced here a few times and the service has always been superb. I'm able to get a convenient appointment easily and they inform me how long my service/repairs will take. If they need the car for an extended amount of time, they offer shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up. I feel comfortable with the recommendations they make because they show you what your car needs via pictures or videos and wait for you to approve the work. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and informative. Their waiting area is ample, clean, comfortable and set up for you to work if that is what you need to do while you wait. I trust that they provide good service and quality work.

This place is fabulous!Unfortunately I was there for 2 days while having my vehicle worked on, during this time so many return customers came in to have minor work to vehicle inspections done and without fail each one said these guys are the best or I won t take my car anywhere else .I watched each employee treat everyone with kindness, respect and a smile, I ve never been to any other place like this Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for all that you did to my vehicle!

This was my first time taking my vehicle to a Christian Brothers facility for service.I had the best experience because the visit was prompt, painless, fairly priced, and the team was very professional.I also appreciated the shuttle service that allowed me to go work at a nearby coffee shop while my vehicle was being serviced. It made things very convenient for me.

Just recently had my first experience with Christian Brothers automotive, super friendly people, however, I asked them to rotate my tires and check one particular tire that seems to be showing low on the dash from time to time, as you can see from the pictures I found this two days later and the tire were not rotated, I had to return to have them rotated.They are extremely expensive.

Love this place. We went somewhere else first and they couldn't get our car hood unstuck after a slight accident created an issue. We ended up at Christian Brothers Automotive. They were able to take care of us right away. They got the hood unstuck and did an oil change. They made it so the car hood could open and close properly as well. They had us out the door quickly and for a reasonable price. Clean, friendly environment. We will be back.

I am having vibration issues on my car. i took it to christian brothers and the service advisor, Josh took a test drive and told me he didn't think the vibration is too bad and advised me to take it to the dealership since he don't have the exact make and model to compare the ride quality. i wasn't charged a dime and when i gave a tip to Josh, he politely declined that as well. They could have suggested me to do a full diagnosis of the car and take money from me but they felt its not necessary. I appreciate the honesty of Josh and his team.

My daughter bought her first new-used car, and we brought it here for inspection. Sandy was incredibly kind and helpful. We put everything in my daughter s name, and Sandy explained the process to her and asked if she had any questions. The mechanics explained the details of what they found, which was nothing big. We felt good about our purchase and have peace of mind that she has a safe vehicle. The inside of the building/waiting area is beautiful, nothing like I ve seen before. my boyfriend went for an OIL CHANGE on a TOYOTA. simplest service on the simplest car. I guess they didn t cap it though so now there s oil all over our garage. the garage is likely ruined forever. the car is undriveable. everywhere is closed tomorrow (the 4th of July) so we can t even get this fixed if we wanted to not to mention all the safety hazards this brings on. we had the courtesy inspection. we got the state inspection. we did everything possible to allow them to have caught this and they didn t. everyone there seemed nice enough but to overlook such a simple thing is honestly terrifying. what else are they overlooking?edited to add: (photos attached) they forgot to put the cap back on!!! ITS RIGHT THERE! you can see where they left it. we drove this home. absolutely take your business elsewhere, this proves how careless they are!changed review from 1 to 3 because this still shouldn t have ever happened. the mechanic should know to cover the thing they re working on. the courtesy inspection should ve caught this. the state inspection should ve caught this. however, the owner did call us as close to 8AM on what should be their day off (4th of July), towed the car to the shop, fixed it, cleaned our garage, etc. so that s incredible. as mentioned yesterday: everyone we interacted with is super nice, but niceness doesn t excuse carelessness and for that I m still afraid to go back. I would just say if you do go here (because let s be real this is hopefully a one off) just check your car if possible before driving off the lot.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Christian Brothers, especially this location. I ve had to come here for a variety of reasons (perks of having a Jeep) and they solve it every time. There was even an incident where I had to have a panel replaced on my interior door and Johnson went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Shaun most recently helped me and he was very kind and patient with me. My whole family uses this location for their car needs because of how great they are. I will continue coming here for all my car needs! Oh, and they offer a shuttle service, super big perk! Thanks Christian Brothers!

I always recieve fantastic customer service here! They communicate everything well, go above and beyond, and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. The chairs in the waiting area are also incredibly comfortable.

I was very happy with my experience here. I am hesitant to take my vehicle anywhere for maintenance and repairs. Shawn helped me and was very informative and really helped me understand my cars needs and didn't just throw prices at me. We will be referring everyone to this location. Thanks again.

