I had them repair my scion about 4 years ago. They did not listen to my request for the repair. So now I have the bottom half of my bumper cracking because they patched it and passed it off as good.When I confronted the manager about it he could not have cared less. Stay far away from this company. There are much better places to go.

I had an accident around August and my car was taken to Caliber Collision Fort Worth IH30. Robert was my service advisor and when I say he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and on time for me is no exaggeration. Calls and text with detailed updates. I went back in March 2023 because my windshield wiper fluid wasn t working and he got me in found the issue order a part and I was back in a day and he 10 minutes I was out. 100% best company, best team, best customer service. Will always recommend!! Great job everyone and thank you again Robert. You re awesome!!! See my before and after pics. Love them!

My experience with Caliber Collision on Vickery was outstanding from beginning to end. I was kept up-to-date on everything and my car was done two days before expected. I would highly recommend them. My car looks great!A special thank you to Hilda Ramirez for her patience and calming me down!

The initial visit dropping off my car was fine, customer service and the manager that inspected the damage was great. The unsatisfactory part was when I went to pick up my car and a noticeable gap between the hood and finder was very noticeable. I had to leave the car and didn't have a rental because I had turned it in thinking I would be leaving in my vehicle. The receptionist was great (Lyn), she stayed after closing to make sure that I had a rental for the weekend.I was not satisfied when the manager Rockey, tried to tell me that a kid hitting my car finder with a bicycle handlebar caused my finder to be out of line. After the correction was made, He did not come to see me or do a final inspection with me the second time I came to get the car from the Collision property. Lyn and Hilda were great and really are concerned about customer satisfaction.

I recently visited caliber collision for estimate on repair. The staff there is amazing. Sebastian was the service advisor that helped estimate. He was so very kind and through. I felt so taken care of. I highly recommend caliber collision. Thank you Sebastian.

Drop off was straightforward and easy. There was an estimate given on how long it would take to repair my vehicle and a website link was also provided to keep up with any additional changes which was great. I was nervous about getting my vehicle repaired but repairs came out great shout out to staff and Mr. Sebastian who helped me out with getting my vehicle repaired.

I waited a couple of weeks before posting my review in order to make sure I didn t have any surprises. If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would! They did a great job on my repairs and Sebastian did a phenomenal job keeping informed throughout the repair process. I will definitely come back to this shop if I need collision work again.

Took my car in for a hit and run (rear end damage) the took doors off broke my window charged me 6k in damages (more than my cars worth) and gave it back broken. Don't even take your kids little tyke toy to be serviced here.. The ladies in the front office are nice though. About the only +.

Communication with the man doing our repair, Rocky, was excellent. Kept us up to date without being intrusive. They were flexible with our holiday travel for pickup and the repairs are perfect.

Years ago I had taken my car to caliber twice, after getting nailed with the infamous hail storms in the early 2000's, and was very happy with their work and experience. However, when I started searching for shops recently after my daughter wrecked her VW, I started to see some negative reviews about Caliber's shops overall. Thankfully, I decided to take a chance and use them despite reading those reviews. So glad I did.The Vickery location is all that you want an automotive repair shop to be. Their work, their clear and constant communication, as well as their timing, was amazing.Of particular significance, was there follow up service after the fact.After getting our car back in perfect running order, a week later, my daughter called me to say that the car was acting up and Electronics were freaking out. I immediately assumed that the shop had connected something wrong when putting it back together, even though it worked perfectly up to this point. I called Caliber and spoke with Sebastian, who was the representative in charge of our car when it was there being serviced. I told him the issue and he said that they would send out a tow truck to get our car for an exam. Early the next morning, the tow truck showed up and grabbed it. Several hours later, Sebastian called me and said that it was just a drained battery and that nothing else was wrong with jt.And here's why you should take your vehicle to Caliber...because they go above and WAY beyond their duties. Not only did they NOT charge me for the tow service, but they charged up the car's battery for us! I was blown away, to be honest. They had every right to charge me for the tow and for their time to look it over...and charge it, but they didn't!This is the kind of service that everyone dreams of having from a repair shop. One that actually operates with honesty and integrity, SERVES people and doesn't seek to take advantage of them at every turn. It's particularly high def and beautiful to see, especially in this day and age when people have become so self-serving and narcissistic.Caliber Collision truly is not only THE top notch repair shop in FW, it's an exemplary business that many others can watch and learn from. Bravo.

Have been stalling for 2 months on getting my car fixed. Now after 2 months they suddenly discover that another part is supposedly missing and has to be ordered with no delivery date in sight. They are either incredibly stupid or scam artists! DO NOT USE THEM!!! they should have known what parts they needed from the get go.

Vehicle had to be returned same day it was picked up due to 3 things one of the tech breaking and not replacing bolts in front bumper ,and alarm horn not working after it was replaced. I'm glad i picked up my 83 year old mother's car because she would have had no idea of the problems

I know that caliber collision is not the only guilty party in this review- insurance companies are definitely playing a role, but this has gotten far out of hand. We dropped our car off at the end of may 2023, and still to this date do not have it returned to us (August 1st). Let that sink in, we haven t had this car in MONTHS. It is not totaled or any where near totaled. The insurance company can no longer give us a rental do the extreme amount of time this has taken. We have not had a rental car in over a month. Caliber told us it would take 3-4 weeks, and it has been over twice that. Now the car is fixed and finally done, and we can not pick it up due to insurance not paying out (not our insurance either). We deserve not only our time, but our patience respected. A car is a necessary tool in this and many other households. We have been dragged a long with little consideration or thought. There is no accountability, no apologies. It is heinous.

Although the people seemed nice, they immediately directed us to go online to try to get an appointment faster than we could by bringing the actual vehicle in to them for them to look at it in person. We were sent a link and started uploading the very specific photos requested. After uploading the photos, the link stopped working, saying we had to use the link on the original device which we were doing. Really don't need this kind of extra work on our part and there was literally NO ONE who answered at the corporate line, which they are still blaming on the pandemic, THREE YEARS after the pandemic. I guess they don't really value our business as they say they do. They may or may not do good work on vehicles, which we may never find out since their system failed.
