Caliber Auto truly sets the standard of integrity and customer service. The staff is friendly and honest with good communication. This location and team do their best to diagnose your condition without taking advantage of a customer. We would like to thank Brian, Wes, Jessica, Susan, and all the other employees for going above and beyond. We are a loyal customer, and we hope others will too. Thank you again.

Proud dad disclaimer: my daughter is an office coordinator at the Basswood location. I obviously go there because I am bias, but I have to say that I have met her coworkers and they have servants heart. My family services all their cars, from jeep engine replacement to oil changes at this location.Great coffee too! Give them a try!

I had services done on my work van & personal vehicle. I always enjoy coming into this location because they always take great care of me, are quick and efficient. The girls (Emily and Mattyia) up front always greet with a big smile and welcoming. I will always recommend this Caliber location to anyone needing a job done right, with great service.

I love this place! It's literally in walking distance for me if I need to drop and leave my cars. I've delt with Wes Kimball many times and other courteous employees. Always have had great experience with this place. Thank you Mr. Kimball!

I needed to renew my emissions sticker. I went in and was welcomed by the front staff. Very friendly and professional. I was quoted 45 minutes. They were done in 30. They take pictures of your car and suggest what you may want to fix. No pressure sales. Quick and easy.

I was referred here because of my AAA membership. I went online and requested a quote for repairs I needed on my truck asap and these guys really did deliver! Within 5 minutes I was getting a callback from them with a few more questions about my vehicle and I was given a general idea of how much the work would cost. My truck was towed to the shop and they took it back really quickly for an assessment. In less than an hour they had a full workup and quote ready for me. They constantly kept me updated by sending me text messages with a link that included pictures of what they were working on and why, and it even gave the option to accept or decline recommendations they had made for my truck. My truck needed a substantial amount of labor done, and they had it done in two days. Their sense of communication and urgency was amazing! The staff members that in encountered and talked to in their office were super friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Having to deal with my truck breaking down was a stressful situation, but these guys really helped ease that stress by getting it fixed up in a timely manner. They were definitely the best repair shop I have ever dealt with.

Stopped in as I had a nail in my tire. Jessica took my keys and right away went to garage to get a tech on it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. When I went to pay they said no charge! This place is fantastic.

I have been able to get same day appointments for oil changes and inspections lately, so that s awesome. On top of that, they ve finished up sooner than expected while I waited. Staff is friendly, and the work done seems to be high quality. Basswood location. Recommended

Going to the shop is never a good thing, you only go when something is broken. Caliber is always nice, professional, and honest. I like the text updates with the full report of what they found with the vehicle. They get the work done WAY faster than the area dealerships, and the giant American flag out front is great! I saw one review stating this was a veteran business. They give a military discount, which is not expected but very appreciated. I'll continue to do business with them.New visit from recent service March 7th and 8th. Suzanne was my service assistant and she worked wonders, my truck was vandalized and my taillights were stolen. She was the only person/ shop to find my lights OEM, and get me back on the road the next day. I was in a time crunch and needed my truck up and running the next day and they were the only ones to get the job the done!

Caliber Auto Care on Basswood Blvd. has a great staff!!! They are very nice and always there to answer any of my questions with no hesitation. Susann Dwortz kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with my vehicle. Like when car parts were going to make it to the shop, when it made it there, when it should be finished and when my car was ready. Susann and the whole staff treated me like I was family. I would recommend anyone who needs work on a vehicle or an oil change to go to Caliber Auto Care. They re the best!!!

Caliber Auto Care continues to provide the best service. We were provided courtesy shuttle service to our home and then picked up once our oil changes were completed on both of our cars on a busy Saturday morning. We definitely recommend this company

These guys are great. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The do not try to sell you things you don't need and I appreciate that. My wife has also taken vehicles to them and they treat her the same way which is not often the case at Garages around these parts.

Amazing service, Susan, Donny, Anthony and their team they took care not only of my car but also took care of me, Susan was very friendly and gave me as much information as possible about what they were doing to my car and what were the next steps I was gonna take, it seems that she loves her job, great attention, coffee, water, comfy couches to wait if needed, I forgot my keys and the ride that they provided me after dropping off my car (Donny) drove me again to get my home keys with no problem, very friendly and the mechanics wanted to make sure about my car s problem before doing anything to it, gave me a report where Anthony notated all the conditions my car is found in, very professionalLoved my experience at the car shopVery good price!

