I reached out to Bill at the Car Care Center last week and described the issue I was having with my 2016 F150. The rear end was leaking and I believed it to be a bad pinion seal. Bill was straight forward in explaining how he would approach the problem, and gave me a rough estimate on labor cost. There was no "diagnostic fee" like other shops wanted to charge to look at an issue that was clearly visible. Between that and Bill's clear understanding of the repair, he earned my business. I dropped my truck off on a Monday morning and they had it turned around in two days time. Bill completed the service at a great cost, with great service. None of the typical B.S. you get from other shops - just honest work. I would most definitely recommend going to Bill and the Car Care Center with any automotive repairs, they were outstanding to work with.

Larry was amazing. He helped me and my bf after we noticed an oil leak coming from the car. He had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming to him. Very helpful especially since we aren t from the Fort Worth area.

Great guys Mr. Bill and Mr. Larry. They will explain what's going on with your car like you are an intelligent adult, they charge a fair price for the work, and they treat you well. Called in for a water pump job on a Hellcat and was told I don t want to do it. Being turned down for business and was rushed on the phone and seemed as if I was bothering them to inquire on this job. Wouldn t recommend going here, it s obvious they re lazy and/or incapable mechanics.

The guys at Car Care Center are GREAT!!! I have been going to them for years; since I bought my 2009 KIA brand new. It has been very mechanically sound, in part with going to Car Care anytime something needs to be done. With them & how well I take care of my car, I may get another 14 years out of my 2009 KIA! My most recent experience was with my inspection. They couldn't pass me with a crack in my tail light cover. Bill helped me find & helped me order a replacement online; which was a HUGE help to me. Saved me over a hundred dollars buying one via ebay vs buying a new one. When it came in (which it looked new), Bill installed it & did the inspection. Thanks Car Care!! PS-I first went to them years ago, when I 1st needed something done with my car (can't remember what) because they gave me the lowest quote on the repair. I have had nothing but Excellent service and care from Bill and Larry. I have been a customer too many years to remember how many. These men are honest, reliable and helpful. I have told them a few times that they are not allowed to retire, ever. These guys are great. Had taken my truck to another shop and was told I needed $3700 Worth of repairs. Ended up spending 1500 for a new computer I found out (thanks to Bill here at Car Care) I didn't even need to begin with. Took my vehicle to these guys because problem was fixed from other shop. Bill found a burnt wiring harness and changed it out for a fraction of what I already had spent and what do you know?? Problem solved. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Absolutely fantastic!!!These gentlemen are the epitomy of professionalism.Bill replaced my serpentine belt,water pump,a couple hoses and an electrical connection.He even threw in a few extras like cleaning my coolant and power steering reservoirs so I can better monitor fluid levels.All for an extremely affordable price.These guys are worth their weight in gold.Highly recommended.Services: Electrical repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

We have been using Bill and Larry for about 6 years now and have been through some cars during that time. I highly recommend them - they are the BEST and most HONEST guys I have ever dealt with. They are what mechanics should be - hard working, great at their skill, timely, professional, and very reasonably priced. They will not up-sell you or take advantage of you. They communicate during the job with what is going on, update us on time frames, and have always treated us right on costs. These guys are awesome. They are honest and have the customers best interest in mind. I know when I go to them I am know I can trust they are not just trying to get money out of me.I took my car to another shop and they were trying to replace a part for nearly $1,500. I came to Car Care and they took care of me for a fraction of the price!

I have been going to Car Care Center for over twenty years. Sometimes my repairs seem a bit expensive, but that is how it goes with older cars. I have always found Larry and Bill to be reliable and Trustworthy.

We have been using Bill and Larry for almost 20 years now and cant say enough good things about them. We recently had a diagnostic done at another shop since we were out of town and they quotes us $1500 + for repair. Bill was able to complete the repair for under $200 explaining that what they were going to replace items that were not needed. These guys are the BEST. They have taken care of all of my cars for over 20 years. I've never been rich, and have always driven older cars. These guys have NEVER let me down. They are thorough, competent and fair. As long as they are open, I will use their valuable service.

Had engine code and wouldn't pass inspection. Took my vehicle in and it was repaired the same day and he ran a test and said it will now pass inspection. Honest work at a fair price. Veteran owned and over 30 years experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our family has been using Bill & Larry as our mechanics for upwards of 30 years. They not only fix the issues that bring us to them, but also identify other issues and make appropriate recommendations. Bill also is good at offering tips to keep your car running properly before you leave.

Each time I've taken my vehicle in, both gentlemen have tolerated all my questions and answered each and added MORE information than required. I"ve been VERY PLEASED with each time I have sought their help with my vehicle issues!! THANKS SO MUCH!!! I recommend Bill and Larry for auto issues, especially the LADIES!!! Larry and Bill are very knowledgeable and capable. The added bonus is that they are honest and straightforward.You will not regret using them.I moved 40 minutes away and still travel to them for the repairs I can't (or don't want to) do.

Honest, no nonsense, fixed right the first time auto repair shop. They also do inspections. Larry and Bill have been in business in the same spot for over 30 years--they are doing something right!

The best place in the entire state to have your vehicle worked on. One of the very few truly honest, reliable and accomplished businesses in any market. You always feel like you are getting treated fair and honest when working with these guys. Highly recommended!

When I took my Nissan Cube to the dealership because it wouldn't pass inspection, they said I needed a new Catalytic Comverter which was going to cost $1,500-$2,000. This alarmed me because my car had only 100k miles on it which seemed too soon to need something like that. I called Bill at Car Car Center for a second opinion and he told me to bring it in so he could run his own diagnostic. Turns out, my catalytic converter was fine, I just needed to get my engine cleaned. He got me all fixed up, passed inspection and I was only out of pocket $125. Thanks Bill!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We had a vehicle inspected that failed. Upon returning for reinspection we were told that the technician is on vacation and cannot perform the reinspection until he returns. When I spoke with the shop owner he stated that the inspection service is contracted out you an individual and he has no control over it. I asked for a better resolution or refund and he claimed that the inspection business wasn't his it was just run in his shop. He offered no alternative solution and abruptly hung up on me mid conversation. Horrible business practice and lack of customer care.

Been going to this shop for over 20 years when needed. They are the most honest mechanics I know. Will call you when they need to do more work that is needed, not just do it and bill you.
