Randy Leslie and his tech took great care of my vehicle and got me back on the road in such a timely manner. Their service dept was responsive and quick to assess my issue and schedule drop off time. Randy listened to my concerns and determined the part was covered under warranty. I didn t have to use my extended warranty and wasn t out of pocket for the repair. I got my car back in less than a week while other dealers wouldn t even allow me to drop it off for 10-14 days to be looked at much less repaired. I will be back to this service department for future repairs.

Extremely frustrated with the service department. Made an appointment to service my mother's car air-conditioning and specifically told them that. Only to arrive for them to say the car could sit for 2 weeks before they could research the issue. Those are important details that should be told and confirmed before the appointment is made.

Don t take your vehicle if you have anything aftermarket.I took my vehicle for electric diagnostic. Was told it needed to be returned to factory to be able to diagnose correctly, since I had aftermarket head lights and stereo.I was still charged the diagnostic even though the problem wasn t found. It cost me the diag fee, and I still don t know what s wrong with my vehicle. The aftermarket headlights are visible, wish I was informed that before I left the vehicle for 3 days.

Quote "we have to hold onto your vehicle for 3 weeks, because that's how we keep track of who is next in line" give me a ticket!I've had 8 chevy's this is my last one. You guys have been backed up for months, don't tell me your cars don't have quality issues.

It was an okay experience. We were just disappointed that we had to bring our vehicle back twice to get the problem rectified. Only if the service people would have listened to what we needed. That was why we took it to the dealership. I give them an 8 out of 10. A little pricier than we wanted. However you get quality hopefully when you take it to the dealership

I asked for my truck to be cleaned which I payed for, they claimed they clean the interior but my seats were covered in dirt from their employees just getting in your vehicle all dirty and they they guy attending me didn't bother to see what all my truck needs. Tried selling me on getting my transmission flushed, like seriously man if you just look youll see it got done her a few months ago, instead of just pushing sales how about you provide a good service

Typical Chevy service. Better than Ford, but is just average overall. 1 hour for an oiil change and tire rotation, with an appointment

Its a shame that we bought the car in Burleson but they don't have time to fix a manufacturer default. When is money and sales going to stop being an excuse for service and quality. Thank you Burce Lowry for being real.

After taking my Buick Envision to other service centers and not finding a a solution to the high speed death wobble , Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet accurately diagnosed the problem as a defective steering gear box.