Cheapest price? No, but service is spectacular. When they aren t overwhelmed with walk-ins, they are one of the most efficient shops I ve ever used. They ve been really honest with me over the years and I can trust them. There s typically three advisors at the front desk, and all of them are awesome I can t pick a favorite! I don t feel like I m being upsold on much, and when they make a mistake on your bill or the length of your wait, they do everything they can to make it right. I m thankful for this crew and take both of my cars there for anything I can t handle myself.

I m new to Texas and needed to get my car inspected before registration. Called and made a same day appointment. When I arrived, they took my car in, and 15 minutes later it was complete. They gave me the paperwork and even told me where to go to register my car.Fast, courteous, professional service

Absolutely love caliber auto care! Very friendly staff, I worked with Wes he s awesome definitely a man of his word. Got my car in and out before the expected time which worked out perfectly seeing that I have a family and needed my vehicle in a timely manner. Keep up the good service Caliber! Will be back again

I had an unexpected flat tire during a busy day before Thanksgiving, but Cam at Calibar Auto Care came to my rescue! His exceptional customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Despite their busy day, Cam promptly assisted me without the need for an appointment. He skillfully replaced my flat tire with the spare without hesitation ensuring I could get back on the road safely. His professionalism and willingness to help during that time truly made a difference. I'm incredibly grateful for his outstanding support and commend this business for having such a dedicated team member like Cam. Highly recommended for their stellar service!

I brought my car in to have some work done, and my service advisor was Jessica Hennegan, I'll be the first to say that she was great with communication, and explaining all the details to the work that I needed done theorolly, and what she recommended I needed done urgent (without making me feel pressured). I got some steering suspension done, and they checked my vehicle theorolly and noticed an additional problem, and I was notified (again without being pressured) about the other problem, and I told them to go ahead and fix that problem too. Jessica and the mechanic stayed past closing time to make sure that my vehicle was good and ready for me to go, and she also made sure she done everything she could to get me any additional discounts that I could get to save me money on my vehicle repairs. I would recommend this location from my experience, and I want to thank the mechanic(s) that worked over to get my vehicle ready for me, and I want to thank Jessica Hennegan for also staying over to make sure everything was finished, and that I will be looking forward to her being my future advisor for my future vehicle repairs....I highly recommend her.....thanks to caliber I appreciated everything y'all done.

I m truly amazed. I needed to get my car inspected, and we all know that it s never fun. When I pulled up I saw they were packed with people coming and going, which made me a bit worried. I came in, was greeted with a kind welcome, and getting checked in was a breeze. Their bathrooms were immaculate, and smelled wonderful. They had a fully stocked Starbucks machine that made drinks like I had just gone into a real Starbucks. They had a 5 shelved fully stocked water fridge, with individual full sized (16.9 oz) bottles. The waiting area had chairs that are so large and comfy I want one for my house. They have 3 TVs, 1 of which was showing a car makeover show, no sound. And to my surprise they also had a small multi-leveled playground. I was quoted 50 minutes to 1 hour, it ended up taking 1 hour and 30 minutes .The inspection was $ 25.50, which I think is reasonable. The staff was great and I plan on coming back for my next car need.

I have been here for a few oil changes and inspections. They get the job done and quickly. I give it 4 stars cuz I hate the inspection they do. I come for a specific service dont mess with anything else. I usually find a cap or battery terminal cover not installed back all the way. One time my brake resovior cap, another the plastic protector left hanging after oil change, and this time after state inspection. Didn't cover the positive battery terminal back all the way. So while they look for a problem, they seem to also somehow create one.

I showed up without an appointment and this awesome crew excused my rudeness and served me anyway. I felt so special, and feel I have an ideal spot to go for car care. Thank you for your outstanding service and great beverage selection. Five star for sure.

Wes had great customer service, got me in and out in less time than they quoted me when I walked in and was very friendly. I love the link with the pictures and info about the car before you leave too.

The team is very kind! The space is very clean. I really enjoy waiting for my car with my favorite coffee from their coffee station (French vanilla coffee is so good!). Wes, Susann and Jessica are always smiling and ready to help! I will always come back to Caliber Auto Care.

Couldn t ask for better customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are heard and taken care of. They don t try to upsell you on things you don t need. Highly recommend

Went in to have my state inspection done. They advised me the process may take a while as they had several people ahead of me, maybe an hour and a half wait, no problem. It took them maybe 45 mins, if that, to get me in and out of there, along with referral to a local business that could give me my sticker right away! Great job and I won't forget it!!!