I had to get towed there since my car wouldn't start in the morning. I called ahead and was greeted so nicely when I got there. The staff was professional, courteous, kept me up to date with my car's status. Explained clearly what needed to be done and was given a fair estimate. Work was done only after I approved repairs. Shuttle to and from location. Very happy with the work that was done. Will definitely be going back for my repairs and maintenance.

I was so happy with my very detailed diagnostics. it told me everything I needed to know about my car. Selecting the services that was needed was very easy and even had the prices next to it. Fixing my car was very fast and brief left with no issues extremely happy about my service. Everything was 10/10.

I've never been to an auto shop with such friendly and helpful service. I set up an appointment and got my vehicle inspected. It took 15 minutes! Everyone I spoke to was nice and informative regarding what I needed. I used to go out of my way to Valvoline all the time but got tired of the long waits and inconsistent service. This is my new place. It was shockingly clean and the waiting room was super cozy. I would feel comfortable going here for ALL my car needs.

Christian Brothers Automotive at Alliance is a superior run auto repair facility. The guys are courteous, service is timely, and communication is fantastic! I will continue to have all my cars serviced here. I had a reservation at a competitor. I called to verify. I showed up and they couldn t facilitate what I needed. I called Christian Brothers and asked if they could get me in. I was there in 10 minutes, back on the road in 30 with prompt, helpful service. I am officially a Christian Brothers convert!

first time customer and guaranteed return as well as recommender...is that a word? lol... great customer service over the phone and in person. state inspection too maybe 40 minutes with text message alerts throughout.clean, well priced, friendly.

I ve always experienced fair and friendly service fromChristian Brothers and this location is no exception. They ve offered me 1/2 price coupon to Kid Mania (there s one in the parking lot) for days when I have my toddler along and it ll be a longer wait.

Very professional employees - the atmosphere in the waiting area is very peaceful.They took care of my vehicle and notified me with a text link of the service completion with details of the issue and additional things that would eventually need attention.

Everything was phenomenal. I came in and they helped me out in a timely manner. They gave me updated info of my car by text while I was at work. I had to go back to work and my car was worked on and done right at my lunch break! Brought my ford escape in because the skid plate under the engine was hanging off. They took a look at it and found that it was just a couple of screws that had fallen out. It only took them 15 minutes and they didn t even end up charging me for it since it was an easy fix. Will always bring my car here from now on!

Went for alignment referal. Kind, courteous staff who educated me on my vehicles needs. Comfortable waiting environment and courtesy shuttle for longer repairs.Had one issue which was resolved upon request. I will continue to use them for all maitenence and repairs in the future. Everyone was professional and organized, as soon as my vehicles inspected I was sent a detailed report, including the photos and videos. The service was completed within the timeframe I was given, and I was even able to pay for my phone before I arrived to make the check out process quick & easy.

My wife's A/C had a hole in the high pressure line due to chaffing against a bracket. Normally, I am able to accomplish most vehicle maintenance myself due to my career as an aircraft mechanic. However, in this case, I did not have the required tooling to complete the job in full. So, this is the first time I have taken any of my vehicles to a local shop.Christian Brothers Automotive performed a detailed inspection of my entire vehicle and reported findings, which were divided into levels of urgency, with descriptions, pictures and videos. I was pleasantly surprised how thorough the report was and found the format to be similar to the report I received during my home inspection. It definitely instills a feeling that they take pride in their work.After reviewing the report you're able to accept or decline any of the listed items. This is where I was at a crossroad. As I stated earlier, normally I perform my own vehicle maintenance. However, with two small children, a full time job, and a wife that works full time... finding an opportunity in my schedule just isn't the same as it used to be. Based on the level of detail in the report, I elected to have the additional work accomplished. Honestly, it was nice to be able to trust a shop to take the burden off my shoulders so I could focus on other things.In the end, the work was completed in a timely manner with excellent communication throughout the entire process. I am happy to have found a shop such as this one and have already recommended their services to coworkers. Christians Brothers helped me put my headlight bulbs in my car after they finally both had gone out that same morning. I had been waiting to change them both at the same time and was waiting until both went out completely because they are expensive lol. Christian Brothers was open and available for me to swap some out that I bought on EBay after I got off work. I called after work, went straight in, and was out pretty quickly seeing that I was a walk in. I ve heard good things about the company which is why I called y all.
