Great experience! Definitely recommend this location for repair work. This shop was able to repaint hood and buff out roof scratches and now looks brand new again! Thanks Mike! Great job to you and your team!

My wonderful experience was with Mike at the FTW location.My BMW 840 was rear-ended, causing mostly external damage. Initially, we planned for about a week to repair. After getting everything taken apart, we learned the damage had reached my transmission!! This caused the repair to take significantly longer while the transmission made it's way from Germany.During the entire repair, Mike kept me up to date and well informed. In fact, when I went to pick up the car, he noticed an important detail was not right, before me and called it out. I didn't even have to ask, he kept the car and when I finally picked up the car, it was and has been perfect!Mike and Caliber walk the walk when it comes to integrity and quality!I would recommend to anyone

Although I had to take my car back a couple times for a engine light coming on for repair. William worked diligently with my insurance to get any and all repairs done. The customer service out weighted the fact I had to take it back to begin with

The repair work on my car was very good. They even gave it a nice wash! The main thing they could have done better is schedule an appointment for the estimate in a timely manner. The location on Harmon Road was closest to me so I selected that one and the insurance company sent them the documentation. I called to set an estimate appointment and was told their earliest appointment was over a month away. WHY? So I called around to different locations and Caliber Collision on North Freeway got me in the following week. It only took 5 minutes to complete the estimate, and I was able to drop my car off for repairs the same week. Caliber Collision on Harmon caused unnecessary hassle in transferring insurance documents and finding an alternate location for repairs and deserves no stars whatsoever. However, Caliber Collision on North Freeway in Fort Worth gets 5 stars as they had excellent customer service and did a very nice job on the repairs.Service: Body & Trim

This is a one star review only because I cannot give zero. We brought my car here for repairs after an accident, insurance ended up totaling the vehicle but with all the shady things they did surrounding my car at caliber collision we will never be giving them our business again. To start they cashed the (unendorsed) check with my name on it from my insurance company before ever looking at the car, they removed the front bumper from my car and placed it on an identical model without removing my license plates or even having permission to do so, after the car was totaled they would not refund the check they wrongfully cashed without being forced to do so.If you enjoy illegal activity surrounding your belongings I encourage you to give this company your business otherwise I would steer clear.Attached you will see a photo of my RED car on their lot with matched first and last on the license plate along with a photo of my car missing it s bumper and a photo of my RED bumper on a BLACK car.

Horrible quality. But it s alright they reassured me they could warranty the repairs for life when I picked up the car. Then all the mechanical issues surfaced after 9k dollars worth of repairs. The door was not aligned. They took my lug nuts and put Mis matched lug nuts. Squeaks the ac even growls and gurgles now. Paint work decent at best but the over spray and junk in the paint is really disappointing. The engine bay look like trash. They cut my main harness instead of pinning a new connector. My vehicle is worse off then when a deer hit it. Quality of the repair exceeds the worth of my once $30k 3 year old car. Once again taken by the automotive industry. But at least the service advisor was quick to waste my time. I will never let this facility touch this vehicle again.

Feel like I am starting to get the run around. State Farm sent me here 6 days ago for an appt with Cesar for a estimate on some minor front fender damage. He said it should take about 24 for them to process the estimate and it be available. Ive called and spoke to him and he has assured me it was done and he submitted it yet State Farm has not received it. State Farm has called them twice and said caliber told them it was locked it but now they are waiting for someone named Austin to submit it. Just frustrating when I was told this would take 24 hrs and now its almost a week later and nothing has been accomplished.

I have had a great experience with Caliber in the past, however recently not so much. I was involved in a major accident and needed Caliber badly, not only does my insurance like them but I do as well. When we called, our favorite and closest location didn't answer, we called the second closest and they accepted the car. We called back to the closest and they turned us away and then the other location said we were misinformed they too were full. We were repeat customers and offered nothing as an alternative. Very disappointing .

My husband was rear ended by an uninsured motorist while driving my car. What a mess! Caliber Collision repaired my Armada and made it look even better than new! My brake lights went out shortly after the repair was completed. I figured that it may be related to the repair - a wire came loose or something. I was wrong! It was the bulb. Caesar still helped me even though it was a completely unrelated issue! So incredibly kind! I had a light on for my wiper fluid and tire pressure - he fixed those as well. Wow! Talk about above and beyond service! I would 110% recommend this business! Well done, Caliber Collision!

Damage along the entire right side of the vehicle required a replacement of both doors. I was informed that repairs were complete, yet when I picked up the vehicle and took it up to highway speeds, there was unacceptable air noise at the door seal. Apparently, the vehicle was not test driven after repairs. Additionally, several parts were misaligned with noticeable gaps and steps. This required the vehicle to be dropped off for another set of days and after the rental car had been returned. Finally, it took several more weeks to obtain an exterior badge to complete the repair. In fareness, when I brought up these issues, they were satisfactorily resolved.

Awful. The main reason it was in was to repair a running light on the front of the vehicle. When they returned it to me, I did not notice at first, but the light was not attached and came loose with a simple touch. I had to return the car and burn another day for them to fix it properly. Poor quality control and inspection of repaired work. I will find another shop that does not waste my time in the future as apparently this one feels my time is valueless. They never apologized for my inconvenience. Note to management: Own what you do, admit you are wrong when you are and apologize.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my car in for a bumper replacement and the one put on was faulty and Lincoln said he would get another replacement to put on. Been waiting two months to be put on the schedule . Also had replacement done 3 years ago on quarter panel and paint job didn t match. Lincoln brought it up at pickup and said would get it fixed as well, but again, haven t received any correspondence in two months.

You won t find a better team to help you than the one at this Caliber Collision on N. Freeway. Caesar, Amy, Jenny, and a couple others I can t remember were absolute rockstars throughout this whole process. They dealt with our insurance directly so all we had to do was answer a couple phone calls and read a couple texts. Next thing you know we get a phone call saying to come pay our deductible and pickup the keys to our newly fixed car. When everything seemed to be going wrong, getting our car towed here for repairs was the one thing we did right. Such a relief. Cannot recommend them enough. I would give 6-stars if I could.

I have recently purchased a new Tesla and I bought some custom grips for my pedals. For the life of me I couldn't get them on, I was embarrassed but after a few days of beingunsuccessful I knew I had to do something. I remembered driving by them a few times as I'm new to the area and I stopped in. I didn't get his name but there was a guy working the front desk and he went out to try to get them on. After a few attempts he told me to let him put it on a lift and he'll get it on for meSo he did and I asked him what I owe and he told me I was fine and didn't owe anything. If me or my wife ever have any car needs we'll definitely doing business here. Everybody was so nice and the facility is kept top notch and everything was in order. You can tell this is a first class business.

Customer service was great at this location. The quality of the repairs made my vehicle look brand new.........from behind, lol! I ll be honest I had some pretty bad first impressions of this facility and really only stayed with them because of previous experiences. I m pretty sure that it was the front desk person that refused to be helpful including intercede when corporate wouldn t call me back. I also had a couple of bad employees and an insurance company who didn t bother with details.Jenny was amazing, once she found out what my complaints to the insurance were about, I no longer had to deal with that employee.(I willingly modified this review because of actions that the facility took to ensure a good experience, which need to be recognized.)

So, Liberty Mutual suggested I use this company. I had to wait two weeks after they did an estimate to get my car in. They had it two days and said they wouldn't be able to work on it and I need to come get it. My wife drove it home and told me the blinkers we're not working. Turns out they did not reconnect my rear lights. To be honest I am glad to have the chance to have someone else work on my car.
